I assume the personal for room service changed sometimes during our stay because it was obvious that the quality was different.

We have stayed in dozens of hotels, rarely bad, but this was really great! In terms of welcome, treatment, cleanliness, breakfast, tranquility, room space, everything is really excellent. On our next visit to Crete we will definitely return to this hotel!

The hotel was really great, clean and quiet. The service was excellent. We had help from the reception to car rental and they helped us also when we had technical issues with the car. All service was 10/10 and quick.
