This was definitely a great deal for the price. The staff was very friendly. The best part was the food that was cooked in the restaurant on the side of the property. The worst part is you better get your food early because it always sells out.

Lovely little property. Though rooms could do with more electrical sockets and furniture /decor upgrade. Rattling door which needs fixing. A bedside table lamp would be nice instead of getting out of bed to switch light off. However, Great staff. Cleanliness good. Food served on site excellent. Loved the local beach front used by the locals too - loved this. Would return and recommend to those who could cope with a 2.5 / 3 star hotel which is clean, friendly and homely. Not a 4 or 5 star. I can cope but I know some of my friends/family could not. Nice stay with little issues only as mentioned above.

Front desk was welcoming. Room was clean, even came stocked with a couple complementary waters, a bin with coffee and tea packets to make in room which was nice, a/c worked great, shower pressure and temp were the best have experienced in JA, cute lookout area over top to hang out, nice to have access to the beach and could see the ocean from the room. The Rasta that has a cookshop on the property - some of the best jerk chicken have ever had with a great tasting jerk sauce as well and very reasonable deal. Came with side of festival and pressed plantain too. My partner even got the fresh Jamaican breakfast before departing too. Very close to the airport - a good thing for early flight but downfall was that it is very close to the airport so until about 8pm the arrival/departures were quite loud. The bar next door is loud with music until midnight or so. Overall good place for reasonable rate especially if need just for a night or two.

Was perfect for a convenient location next door to airport. We only stayed one night due to needing to be closer to the airport. Front desk staff and security was very nice. Restaurant and bar next door was convenient. Rooms were cute and clean. Air condition was great. Rooms had toiletries and everything we needed. Price was very cheap. It was noisy but it was due to the location. I would stay here again if needed.

We stayed at this hotel during the hurricane. The owner was accommodating and waived the breakfast the day after the storm. The chef cooking the breakfast was amazing and the staff were lovely. One recommendation is to have a generator as the island is susceptible to storms. The candle provided was inadequate when there was no power. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and is conveniently located next to the airport.

I had a nice stay here. Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly. There is parking on premises, and the property is gated and guarded. The beach is right across the street. The hotel is next to the airport, so you can hear the planes taking off during the day, and there’s music from the nearby bars in the evening, but it didn’t hinder my sleep or anything. Definitely a good, affordable option for budget travelers. I would stay here again.

Le sol et la chambre étaient très poussiéreux, la wi-fi ne marchait pas , il n’y avait presque pas d’eau chaude. Sinon bien placé, parking sur car enclos, les gerants sont très sympathiques et aimables. Nous y etions 2 semaines après l’ouragan qui a presque tout detruit y compris le toit de l’hôtel, donc nos critiques sont à revoir en temps normal

Clean and comfortable. As the name says, it’s next to the airport so if periodic planes bother you … it’s in the name. Easy check in and friendly. There is a nice bar and grill next door for some drinks and food.

The hotel had suffered damage from Hurricane Melissa, so I'm sure they weren't operating as normal. The room was adequate and clean. Wifi worked. The restaurant apparently was destroyed by the hurricane and was not operating, so there was no advertised breakfast either. The staff were nice, but we had to wait for someone to show up in the office when we arrived, also for someone to show up in the office when we were ready to leave. I think they did the best they could under the difficult post-hurricane conditions.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and this hotel was perfect. You could literally hear the planes. Drowned out some of the noise with the TV. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Perfect for what I wanted. Will stay again..

We only stayed 1 night, just for somewhere to rest before traveling home. Prior we stayed at a beaches resort...The only good take away is that it is 8 minutes to MBJ airport. They do not offer shuttle service. Reception is bad. There were a lot of people hanging out in front and the bar stays open and loud next door until day break. The rooms are uncomfortable. But there are taxis waiting to take you for a fee to the airport. Do not let them hustle you. Uber/Lyft charges $11 usd or 1,600 their currency (jmd) so you shouldn't pay a taxi over either amount. MOST OF THEM WILL TRY TO HUSTLE YOU.

Parking is ok. Ac is ok. Bed is like concrete, No amenities(like food snacks,) Only 1 staff member, and she was not very polite or helpful. Loud sound system played all night. No chairs in the room, all barebones and totally overpriced..

It’s a nice hotel it’s right by the airport 5 mins. They have a restaurant next to it. What I didn’t like was they don’t have Ada . Nothing to hold on to in the bathroom. Toilet was very small like for a kid. So you have a wheelchair or cane. It won’t work for you. But the people are very nice.

Great stay over Hotel for overnight stay near the runway. Staff very friendly, small room with very comfortable bed. Small restaurant on premises had excellent breakfast. Only drawback was bar next door played very loud music until midnight..

Rooms are a bit dated, bathroom is extremely small, television doesn’t have anything to watch unless you sign into your own apps and most of the streaming apps won’t work out of the country. Staff is extremely nice and very hospitable. Nice restaurant right next door, good food and good vibes. Directly in front of the ocean, less than 30 seconds and you’re at the beach. You can sit upstairs and watch the planes come in and out since it’s next to the tar mat.

We booked last minute just looking for an overnight before taking a morning shuttle to our resort. Property is located adjacent to public beach on a very public street. It was very noisy until late after midnight. The room has the basics but is very outdated.

The housekeeping staff was unprofessional; one even complained about cleaning our room after three days, saying it was too dirty. Outside the hotel, we were constantly approached by people asking for money or pressuring us to buy things, which became very frustrating. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than two days.

There was no hot water the the lady in the office wasn't friendly at all it's my second time checking in with her and the same experience the cleaning lady is amazing always smiling she is very helpful she even arranged my ride to the airport for me of which am grateful.

Hotel staff is terrible wifi doesn't work that well i paid $108 a night for this hotel , hotel staff is not very helpful when you asked them for clean towels or toilet paper they don't bring it to you
Hotel staff is terrible wifi doesn't work that well i paid $108 a night for this hotel , hotel staff is not very helpful when you asked them for clean towels or toilet paper they don't bring it to you

Receptionist and Staff at the Airport Beach Hotel were very professional and friendly. It made my stay even better. I only stayed for one night. Being that it was very close to the airport for my departure. Thank you so much for making my last night in Jamaica memorable. I will definitely book again

I liked Airport Beach. Works for me, close to airport, affable, efficient, and helpful staff. Very good Public Swimmimg Beach Immediately across the street. This hotel is great for transit or a short no frills vacation. The property is at the northern most end, the very beginning of the "Hip Strip" an area which has a steady buzz and hum in the daytime but cranks up into a full vibe from dusk into quite late night or later.

I was looking somewhere close to town that had security and this turned out to be a prime location for me. If you're looking somewhere to lay your head for a brief bit, in a prime yet private location, this it it! In the day I enjoyed doing plane watching from the upper deck and in the morning it was peaceful to wake up so close to the beach. There was a restaurant close by with a great vibe that I didn't check out but I think I've found my Mobay chill spot. The check in was uncomplicated and I got good parking! The amenities were basic but necessary and the place was adequately cleaned. Apart from the WiFi, I had only one issue which I'll be happy to speak with Management about but I have to give it to the employees! From Ms. Carlene(housekeeping), Greg at security and that lady at the front desk, they were great! Good Jamaican hospitality!

This property was economical and super close to the airport. It is on the local strip so it was very very noisy. There was a lot of people outside sonce there are a lot of bars and restaurants down the street but the airport was about 5 minutes away so it worked for me. I was only there over night. If you want to be close to live music and the company of others this is the place.

Great location by the beach, near restaurants and the airport. Our only issue was with the loud bar next door with karaoke and the adjacent street full of people partying by their cars and aggressively trying to sell us weed. Hookers down the street too. I’m glad I was there with my husband and would have felt less comfortable as a female traveling there alone.

This hotel is conveniently located right near the airport which is perfect for early departures/late arrivals. The staff are very friendly and the room was clean. Few things to note though, it can be quite noisy at night due to the location being a party spot for locals and because you're basically right beside the takeoff/landing strip. Also, although everything was clean, the rooms could use a little TLC.

Was perfect for a convenient location next door to airport. We only stayed one night due to needing to be closer to the airport. Front desk staff and security was very nice. Restaurant and bar next door was convenient. Rooms were cute and clean. Air condition was great. Rooms had toiletries and everything we needed. Price was very cheap. It was noisy but it was due to the location. I would stay here again if needed.

Although we liked the proximity to the beach, it was a public beach. At night a group of people showed in their cars (around 8p) and decided to blare loud music till well after 3am in the morning. After notifying the staff (and I mean 1 security guard) nothing was done. Let's just say we had a horrible sleep that night. The pictures are accurate and place is clean but we won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

This was definitely a great deal for the price. The staff was very friendly. The best part was the food that was cooked in the restaurant on the side of the property. The worst part is you better get your food early because it always sells out.

Front desk was welcoming. Room was clean, even came stocked with a couple complementary waters, a bin with coffee and tea packets to make in room which was nice, a/c worked great, shower pressure and temp were the best have experienced in JA, cute lookout area over top to hang out, nice to have access to the beach and could see the ocean from the room. The Rasta that has a cookshop on the property - some of the best jerk chicken have ever had with a great tasting jerk sauce as well and very reasonable deal. Came with side of festival and pressed plantain too. My partner even got the fresh Jamaican breakfast before departing too. Very close to the airport - a good thing for early flight but downfall was that it is very close to the airport so until about 8pm the arrival/departures were quite loud. The bar next door is loud with music until midnight or so. Overall good place for reasonable rate especially if need just for a night or two.

Rooms are a bit dated, bathroom is extremely small, television doesn’t have anything to watch unless you sign into your own apps and most of the streaming apps won’t work out of the country. Staff is extremely nice and very hospitable. Nice restaurant right next door, good food and good vibes. Directly in front of the ocean, less than 30 seconds and you’re at the beach. You can sit upstairs and watch the planes come in and out since it’s next to the tar mat.

We stayed at this hotel during the hurricane. The owner was accommodating and waived the breakfast the day after the storm. The chef cooking the breakfast was amazing and the staff were lovely. One recommendation is to have a generator as the island is susceptible to storms. The candle provided was inadequate when there was no power. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and is conveniently located next to the airport.

It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. The area was also a little noisy because music was being blasted well past 10 p.m. on a Monday night which wasn't that bad, but then I woke up to a lot of banging fron 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m. There was also constant foot traffic and talking by my door around that time. I did like that they provided free toiletries, and had decent wifi. The room itself also wasn't bad, aside from a ton of mosquitoes, and the staff was nice. It was ok for 1 night transitioning from the airport, but I wouldn't stay for longer than that.
