The only problem we had was being upstairs with no elevator to use, I'm disabled and walking up and down the stairs was agony, but that was not the fault of the hotel since we had to have a specific room set up and the only availability was the second floor.

The looks of the room looked somewhat clean. The wife walked barefoot on the floor and her feet were extremely dirty. Someone else’s hair in the sink. The shower head is made for midgets!! No place to hang any clothes!! It looked like there was something but the wholes in the wall where it used to be. Only two chairs in the room. So no sitting room. The bed was very very hard. Our backs were hurting after sleeping. The pillows were very short and flattened down to nothing laying your head on them. Other than that it was okay. No nasty crawlers anywhere, which was the main thing!!

We had to switch rooms because the bed skirt was dirty just to have the next room have nasty stuff on the bed skirt as well. There was wrappers on the floor next to the bed in both rooms indicating the floors were not very clean either.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed smelled strongly of nicotine smoke. I have pets, so was assigned a pet friendly room. I went to the room and it was so smoke saturated! I went back to the desk and told the woman, who was very nice and tried her best to be helpful. Gave me another room. She explained that the pet friendly rooms are directly below the smoking rooms. We slept in the room but wouldn’t even open our luggage so that our clothes wouldn’t smell like that. Had it not been so late, we would have driven on. If you, like me, have allergies, asthma and dogs, I don’t recommend this place.

Hair in the tub. Dogs barking on the hour all through the night. There was a shared door to another room and it was unlocked for any random to just come in. I had to use furniture to barricade the door so I could feel safe sleeping.

Suite was Huge! Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Only 2 very minor observations (not really enough to call complaints) 1. Fridge had no freezer compartment ( never saw a mini-fridge before without one) and 2) room could have used more lighting. Would definitely stay again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, staff members working there were using the pool as a place to keep their own children/grandchildren. Wouldn't be an issue except they were only popping in at random and leaving the child who was misbehaving for the guest to deal with. The child kept behaving inappropriately towards our children and they only returned to make their child leave the pool after an adult from our group had to intervene multiple times. At other times guest from our group were waiting for extended periods of time at check in because they were busy packing up and gathering the child's belongings from the lobby area to send them home with someone else and needed to say their good byes etc. Could have been a fluke but honestly it had the feeling and appearance of an every day situation that seems unprofessional for a business setting. We missed the breakfast so we can't comment on it but were told they had a decent selection by other members of our group. Overall decent place to stay, price is great and affordable.

The property was very spacious, clean and cool. The housekeepers were overly eager to clean the room when i was actually extended my stay. Walked in my room while asleep and it wasn't close to 11 o'clock yet. i was very disgusted by that.The front desk were helpful for the most part. The good customer service quality wasn't there. I booked with Expedia wasn’t told that I live too close. Nobody called me or anything. I get all the way there. The lady was expecting me at the counter just to tell me that I cannot book with them because I live too close. I was trying to take my son indoor swimming for his birthday at least they could’ve called me and let me know something before we got there in My Son . Had to be turned away like that.

The area was a little sketchy. People wandering on a grounds at all hours night. Unable to turn lights on in rooms before entering. My 1st room didn’t have the security thing on door to prevent someone from entering with key or if the lock was picked. Staff was very accommodating and put me in a different room.
