American Inn

Room was comfortable and I appreciated a nice hot shower after a long day! Check in was friendly and I appreciated Kenny's hospitality. Very nice person! While this hotel is not a 5-star resort, neither are the prices, I would stay again. Mostly because of the friendly greeting.

The room was clean but dated. The Wi-Fi was slow. The air conditioner leaked water on the floor which was fixed the following day was fixed but then the air conditioner made noise every time it started up leading to a very restless night on top of the very hard mattress. No hairdryer/coffee maker. Chair in the room had a broken arm and both lamps didn’t work. I won’t be staying there again.

Hotel was very dilapidated. We checked into our room. The smell was awful and the floor and ceilings were very dirty. There were several wall outlets with missing covers. There were missing vent covers in the bathroom ceiling with exposed wires. Paint in bathtub was peeling away and there was a cockroach smashed on one of the walls. The outside was noisy with people hanging out and drinking alcohol. Not a very safe place for any family.

The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. It’s a very basic room, no frills, no nice amenities but If you are just looking for a clean place to sleep at a great price this is it.
