Room was clean, service desk was very friendly and pleasant, has 2 electric vehicle chargers. Rooms are dated, but this is to be expected for such a low price. Would stay here again. Restaurant next door for breakfast. The fan from the heater was loud and ran most of the night due to the cold weather outside.

The staff was most accommodating as I arrived rather late. The room was very clean - exactly as the photos. There were a number of school busses in the parking lot but there was still plenty of room to park.

Clean, comfortable and quiet stay. Price was good too. Light around the mirror didn’t work, but that is okay. Felt bad for the two children that had to shovel the entire parking lot after the heavy snow fall, especially as our vehicle still got stuck in it several times. Owner should be looking for a snow blower or a plow for the parking lot.

We stayed in a 2 queen room in the 'newer' building (attached to the office). The room was lovely, clean and new. It had a decent size mini fridge and microwave, and each unit has a outdoor sitting area for 2 wicker chairs, a table with an ashtray (smoking outdoors only). I could hear people in other rooms, so the walls are a little thin, but I was very surprised at how clean, fresh and new the room was. However - our friends stayed in a single queen room in the old section. I didn't see the room, but they said it was awful. Be sure to request a room in the new section! There is an attached restaurant - we didn't try it, but was open early for breakfast. For a small town - this hotel was GREAT!

What can I say about the Inn which, in today’s times, provides every basic amenity which bigger and costlier hotels do not provide. From a bottle of water to toothbrush & toothpaste to actual milk for coffee everything was provided. This was such a refreshing experience to have every usable thing at your disposal. And they have EV chargers available (mind blown). The person overseeing the operation of the Inn was also cordial and polite. Overall an amazing experience and I give this Inn 10/10 for amenities. Book it and you wont be disappointed.

Very comfortable motel well located for touring the beautiful Beaver Valley and Collingwood area. Comfy beds, well priced, very clean and well appointed room. Really enjoyed the Bovine Grilled Cheese sandwich at the adjoining restaurant. Great homemade fries. Restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful simple and clean place to stay with easy access to the surrounding ski hills without the price tag of Collingwood. The little burger restaurant attatched also allows you to grab a breakfast or dinner and is open at seven so, perfect for skiers. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Lots of amenities included in the room - fridge, microwave, shaving kit, toothpaste and toothbrushes! Nice little coffee maker as well. Excellent parking. The restaurant is no longer there. Friendly staff!

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely man who was very warm amd welcoming. As he checked us into our room he told us about local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable and extra blankets were left in case we got cold. Loved the extras in the room, tooth brushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, coffee, tea erc.

In spite of being close to Highway #10, we were not bothered by Friday night traffic. The adjoining breakfast place was great. Unfortunately, our room stunk of pot smoke. Manager unaware, or not wanting to admit there is an issue. I told him he should have charged the previous people an extra $250 to do a deep clean on Room 107.

Overall it is a decent place for a short stay. the place is clean. But the rooms are different and it depends which room you get. In our room the bathroom was dated and the shower was old; nothing like what you see in the picture.

When I reported that a different guest was in his truck, smoking marijuana, who got stuck in the driveway and blocked me in the driveway, my comments were brushed aside. The staff also did not refill the drinking water and left us without drinking water. The motel itself was fine, nothing exceptional. With staff who listen more and work a little harder to satisfy their guests, the motel would do very well. It's in a nice place, geographically. However, unploughed parking lots, marijuana smoking pickup truck drivers, and empty drinking water bottles left a lot to be desired.

Gem hidden in plain site. We weren’t sure when we saw the inn from the road but the inside blew us away. The owners/staff are fantastic. We will stay here again whenever we come to snowboard events at Beaver Valley. 15 min drive is awesome.

Leelas Villa Inn was a perfect spot for a weekend stay for my Bruce Trail - Beaver Valley - End to End hike. Clean, newly renovated and quiet (especially if you have a room at the back).

This is a wonderful simple and clean place to stay with easy access to the surrounding ski hills without the price tag of Collingwood. The little burger restaurant attatched also allows you to grab a breakfast or dinner and is open at seven so, perfect for skiers. Would stay there again.

We stayed in a 2 queen room in the 'newer' building (attached to the office). The room was lovely, clean and new. It had a decent size mini fridge and microwave, and each unit has a outdoor sitting area for 2 wicker chairs, a table with an ashtray (smoking outdoors only). I could hear people in other rooms, so the walls are a little thin, but I was very surprised at how clean, fresh and new the room was. However - our friends stayed in a single queen room in the old section. I didn't see the room, but they said it was awful. Be sure to request a room in the new section! There is an attached restaurant - we didn't try it, but was open early for breakfast. For a small town - this hotel was GREAT!

We had a great stay. While the outside of the inn looks tired…..our room was clean and you could see that it had been recently updated. Comfy bed and it was quiet. We ordered wings from the onsite restaurant. They were very tasty and it was not a long wait before they were ready for pickup. Overall a very positive experience.

Very comfortable motel well located for touring the beautiful Beaver Valley and Collingwood area. Comfy beds, well priced, very clean and well appointed room. Really enjoyed the Bovine Grilled Cheese sandwich at the adjoining restaurant. Great homemade fries. Restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Highly recommended!

In spite of being close to Highway #10, we were not bothered by Friday night traffic. The adjoining breakfast place was great. Unfortunately, our room stunk of pot smoke. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Lots of amenities included in the room - fridge, microwave, shaving kit, toothpaste and toothbrushes! Nice little coffee maker as well. Excellent parking. The restaurant is no longer there. Friendly staff!

We didn't expect much from the place but we were pleasantly surprised because it was so clean, the hallway smelled good, the bathroom was large and had toothbrushes, toothpaste and shower gel and shampoo. There was also ice available and water. We felt safe and the little balcony in each room is a nice addition for spending some time outside at the beggining and end of each day. The only thing is that the restaurant next to the property was closed when we arrived at 5 pm and we had to make a trip to find something that was open.
