An amazing facility that is very convenient and well kept. You can access the metro via the connected mall, which means you can easily get anywhere even if it's raining. There is 24-hour room service via Wechat that can be used easily even if you don't speak Chinese. The staff are very kind and helpful if you need any help or suggestions.

We were upgraded to a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and in an excellent condition. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel is next to a huge mall which leads to a subway.

A heads up, if you are a Chinese citizen, you have to provide your Chinese ID card at the reception as they don’t accept Chinese passport. You are also required to do Face Identify for check in. The great part of the hotel is, if you get lost around, which is very likely to happen there, you just need to look up to find this unique shape building and get the direction.
