The apartment is well located, clean & comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, we happened to have joyful but noisy neighbours during our stay. With no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open which made it hard to block out the noise !!!!

The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived.

Excellente adresse : dans les hauteurs du joli village de la Bastide-Clairence (canon by night également), petites maisons de style basque bien équipées, emplacement idéal pour rayonner alentour, personnel aux petits soins, panorama sympathique. Une belle découverte hors-saison (février). Nous essaierons de revenir en été !

Cadre idyllique franchement un véritable plaisir que de séjourner dans cette établissements et le personnel est adorable. Je conseille aussi le petit restaurant qui est juste à l'entrée avec une équipe formidable et de très bon plat.
