Hotel was very dilapidated. We checked into our room. The smell was awful and the floor and ceilings were very dirty. There were several wall outlets with missing covers. There were missing vent covers in the bathroom ceiling with exposed wires. Paint in bathtub was peeling away and there was a cockroach smashed on one of the walls. The outside was noisy with people hanging out and drinking alcohol. Not a very safe place for any family.

This property is run down and dirty. Finish on bathtub was pealing off, molding along base of tub is falling off, floor in bathroom is rotting away and water seeping up through cracks, sheets had cigarette burns in them.

This was not a $200.00 a night hotel room. Not enough bath towels for 3 people (2 small ones). No one at the front desk the next morning to request more towels. Part of the bathroom ceiling was gone, no vent, just a hole where one should be. The room seemed to have peel and stick flooring that was bubbled up in the bathroom. Overspray on the bathroom floor. Very disappointing for $200.00

I arrived at 7:30 PM, but the office was not open. There is a number to call for service. I called, and the clerk/manager came to the window after about 15 rings. The room was clean and basic. It served its purpose. I left at 7:00 AM, and the window was locked tight. No key drop--so I just left.

It is greatly in need of repair. In the bathroom There were no safety bars in tub shower or slip mat. No stopper in tub or sink electrical outlets wires exposed. No room service no fresh towels for second day use. Musty smell thru the room. Would never recommend. I took pictures if you would like me to send to you please send email as to where to send. This experience has made me angry and I am disappointed in Travelocity for even listing this hotel on line.

The property is very dated, it appears that there is some attempt to improve such as recent paint in room. AC unit was leaking into the room. Grout was molded and separated between the wall and tub. No working exhaust fan in bathroom or place to hang clothes. Only amenities in the room were a small refrigerator, small microwave and TV. Several items were plugged into an extension cord which was dangling from the TV. The room curtains throughout the hotel are very old and falling apart. We will not stay at the location again.

There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. The heat and air was not efficient. We were not happy and had to stay because it’s too much a hassle to change rooms or hotels. We’re are my rewards I have a card with you?

Linen was stained,it had long coarse hair on the stained sheets and!!! A roach crawled across (or tried to) the bed. The shower was none existing the painted tub was peeling really bad. The shower curtains were dirty. I went to get clean linens brought them back to the room along with clorox cleaner and a roach fell out! When i spoke with front ofc the next day all i got was...what do you want me to do?! Tried to locate other hotels all were booked! Talladega was in town. Hope no one ever has to use this extended stay for ANY reason also electrical plugs did not work! Great hot water tho.

Booked on website appeared to be acceptable for our 2 night stay. However. upon arrival, 6pm office door locked note on door, call this number if you like to register while calling someone came and unlocked the door upon entering noticed boxes, trash piled up in the corner, then a person came from the back room and registered us,since i booked on the web i was unable to cancell, or i would have at that time. I ask clerk if there are any restaurants near by she stated i dont know i am not from here.. Room was as plain as it can get, no decorations plain 4 walls bed and tv. Bed was fair, would not recommend this motel. Not what it advertises to be.

Friendly service, nice desk clerk, and he made sure I had a smoke free room (huge plus for me) I made the reservation last minute online and he still had the room available! Great service!

Didn't like the idea of standing outside to check in and out. The cleaning staff was very helpful when i needed them. No coffee pot to have morning coffee wasn't good

When I got there to get the room the man was very rude. Even though I had paid for my room he refused to rent me my room told me to go somewhere else or otherwise he would call the cops because he didn't want to do the paperwork to get the room done. He proceeded to cuss me and disrespect me.
