Very pretty and clean property. Rooms are well kept and pool area is nice. Lovely view outside. Wish there was more than 1 washer/dryer though. Lots of dirty kids here at a multi day tournament. .

A little slice of tranquility. Cute little pool with a beautiful view of the blue ridge in the distance. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and I slept so good in that bed.

We are so glad we found Round Hill Inn! The views are incredible, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Barboursville Vineyard was a short drive away., The Round Hill Inn patio was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine,while watching the sunset. WE look forward to a return visit.

Love the views, but when we got here we were told the pool was open so we got in and then we had a guy yell at us telling us to get out and he has to paint. It scared my daughter a bit but we got out and went back to our room

Great landscaping and well-kept grounds. Robust breakfast. Our room, however, had tired and non-matching furniture. Chair had to be replaced. Be careful if getting packages, former address of 750 Round Hill is now a residence. Correct address is 771. Some internet sites still list 750, as does the poster in the elevator.

This hotel was a great spot. Very convenient to Madison's Montpelier.. About a 25-30 minute drive from Culpeper, VA, which has a lot of excellent restaurants. The staff was amazing. Super friendly & helpful.. Free breakfast was nice as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and uncrowded when we visited. It's at the top of a hill and has a great view for sunsets.

Round Hill Inn exceeded our expectations. Its location - on the top of a hill on the edge of town- provided great views. We were able to sit out and look at the stars. Breakfast had all you could ask for. Room was spotless, towels were fluffy and bed was comfortable. I would totally recommended this as a base camp for day trips to wineries, Montpelier, etc.

It was a lovely place to stay, although a bit dated. Only complaint would be it was a bit pricey, in my opinion. We stayed at many hotels on our vacation and this was the most expensive one of all at $195 but not the nicest. I do believe the motel options are limited because of the town it is in.

Mountain View was great but the person at the desk didn’t inform us of one of their water heaters being down and ended up having to take a cold shower. When I called to tell them, they made it seem like it was okay because the part was supposed to be there that day but never did… I was told I’d get a refund but still haven’t seen it

We actually didn't stay the night as my husband started to have a mold reaction upon entering the building. It became worse when we went into the room, everything felt damp. The bed also seemed very unsupportive. We opted to drive the 2 hours home in order to avoid severe allergy issues. We were offered a different room but frankly, the whole building seemed to have the same damp issue. We were not offered a refund. I don't usually review hotels and let most things slide but this was not up to standards.

Visiting Orange? Great spot to stop. Outstanding rooms, outstanding food. And the view . .superb. We had room on the end (201), so one window faced the west (farmland) and the other north (trees and more trees). Easy access to downtown Orange and restaurants, and Montpelier.

We love Orange, Va for it's shops and great dining but we have never stayed overnight. We chose Round Hill Inn because of the reasonable rate but, when we got there, it exceeded our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing. I requested a room with the view because only one side has mountain views. The front of the hotel looks over the parking lot but the rolling lawn is pristine and peaceful so wouldn't be bad either. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage and potatoes. A real breakfast. I would highly recommend this Inn.

I have stayed here a couple times when fishing Lake Anna and surrounding public lakes, with my brother in law and nephew. The rooms are always in great shape. The staff is top notch. The breakfast they have is one of the best continental breakfast I’ve had anywhere in my stays. AAA for a small town hotel. You can’t beat it. Won’t be my last stay here
