They were exceptionally clean, friendly and enjoyed the indoor pool

Staff very friendly and professional Did not like the lack of parking spaces I had to park on the curb

This property is close to a large mall, but hidden away next to an apartment complex. It is being renovated, so things are not as good as they will be (hopefully). The hot breakfast is good; the staff obliging.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Very easy parking and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will stay again.

We only stayed one night. I picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. They do not heat the pool and keep it very dirty. For a holiday Inn express I was pretty disappointed.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. There’s an indoor pool we weren’t able to use because of us getting in late, but looked clean and ready to be swam in! Great morning starter breakfast and felt safe!

Cons: In town for an event. Arrived at property at 5pm, two hours after check-in. Had reserved a suite via Expedia. Upon arrival was told suite wasn’t ready, so I gladly waited for the desk and housekeeping to communicate the need and the fact that customer was in the lobby waiting. While waiting I also observed a similar situation with another guest, waiting on a double king, who had been waiting about an HOUR! They offered him a single double bed, he declined! Also during my wait I witnessed a guest with no reservations walk in, check into a double queen room and Go on his way. We were the only 3 guests! They were NOT busy. I waited another 15 min before being my room still wasn’t ready and “I’m sorry for your wait”. The staff was very kind! At that time I offered to downsize my reservation to a double bed room, I had an event to get to. I asked what the difference (decrease) in cost would be, I was told they couldn’t adjust the price due to 3rd party booking. Um, no ma’am - I’m NOT paying $200 for a $125 room!! I’ll wait! Miraculously we got into a double queen room at the double queen rate! Pros: The staff was genuinely kind and apologetic, not sure where the ball got dropped on having the proper rooms ready in a timely manner. The indoor heated pool was great, clean, warm and very enjoyable! The breakfast was hot and plentiful. It’s still a hotel breakfast, so basic. Delicious otherwise. Check-out process was seamless. I would stay again.

The room was clean and the staff was appeasing. Breakfast area was clean as well. Indoor pool was nice. Stayed with friends. Definitely look forward to next stay!

I was looking forward to a swim after work, but when I got there the pool had a closed sign. The next day I inquired about the closure and was told it was actually open. The breakfast was wonderful! The room was semi clean, meaning hair was in the shower and the soap/lotion bottles were empty, but the sheets were clean.

They sent me to a room at first that had a not ready yet sign and wasn’t cleaned at all. They gave me another room but it wasn’t that clean either

Staff very friendly Good coffee and breakfast. Hair was in my shower and some towels had hair woven into it from other guest. I felt the need to wipe down toilet, sink and was weary about towels. The remote was GROSS and needed wipes to get the stickiness off. Yuck. Pool towels are awful. No water in gym. Bed very comfortable.

I stayed in room 409. While staying at the hotel the bathroom smelled like strong urine(pee) which caused a bad odor smell, sink and tub had visible black hair indicating it had not been cleaned. Also, the mini refrigerator had a stinky odor. Plus, they only put one towel in the double queen room. I reported this issue to the front desk. However, I could not be moved because the hotel was booked. The young lady at the desk came up to the room and smelled how bad the smell of the room was during my visit. The employee was very nice and felt bad because the cleaning staff was off duty and no more rooms were available.

Roaches in both room we were moved to. So we left, didnt stay.

Dirty shower

Toilet seat was soiled and no staff on site to clean, pillowcases were musty and hardly any body wash was in the dispenser, I did complain to the front desk

The bathtub was dirty and the night mgr came in znd tried to clean it ,but couldn't. He gave us extra towels to put in the tub and said that he couldn't clean it.

Bathroom tub was painted and brown on cracks fridge didn't work door also was hard to close

The staff was lovely. The room however had a dripping shower which kept me up at night. There were a number of family reunions staying that weekend which brougt noisy guests and children jumping around in the room above. Certainly was not a restful trip.

Our stay was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. Our checkin was efficient and quick. The staff was very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. We felt safe in the parking lot. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

My stay was average. The ladies at the front desk can be a little more friendlier. They didn't smile or greet us as if they were glad that we were there. The lobby was clean however, the ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor. We were placed in a room near the elevator therefore it was loud when someone was either on the elevator or getting off the elevator. Elevator was loud maybe because inside of the elevator the inspection certificate had expired in March of 2025 and was overdue for its inspection.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I would suggest smart TV upgrade to allow streaming in rooms.

TV and remote was out dated the romote volume wouldn't work and i use 2 bath clothes when i shower 1 for the top 1 for the bottom u ofer only one .Everything else was good .

The beds were so comfortable, my son ask can he take the bed home….lol

It was nice. The rooms clean and quiet...quiet until our last night stay. Don't know what happened with the guest that checked in. There were loud banging on the walls, bumping extreme loud music played. No sleep/rest on our last night. Sounded like an entire soccer team "live"Absolutely nothing taking away from all the amazing staff. Front desk checking in and out. Tremendous coffee freshly brewed "love" that machine. Most wonderful 2 attentative extremely friendly ladies with the very nicely prepared daily breakfast. The noise has nothing to do with the building it's just the guest that was unfortunately not mindful of other guest😔

Everything was great. The room was clean. The eating area was clean. The only thing is this hotel really needs to be updated. The drapes were stained, didn't even want to touch him.The bed was saggy.I couldn't get rest. The mattress needs to be replaced and the drapes, and just like updated a little bit.

This hotel was good for our visit with family. Target and Publix were nearby for easy access. The room was well-equipped with comfortable beds, a nice loveseat, wet bar with a sink, and plenty of counterspace in the room and in the bathroom. Breakfast was top notch with baked goods, breakfast meat, eggs, biscuits, gravy, and all the other options a continental breakfast would provide. There were a few things to note about the room that we consider pitfalls. First of all, the showerhead was too high, there was no central lighting in the room space so it was very dark, and I struggled with plug ins on the bedside table. These are things I know come with the design of the hotel and can probably not be fixed. Other things we noted were slow draining tub and wet bar sink, tiles were loose, a drawer handle wasn't secure, provided trash cans were tiny and there were ant hills out in the parking lot that ensured my feet were attacked every time I stepped outside. (I realize the ant thing is a southern Georgia staple.) Overall, this hotel was a good choice for us due to the nature of our stay. Many of the things we mentioned are easily fixed or part of the wear and tear of a 10 year old hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at 4:30 pm for a room that had a 3:00 pm check in, yet our room was not ready until 5:30 pm when we could finally check in after traveling all day.

Front desk manager was borderline rude! Upon arrival she announced loudly to everyone in the lobby that my card that was in file was declined. I eas aware of that because the card had been cancelled recently and I already was handing her a card for the charges. She was curt and short. Showed no patience or empathy and carried herself haughtily as she went about her duties. (She was the manager on duty) She was accompanied by another lady who was pleasant, and answered our questions with kindness and patience. Manager had no customer service skills. She may be efficient however she’s robotic and unfeeling.

Great Service

I made my reservation through Expedia without issue. On the day of check in, someone called me from the hotel at 446p and again at 447p. I missed the call, but called back at 450p and got no answer. I got there and checked in about 20 minutes later amd asked about the call but got no explanation. I did not go up to the room to check on it because i had a family event to go to. I got back to the hotel with my brother (who was also in from out of town) and upon getting to the room, found they had not given us the room i booked. I booked a room with two beds and they gave us a room with one. I talled to the manager the next morning and she was able to verify the desk workwr jad givem our room to someone else at 426p. She said she couldnt refund anything since i didnt make the reservation through them, but assured me she would "make it right" by instead giving me points on my IHG account. Well, she lied and didnt do that. If you make reservations at this location, dont expect to get what you paid for and if they mess it up and ypu call them out, dont expect them to make it right

All was good. I felt like the young lady at the front desk could have been a little warmer. She was not there when I came in. After waiting for a few minutes, I said ‘hello’. She came out but was not very welcoming. It was almost as if I interrupted her. But when we later inquired about buying bottled water, she gave us complimentary bottles.

We had to wait to check in, there was Noone at the desk for at least five minutes. Our room was fine, but bedding was not warm. Breakfast was fine

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property was clean. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast is great! This will be my choice of hotels when I come visit my daughter or for her when she needs a getaway from dorm life.

Great location, right off the highway and close to plenty of restaurants and retail. The hotel was clean and comfortable, no complaints. We would stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay, and breakfast was great!

The property was well appointed, clean, and convenient for a traveler. Check-in was quick and easy as was check-out. One small suggestion: Make sure to include some kind of fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet; the hot ingredients were fine.
