Stayed here one night. On the way to our room the hallway rugs were noticeably worn and tired looking. Our room itself though was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Parking was easy. We were on the second floor so we did have to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room.

We secured several rooms for a weekend stay in order to visit relatives in Brantford. The main doors to each of the rooms did not close properly. The bathroom doors did not close properly. The tv did not work. The coffee maker did not work. There was a conference at the same time as our stay and children were allowed to run up and down the hallway at 11:00 pm. We complained to the main desk and nothing was done. We will stay at the Marriot next time.

Loving my stay here. I’ve stayed for 12 days so far. I had to extend another week & will still another 6 days. Place is clean, well kept & they do my bed every day. Staff has been amazing. Breakfast is pretty good compared to a lot of places I stayed at. Highly recommended location.

The entryway to the room was too small and narrow. The bathroom was horrible. Can’t close the door unless standing over the toilet and can’t access the shower/tub unless the door is closed. The tub was dirty/stained there was a towel hanging like it had been used and forgotten in one area. The floor was dirty. The fitted sheets had no elastic left in them. The pillows were horrible and clearly needing replacement for most. The electrical outlets were concerning and the one accessible one in the lamp wouldn’t hold my phone charger so when I thought my phone was charging before heading out for the day I was left with low battery and hoped to have enough power for directions. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were friendly- the only positive. The pool area often had random things all over the place with no sign of anyone. Restaurant advertised but not open during our visit was huge inconvenience. Had some ants in the room at one point and a large housefly flying around the room. Forgot to ask for toilet paper during the day and had to ask around 9pm. Receptionist gave a box of Kleenex because housekeeping wasn’t there so toilet paper wasn’t available which didn’t make sense to me why there wasn’t somewhere for someone else to access toilet paper … check-in was a whole other frustrating issue. Including the wait while a last minute extension took a while and then there wasn't an available room ready even though it was at least an hour or more past check in time.
