Fantastic location and lovely hotel - super comfy and spacious, and also very quiet for a good nights sleep. Close to the Chunxi road area where there are many shopping and dining options, and also a metro station, but it’s also easy to walk from here to different places around the city. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection also good.

The hotel is very well located along a high street but set back so it’s quiet. The breakfast is good with some variety. The room is a gods size. Toiletries were replenished. The staff were helpful, esp Cassie and Christina at the front desk. So was the concierge whom I got to book a visit to the Bridge restaurant.

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to Chunxi Road and the Taikoo Li shopping and dining area. The staff are polite, and the breakfast spread is quite good. The only drawback is the centralized air conditioning, which doesn’t allow individual room adjustments.

This was my second time staying at the hotel, so I knew I was happy with the area and local amenities. On arrival I was very kindly given an upgrade to a suite, it was an older style but a huge space and very comfortable. The view over the street was great to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great selection.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for children. The staff was kind to give takeaway boxes for leftover kids food. Only thing, we found our room a bit dates, but as we were out on tours on 2 days we didn't mind. The bed were super comfy to sleep

The hotel was prepared for a big annual event, "Candy and Wine Fair", during our stays. All resources were pulled to support this event. The interests of the staying customers had to be sacrificed. Our safety was not their concern anymore. The front access was totally blocked. It is hard to escape if something happens. They provided the big restaurant in 2/F to the Fair, and moved all the customers to the small cafe area in 25/F. There was no buster service until 7:10am even the breakfast service started at 6:30am. No staff cared the wet floor with fallen food. Customers noticed the danger and pulled chairs to block that area, and escalated the problem. If you are a senior, not recommend to stay here.
