The hotel is fantastic overall, but I do have one issue with the FLO charging stations. While they’re super convenient, they bill you for the entire time your vehicle is plugged in rather than just for the time it’s actively charging. This means that if my car only needs four hours to charge, I have to get up in the middle of the night—at 2 a.m., for example—to unplug it, or I’ll continue to be charged for the rest of the night. The cost isn’t tied to the electricity used; it’s based on the plug-in duration, which can be frustrating.

It is great that its right off the highway and easy to find. It was Clean with friendly staff. The pool was great and the breakfast tasty. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling that way

The pool is cold. In room towels rough, order extra you receive soft ones. The breakfast danishes were not made well. I liked the bed, but if you like a firm bed, not your spot to rest.

We weren’t very happy with the location of our room. It was right across from the elevator so we could hear people coming and going at all hours and the sound of the elevator. Our view was a cement wall, not impressed and the one elevator was not working. We ended up using the stairs as it was a wait for the elevator. We did ask to be moved but the hotel was booked. There were no rooms available to move to.

This property is tired looking and doesn't appear managed well. The room was adequate, but there weren't enough towels. Not necessarily the property's fault, but we found a large centipede crawling in the corner of our room. Before we could catch it, it disappeared behind our bed. In the morning, my wife had several welt-like red spots on her back where something had bitten her.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the hotel's range of amenities. My only complaint is that it took an extraordinary amount of force applied to the diverter in order to get water to come out of the showerhead rather than the faucet in the bathtub.

Very spacious and clean room . The staff is very nice and helpful. They even have some gluten-free options at breakfast ; Since the fridge has no freezer , the receptionnist helped us freezing our ice packs . free tea/coffee all the time ; Unfortunately there was traffic noise ; so if you can't take trucks and motor bikes vroom vroom you better ask a room with odd number( interior side).

hi the hampton is a lovely hotel.. the manager was super helpful getting us registered to use their EV chargers.. some staff wasn't over friendly but oh well.. the rooms are ok, clean, comfy beds but the rooms are outdated...the wifi sucked, it was hit and miss, that needs fixing.. the bathroom they really need to upgrade the toilets to the higher ones, or put in grab bars in all rooms. in the showers also.. being seniors it was hard getting off the low toilet!! breakfast is good, lots choice... hotel is quiet.. gave 4 stars but if they did these changes would give 5 for sure!

The room was very nice and comfortable but the problem is the elevator. Please ask for a different room if you get a room next to the elevator or you will be awake every time they move with loud banging going on. I believe all the rooms will end in 04. Told the front desk and answered a text and nothing happened. Bring ear plugs if you are unfortunate enough to get one of these rooms.

My family stayed overnight on our way to New York to visit my son. We rented 2 rooms and brought 2 dogs. The rooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. The front desk woman was very nice, despite our midnight arrival. Conveniently located with easy and quick access to the freeway, but it was quiet. My only criticism is the air conditioning in my room was on high all night and the room was freezing and the noise kind of loud. There was no way to change the setting on it. Since I already had to change rooms prior to this, because the key wouldn’t work after recoding it 3 times, I didn’t bother the front desk person about it. I would stay here again. We didn’t try the breakfast.

I arrived with a reservation for 2 rooms. 3pm is check-in, however, I was told only one room was ready. After 45 minutes I was told I could either take the second room far away from the first, or wait longer. My second room was available at 4:30. An hour and a half after check-in time. I was not offered any reimbursement for this or offered a late checkout. A dog was barking throughout the night in a room near mine. I was told they wouldn’t be able to move the barking dog to another room away from me because there was no other rooms available. The parking lot wasn’t even half full and the lobby the next morning had barely anyone for breakfast. They had more rooms. (My first night, the parking and lobby were at least twice as full, so this was a blatant lie) I was basically told too bad about these inconveniences. Doesn’t seem fair to me that I paid same as other people who got their rooms on time and didn’t have to listen to a barking dog at 11:20pm, 1am and 1:40am I won’t stay at a Hilton again. Not impressed.

Our team stayed at this property for a local basketball tournament. The staff (including, but not limited to GM Nasir and Harman) were kind enough to post a welcome sign for our team and hand out goodie bags to each of the players, personalized with their uniform numbers on each bag. The players were warmly received at the property and the special treatment had them excited about their very first tournament! Thank you to Harman and all other front desk staff for their help!

When we arrived at the front counter, we waited close to 10mins before someone arrived. No one at the counter again when we checked out at 9:30am. Shower fixers very difficult to use in room 613. I also couldn’t get the TV remote to select Live TV. Thankfully the room was quiet for sleeping.

The customer service at this establishment is what stands out the most. Harleen at check in, and Martina at check out were fantastic!!!! A definite asset to your hotel. I wish we had gotten the name of the woman attending the breakfast; she was excellent also!! I live in Michigan, have a daughter out east and a friend in Boston who enjoyed coming back with me. We love your beautiful country and the people in it, and will definitely return!! Thank you!!!

First off we had trouble with our tv which had missing channels and instead of just replacing the tv they UPGRADED and I used caps because it was a huge upgrade into a different room all together Jay and the rest of the staff at the hotel were all amazingly friendly and attentive the breakfast was simple but filling eggs bacon sausage waffles hash browns all good the pool heater was broke and the beds are a little firm but over all 4.5 stars outta 5

First off we had trouble with our tv which had missing channels and instead of just replacing the tv they UPGRADED and I used caps because it was a huge upgrade into a different room all together Jay and the rest of the staff at the hotel were all amazingly friendly and attentive the breakfast was simple but filling eggs bacon sausage waffles hash browns all good the pool heater was broke and the beds are a little firm but over all 4.5 stars outta 5

I drove from 3 hours away, paid in full for my reservation two weeks in advance. Forgot my credit card at home for the $50 security deposit and the girl at the counter argued with me for 15 minutes and kept asking me to call someone to borrow their credit card. Finally she said “I guess I can take a cash deposit but it will be $300”. She proceeded to pull out a well used roster of people who had paid their deposits in cash. I had to ask her 3 times for a receipt when she reluctantly printed off my reservation and hand wrote “$300 cash deposit as one time exception”. She only accepted after I pointed out that she had my money in full for the reservation. This is clearly an exception they are allowed to make and this individual was a disgrace to customer service. I travel to Brantford several times a year and I will never return to this hotel. Use the Marriot in the same parking lot. They are always incredible.

The hotel is great, as is generally true for Hampton Inns, but the area is completely industrial. I had hoped we would be within walking distance of restaurants but we had to drive every where. My only complaint though.

Great hotel, clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Unfortunately in the middle of an industrial area so alot of truck traffic, not a major issue but creates a slighlty less than relaxing atmosphere.

Other guest were commenting the breakfast buffet was substandard compared to the other Hampton Bay’s. I agreed. It would nice to have the business centre up and running again after so many years of no printer. Private documents cannot be emailed to reception.

We had a great stay! Check-in was quick and welcoming, and the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The room looked just like the pictures, and both the room and hotel were clean and well maintained.
