premièrement lors de l'arrivée la réception ne trouvevait pas notre résa car celle ci était sous expedia.com et non pas Hotel.com de plus heureusement nous n'avions pas pris le petit déjeuner durant le séjour car ce dernier ce passe dans un autre restaurant à (4 km) de l'hotel et pourtant dans l'hôtel il y a un restaurant avec grande terrasse mais qui n'appatient pas à l'hôtel mais dont tous les soirs le bruit de la terrasse, en juste en dessous des fenêtres balcons des chambres (1,5M) MERCI le bruit et les odeurs, car restau de poisson....au 4eme terrasse superbe mais qui n'appartient également pas à l'hôtel et qui ouvre quant elle veux.... bref en plus le personnel de réception est plus que des amateurs à qui rien de sert de demander quoique ce soit... on se demande ce qu'ils font là...... si vous avez des ennemis l'endroit parfait à leurs conseiller

Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Rene rom. Veldig god seng. Kjøleskap på rommet. Strand med strandbar/kafe rett over gaten. Jeg fikk låne strandhåndkle og strandstol på hotellet uten ekstra kostnad. Veldig koselig liten by. Kort vei til en gågate med restauranter og kafeer. Muse'er og koselige gater i gamlebyen å spasere og titte i på dager det ikke var strandvær. De serverer ikke frokost på hotellet, men det kan kjøpes på en restaurant like i nærheten. Attention le personnel n'est présent qu'entre 10 et 16 heures pour vous accueillir. Pensez à regarder vos mails si vous arrivez en dehors de cet horaire, vous trouverez le code d'entrée et les informations pour votre chambre. Nous y sommes restés 3 nuits et absents dans la journée n'avons vu personne. Chambres faites tous les jours. Bonne alternative pour éviter de séjourner à Barcelone. Un parking de surface gratuit seulement en semaine en face de l'hôtel.

Il n'y a pas de place de parking disponible! Les seules places disponibles payantes sont absurdement chères. Un bataillon de contrôleurs est présent jour et nuit pour verbaliser les voitures. La ville met tout en œuvre pour soutirer de l'argent aux automobilistes, que ce soit par les couts de stationnement ou d'amendes! On y est prise en otage!

Room was defimitely bare bones, but clean, and the location was great. As long as you are planning on spending your time out and about in the beautiful community, it's fine. If you spend a lot of time working or lounging in your room, this is not your place.

El registro fue un poco complicado, ya que llegamos después de las 6 de la tarde. No sabíamos que la recepción estaba cerrada. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que nos dejaran entrar en el establecimiento; abrieron una caja fuerte para coger la llave de la habitación. La habitación era básica, pero limpia. El cabezal de la ducha estaba fijado en una posición tal que era como si te golpearan en la cabeza con rayos láser de agua. De todos modos, fue un buen lugar para pasar una noche.

Die Putzfrau war sehr gründlich und sehr freundlich. Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich aber es wurde nur mittelmäßig gut Englisch gesprochen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig gebaut. Die Wasserleitungen sind sehr laut. Wenn jemand im Nebenuimmer duscht, denkt man, das würde im eigenen Zimmer passieren. Man hört sogar ein auf Vibration gestelltes Handy ohne Ton im Nachbarzimmer. Schall aus dem Treppenhaus kommt durch die leichten und dünnen Türen fast ungefiltert ins Zimmer. Dagegen dämmen die doppelten Schiebetüren den Schall von draussen (Verkehr/Passanten ) sehr gut. Es gab einen mittelgroßen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Doppelt so groß wie eine Minibar, das war gut. Die Klimaanlage war gut einstellbar und die Lüftung relativ leise.

A very nice stay. Great location and value for money. Staff very helpful and nice. A lovely little balcony which helps to offset the smallish room and bathroom. A little fridge that works well. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants in this beautiful area.

Great for the price, spot on location and welcoming but needs attention to the door noise, and noisy neighbours can be an issue, we had a much better second night once the first people next door had gone, our second night neighbours were much quieter although the doors were still very loud.

premièrement lors de l'arrivée la réception ne trouvevait pas notre résa car celle ci était sous expedia.com et non pas Hotel.com de plus heureusement nous n'avions pas pris le petit déjeuner durant le séjour car ce dernier ce passe dans un autre restaurant à (4 km) de l'hotel et pourtant dans l'hôtel il y a un restaurant avec grande terrasse mais qui n'appatient pas à l'hôtel mais dont tous les soirs le bruit de la terrasse, en juste en dessous des fenêtres balcons des chambres (1,5M) MERCI le bruit et les odeurs, car restau de poisson....au 4eme terrasse superbe mais qui n'appartient également pas à l'hôtel et qui ouvre quant elle veux.... bref en plus le personnel de réception est plus que des amateurs à qui rien de sert de demander quoique ce soit... on se demande ce qu'ils font là...... si vous avez des ennemis l'endroit parfait à leurs conseiller

Hadde bestilt rom med sjøutsikt, fikk rom i 1 etg, hvor jeg så rett inn i ett lyskryss. Restaurant og mye bråk i etg under. Fikk kupong dom jeg skulle bruke på en gratis drink, men baren var ikke åpen, kun åpen 2 dager fra visse kl slett. Elendig.

Dette har vært min første ferietur som jeg har reist alene og var derfor opptatt av at jeg ville ha et opphold på et sted som var rolig og trygt. Dette stedet stod til forventningene! Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Rene rom. Veldig god seng. Kjøleskap på rommet. Strand med strandbar/kafe rett over gaten. Jeg fikk låne strandhåndkle og strandstol på hotellet uten ekstra kostnad. Veldig koselig liten by. Kort vei til en gågate med restauranter og kafeer. Muse'er og koselige gater i gamlebyen å spasere og titte i på dager det ikke var strandvær. De serverer ikke frokost på hotellet, men det kan kjøpes på en restaurant like i nærheten. Er du glad i en kopp kaffi i fred og ro om morgenen før du går noen steder, anbefaler jeg å ta med en liten vannkoker ;-) Alt i alt; jeg anbefaler dette hotellet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There were a few downsides. Reception is only present a few hours a day. That means there is no one to explain the out of hours (which is most of the day) process. There was always someone helpful on the phone but that's not always what you need. (Check the note in the envelope on arrival!) Air con didn't work in my room so it was very hot overnight, and as there was no on site reception I just put up with it. There is so little accommodation in Vilanova I'd probably still go back again though!
