Excellent kitchen, set the standard for my trip. Comfortable bed, quiet once the trains stop, not terribly loud considering the station is 200m away. Good bathroom, strong washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools, counter space, and an ample refrigeator.

所々に埃が溜まっていましたが全体的に綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。お風呂も広々していて小さな子供と入るには充分な広さでした。ベットは柔らかくて身体に合わない方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。洗濯機は乾燥までできますが 5時間ほど時間がかかり、かなり音がうるさいです。また駅が近いため電車の音や光が気になりました。アメニティは洗濯洗剤や台所洗剤、歯ブラシ、シャンプーリンス、ボディソープ、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパー、ドライヤー、タオルがありました。物干しが三又タイプのタコ脚とハンガーが数個あります。駐車場は建物の一階にありますが有料で最大500円、4台まで駐車できます。入り口にタッチキーがあり初めての方には少しわかりずらいかもしれません。エレベーターがないので階段で移動となります。施設内は落ち着いた雰囲気でとても過ごしやすかったです。

The stay was complicated. They did not email me the codes to enter the hotel or my room. My room was on the 4th floor. There is no elevator. The stair well had no AC. It was extremely hot. My room was very dusty. But, it is was a large comfortable space, once I turned on the AC. The hotel is next to noisy train tracks.

Likes: The unit has a very pleasing interior with modern amenities. Access is secure, and is gained by entering codes on touch panels. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedroom is spacious, which was very welcome in Japan. Proximity to the train station and local streetcar station, and to the Sakurajima ferry, was very convenient. Having a grocery nearby was convenient, since we did quite a bit of cooking in the kitchen. Areas for improvement: There is not enough lighting at the wash basin, making it difficult to see when brushing teeth or shaving. Would help to have a recessed spotlight above the wash basin, or lighting above the mirror. Also, lighting above the right bed is dim. Would be desirable to have a recessed spotlight above the right bed. Did not like: The proximity to the train station resulted in a constant loud rumble of trains coming and going that was bothersome, that one has to block out.

踏切が近く深夜から早朝まで、煩いが我慢が出来れば問題ないと思う。1階にも駐車場はあるが、共有の駐車場のため、広い駐車スペースが必要な場合は探さなければならない。

駅の近くで電車の音が聞こえること、またエレベーターがないというのは予め分かって宿泊したので、トータル的にとても満足でした！部屋は綺麗でしたし、洗濯機もあったりと設備もしっかり整えられており子供達と宿泊するにはありがたかったです。また鹿児島に来ることがあれば利用したいと思いました！

Everything was good, there was a shower/ bath, laundry machine with detergent, cooking utensils and so on. Only issue I had was small ants on the table. Everything under budget and no noise from neighbours.

部屋は埃と食べかす、子供の玩具が落ちていた。掃除していないのがすぐに分かった。お風呂、写真では綺麗に見えるがドア上部に埃がびっしり。カビもすごい。今回4階だったので階段が大変だった。リピートない。

駅に近いので電車が通過する際、ちょっと音がするので気になる人はいるかもしれない。だけどそれをも上回る部屋の広さ、開放感が凄すぎた。洗面所も広いので子供連れにぜひお勧めしたい。

施設はリフォームがなされており非常に綺麗。景色も桜島を望むことができ、ロケーション最高。唯一残念なのは、鹿児島駅の近くで線路沿いであり、夜遅くまで電車の通過時の音がうるさいのみ。ただし、騒音があったとしてもそれを凌ぐ設備だったので、また鹿児島に行く際は利用したいと思います。

子供連れでの利用でした。室内の照明が少し暗いように感じました。駅のすぐ近くなので、踏切の音や電車の音がします。子供達は、すごく喜んでいました。初めてだった事もあり、チェックインまでの流れが少し分かりにくかったですが、また機会があったら利用したいです。

Bel appartement avec suffisamment de place. J'avais peur que ce soit bruyant à cause de la gare juste à côté, mais c'était calme au final. On entend légèrement le train. Rapide pour se rendre à Kagoshima car très proche de la gare. Présence d'une machine à laver. Top ! Belle vue sur le sakurajima sur le toit de l'hôtel au 5ème.Restau à 15 minutes à pied. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas laisser les bagages avant le check in ou après le check out. Il y a pourtant de la place.

A bit remote at the end of the tram line. Check in is done digital, no staff on site. Nice clean rooms. + Cosy rooms with most stuff you need - Heavy cargo trains during nights right outside window, did not bother me though - But worst is that hotel can be extremely difficult to contact. No email at Hotels, no email at hotel site and "Help" call at reception does not work. We could not arrange to prolong our stay by merging two bookings since we did not reach them. There is a telephone number but that does not really help since foreign tourist cant have voice sims. If it wasnt for the communication problem it would have been a four star rating.
