Stayed 2 nights

Having just had a wonderful apartment experience (2 couples) in Mandurah we were underwhelmed with this accommodation. It is in need of maintenance and we would not recommend it or revisit. Cobwebs over the front door and all around the garage. A dirty front door, and weeds in the paving to the door. Family room globe in 1 of the lights blown and reported (no acknowledgement). Family room blinds opened but would not reclose (reported no acknowledgement) and I don't think the cords are child safe. Dining table had slats in the top that had foods crumbs and dirt within the grooves. No fly screen to the courtyard and cobwebs again outside. Ensuite flick tap would not work on cold. Other bathroom had tile and timber molding missing from the side of the door frame exposing the structure. You are asked to put out the bins on rubbish day if you are there. 2 teaspoons in a house for 6 people. It could be a lot better. Considering the condition if was in, to be asked to take your shoes off in the house seemed a cheek. We were swamped with messages via sms/email/whatsapp prior to and on day of arrival. There were notes all over the house. It was not a place to relax
