My husband, daughter and I went to west Chester Ohio to visit my family. We decided to book a hotel at Holiday Inn and it was good. The front staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and clean. Big pool and has gym. If we ever come back to Ohio we would book it again. Thank you Holiday Inn for your hospitality.

My only complaint is that there was no bar. When i searched for a hotel, I checked for bars in the hotel and this was one. However, there was no bar anymore.

I didn’t like that the breakfast was not free and there was a charge for a continental breakfast. Also, the ice machine on the floor that I was a guest, was not working and I had to go to the main floor. Also, the pool was not open. It is also unfortunate that the hotel has a beautiful bar, that was not open or being used.

The room was very big and clean. However, when we asked for extra towels, they were stained and not clean. They also have a coin washer and dryer available for use, but do not keep quarters on hand to provide change for use of the machine and it is not an updated laundry system to be able to use cards. There was also a large party, of like 60 people staying in the hotel and they were partying and blasting music in the lobby all night.

The room was not clean; the large desk table under the tv was very dusty and the chair had dirty and dust along the cushion and rails. The front desk clerk was not friendly at check in and at check out the same clerk ignored me as next in line to check out to process a transaction with a family who walked up after I was already waiting. Not appreciated and I will not stay at this location again.

The hotel is right next to the highway and has poorly insulated windows. We paid extra for a suite just to find that all suites are facing the highway. I did not sleep all night.

I was very disappointed to learn that there was no cable TV. This may seem childish but when I travel I like to see cable programs. I've never been to a Holiday Inn before that did not have this. Also, the TV was stuck on analog and I couldn't get digital channels. I also was never given a wi-fi code.

The air conditioner kids on whenever it feels like. The controls were broken. Every single control. It was either ice cold or burning up and no in between. And there’s no microwave in the room! In any Room. They expect you to go to the lobby to microwave your food. I’m a single parent traveling alone with my toddler. I can’t eat until he goes to bed so it’s not like I can leave him alone too warm my food up. This is unacceptable.

This hotel is really nice. Its in a convenient location and very clean. Beds and linens are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Our room was on the back side next to the road and there was virtually no traffic noise. The convenience station in the lobby is a nice touch. Only complaint would be that the water pressure was a bit lacking.

Awesome experience, only issue being bathroom door was a little damaged so it wouldn't shut all the way and counter had some sticker residue on it. Check-in staff was super nice, great to work with, gym was clean, bathrooms were cleaned, and room was as well. Something that was missing was a TV Guide for the channels or the lack of smart TV. Would use again though!

Please be careful when you stay in this hotel. The staff who are in charge in the front desk do not know how to operate the billing system in their computer and you might get charge triple for a room and you might also find out other extras charges to your room. The staff are incapable of taking any responsibility for their mistakes. Please check your bank account statements if you decide to stay in this hotel.

Waited 20 minutes in lobby for someone at desk to check-in. 8:00pm should be a reasonable time to check in. While attendent was away from desk reportedly helping another guest, there was no sign, no alert, and no response to a phone call. Should not have to wait 20 minutes to even see a front desk attendent.

Nice stay in a fairly quiet area. Very popular eating and shopping district within 1/2 mile. Unfortunately, so popular we were unable to find parking for an early Saturday evening dinner. One occasion we heard ambulance sirens directly out our window. Staff were very polite and accommodating.

I plan to stay at this hotel again and have stayed there before. It is convenient to my aunt’s assisted living facility and super convenient to many restaurants and other stores as well as an easy hop and jump to the freeway. I just wish that there are towel bars … which is minor.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was cleaning constantly. Location was wonderful, close to all kinds of stores and restaurant. But its tucked behind everything so you still have peace and quiet.

I love this building very much. The rooms are spacious and furniture is very comfortable as is the bathroom, coffee etc. The biggest drawback is paying an additional 895 for breakfast, which is actually not so good. The fruit was spoiled in the flavor of the eggs and sausage was not good either. I love the location in the general make up of this hotel, but the food situation is not good.

Even though the hotel was close to empty they stuck everyone on top of each other. The first night at 10 pm and driving all day we had a crying and barking dog next door or across the hall. People left it in the room and apparently left. Had to call desk to get it stopped. Breakfast there is not free. In fact it cost $9.53 a person! It was so bad and we had to wait on items to come out due to poor planning. At one point the coffee ran out too. The morning we left it was around 6am and the coffee was cold. Again what in the world! The back side of the hotel sits right on the interstate with no barrier. It was like sitting at the Indianapolis 500 race all night. The bar still has not reopened, I am doubting we will stay there again.
