Our room was very clean with a heated floor in the bathroom. There is a shuttle to airport for 10 euro per person which was very convenient since we had a plane next early morning. There are couple restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed our one day stay here. Highly recommend this hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und absolut ausreichend für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise des Münchener Flughafen. Die Flugzeuge startet direkt über den Hotel, dies ist aber in den Zimmer kaum zu hören und ist absolut nicht störend. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle von der man in 10 Minuten am S-Bahnhof ist. Ein Supermarkt sowie die Bushaltestelle einer anderen Buslinie die zum S-Bahnhof fährt sind direkt die Straße runter. In der Bar befindet sich eine kleine Bar an der man auch zur späten Stunde noch Drinks bekommt. Frühstück gibt es dort auch. Dies habe ich nicht dazu gebucht, jedoch sah es reichhaltig und lecker aus. Direkt neben der Rezeption gibt es ein kleines Kiosk mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks. Dieses Hotel ist eine gute Alternative wenn man ein günstiges aber nicht schlechtes Hotel außerhalb von München haben möchte welches mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen ist. Zudem ist es nur zwei S-Bahn Stationen vom Flughafen München weg. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel.

The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and that was about the only bright spot. First room was dirty still. Due to no phone in the rooms I lugged everything back downstairs to the desk. Second room was also dirty. Found a maid to get me new towels and they kind of swept up. I’m not sure they change sheets or blankets as the second room was said to be clean once they swept and gave me towels but there was hair on the pillow cases and sheets. Went and got sheets and pillow cases and made the bed myself. Will not stay here again.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, though quite small. I realize this is an airport hotel, but there was no place to put 2 suitcases. The 2 Euro/hour parking fee was unexpected since the parking was at and underneath the stilted hotel. Very early breakfast option is available for those early morning departures. Shuttle available to airport, but a taxi was cheaper for more than 2 people.

Leider funktionierte das einchecken am PC und Tablet nicht. Der sehr freundliche Herr an der Reception konnte es sich auch nicht erklären, hat aber schnell geholfen. Die Teppichböden in den öffentlichen Bereichen sind eine Frechheit und eine Zumutung! Kaffeeflecken, Schmutz und Dreck! Ob im Frühstücksbereich oder am Weg ins Zimmer (1.OG) einfach nur wähhh Eine Nassreinigung oder Tausch ist dringend anzuraten. Das trübt den Gesamteindruck sehr.

Mulighed for parkering = det koster penge. Værelserne var meget beskidte og støvede, selve spiseområdet, var fyldt med pletter overalt på gulvet. Maden var noge lunde og personalet var søde, men ikke noget vi vil besøge igen. Syntes det koster for meget i forhold til hvad man får. Ps. Sengen er mega hård.

They advertise AC, but it is sad, wanna-be central air that does not cool down the room. So uncomfortable could not sleep. Front desk was no help at all and tried to tell me I must be using it wrong...They must get a lot of complaints.

room is clean, the design is a bit out of the norms. there is a class design, although not transparent from bathroom to the room, which means, when one of the guests use the bathroom at night, it can illuminate the whole room and wake up the other guest.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Stauraum für Koffer. Selbst für Handgepäckskoffer gibt es keine Ablage. Es gibt keinen Schrank. Eine dürftige Garderobe mit 4 Bügeln.. Die Zimmer sind top sauber, das Bett einigermaßen bequem. Ruhig, kein Straßenlärm und Flugzeuge kaum hörbar, aber hellhörig Zimmernachbar gut hörbar. Parkplatz, Frühstück und Shuttlebus sind extra zu bezahlen. Es gibt keine Minibar oder z. B. bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser. 161€ für solch ein kleines Zimmer ist zu teuer.

Frühstück war der Hammer ! Sehr große Auswahl und lecker Kaffee. WLAN sehr stabil. Zimmergrösse ist sehr knapp bemessen - da stimmt Preis/Leistung nicht. Parkplätze sind aufpreispflichtig - wird so aber nicht kommuniziert.

The 'other' category isn't working. This airport hotel (about 4 miles from airport) is clearly for the 1-nighter. It's clean and bright, but our room had no hook to hang up a towel, no trash can in the bedroom.....it's bare bones. Does have a hair dryer though, which was helpful. Had a hard time getting the shower head to stay put also (it's a hand-held that can be attached, but kept falling).

Check in/check out staff were great!! Breakfast had a lot of options. Great location near the airport. Cute and eclectic decor. However, the ac didn’t work, the floor heater didn’t work and the rooms didn’t feel very clean. People were so loud and you could hear every door slam, every conversation in the hall, and it sounded like someone was dribbling a ball in the above floor and since fan and ac didn’t work there was nothing to drown out the sound. Wasn’t easy to get sleep before leaving for an early flight. Also, the shuttle was more expensive than an uber.

Check in was great. Fast and streamlined. Guy at desk very helpful and efficient. This is a barebones hotel. Not even cups to get a drink of water. Very pink, Barbie would love it.

Yes, the room was spotless and the place very clean, but most importantly was the staff and their names were Dina and Bastian .. both of them went out of their way with amazing customer service. They were kind and courteous and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend the hotel and their excellent service.

A shuttle that does not all day - to a hotel in an area that offers little in terms of evening dining - there was one place but I never saw it open. What ever you do, don't confuse the ticket rules for the shuttle. I did and got berated by the staff at reception in front of the other guests. MY crime? Retaining half the ticket to prove I have paid. The ironic thing is that the following trip the driver gave me half the ticket back! Don't arrive or want to leave between 10:00 and 17:00 the shuttle does not run. There are better options and I will be looking and them next time. Minimalist in design, minimalist in service, minimalist facilites.

Hotel was very clean and our room had an ideal size for the price offered. The service at the front desk, however, was not good. We did not feel welcome upon arrival on New Year´s Eve since the person attending us at check-in was not supportive after asking about the access to the parking lot of the hotel.

Very small rooms. Limited staff support. Front desk is poorly handled. Customer service is not a concern. Had to wait a few times before getting some attention for quick answers. We stayed here once before and found the same poor service. But felt perhaps it was just an off day. My advise… pay a little more and go to a hotel that will treat you as customer.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay near the airport. A bit difficult to reach outside of the shuttle service which stops between 10am-5pm. A bus stop is nearby that brings you to the Hallbergmoos S8 train station in about 10 minutes.

Perfect place to stay close to the airport, especially for an early morning flight. Room was extremely modern and was comfortable, with no airplane noise. The bar in the lobby was great for grabbing a glass of wine, and the breakfast buffet was very good, including scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, on top of all the usual breakfast stuff. There's a cute little Italian restaurant almost right across the street that has nice outdoor seating. The shuttle bus was on time and reasonably priced to get to the airport in the morning.

I stayed one night between flights. I missed the last hotel shuttle at 10.10pm. The taxi and uber were expensive. I Googled an alternative way to get to the hotel. I took U bahn and the bus. Here is how: Take the U-Bahn line S8 in direction Herrsching and exit at the Hallbergmoos stop. U-Bahn is underground level 02 Take buses 692 or 698. I had to wait for the bus 692 20-min since I just missed one but at 11pm at night there were several other people waiting for the bus and the bus stop was well lit, so I felt safe. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the bus station (I used google maps to monitor the stops, I think it was 7 stops but the bus didn’t stop at the first 3, so I hit the stop button when we approached my stop). When I got off the bus stop I started walking with other people and asked them where my hotel was- they pointed to the left. At night it looked like we were in the middle of the forest with all the trees around. The hotel was cute, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I books the shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Soweit waren wir zufrieden, bis auf das dass Badezimmer noch ein wenig dreckig war. Haare lagen leider noch auf den boden herum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, nur leider gab es wegem was warmes nur Tiefkühlpizza.

A day time employee helped us with the parking meter but there penalities for coming and going. The room had no space to put a suitcase. You could not use TV to mirror the phone. The front desk would take smoke breaks together so there would be no one at the front desk to help. It was clean and quiet with a good breakfast but that is about it. I think we expected more from the Radisson name
