Welcoming front desk.Clean room. Well maintained property. Lots of comfortable chairs and sofas to sit and relax in the lobby. The breakfast very good! They had lots of breads, hot foods, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee and much more. The Airport shuttle has a reasonable fee and was right on time. Would highly recommend this property!

The outside area is a little run down but the inside is lovely. Comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. The staff were exceptionally helpful - we had to return a car and get back to the hotel. They made it easy to do No real dinner on site - just pizza and snacks - but Hotel across the street had excellent food I would stay here again if flying out of Munich airport.

Excellent room--comfortable, clean, and modern. Bonus--there were washcloths in the bathroom (not always a given). Breakfast was great. Shuttle service was helpful given how secluded the hotel is. The "restaurant" menu is basically reheated frozen foods so plan ahead because it was not good and there's not much nearby.

The hotel was pretty close to the airport with the convenience of the shuttle bus running to and from the airport every half hour throughout most of the day. The room was equipped with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. Very slick and modern fixtures in bathroom made it feel very luxurious. The bed was very comfortable as well. All in all it was a lovely experience!

The first room provided to us smelled of urine or sewer gas. Also, the hotel's bus service to/from airport is very limited. Details should be provided to guests prior to reservations being made so they can make plans so they don't have to incur additional expenses for travel to/from downtown Munich during daytime hours. Pillows in the room are substandard - I wouldn't provide similar ones to guests staying at my home.

Hatte hier 2 Nächte innerhalb von drei Tagen verbracht und schätze das Hotel um die Mitarbeiter. 2 Dinge möchte ich jedoch erwähnen: An beiden Tagen waren Haare im Bad. Einmal sogar recht viele, die ich weg geputzt habe. Sonst war es sehr sauber. Die Essensauswahl ist doch sehr beschränkt. Die Pilze auf der sonst ganz ordentlichen Pizza sehr matschig.

When we checked in and went to our room, as soon as we opened the door we were greeted by an odor of sewage. Apparently the cleaners decided to go number 2 and didn't clear the air before allowing the room to be occupied. We were given a different room. This is a fairly new hotel so the room was in great condition. It is not at the airport and onsite parking was 25 Europe per day. Why?

Stayed for 1 night prior to flying out early the next morning. Room and bathroom were nice. Wish there was more soundproofing as someone in an adjoining room had a dog that barked most of the evening. No issues besides the guest noise.

The beds felt like a mattress on the floor. NO frig. Charged for parking that was not necessary as the parking lot was empty. Would never use this hotel again and I certainly won't be using Expidea again

A nice property very close to the airport. Pros -great breakfast, very clean, rooms are nice. A big con is that the air conditioning kept going out. We had to call eight times the front desk to have them reset the air conditioning from there instead of us being able to work it in the room. This was on an 87° day so if you were an American used to cold AC, this would be a problem for you.

When we arrived the computer system that encodes the plastic keys was not working. This slowed the checkin process and made it necessary that when going to your room a staff member with a master key needed to go with you to let you into your room - not only the first time but anytime you left the room. A major pain which tended to limit your trips to do other things like using the gym. What would have been nice if there had been some small attempt by the hotel to compensate a bit - a complementary snack from the food service? Don’t charge for overnight parking maybe? Small move that is not going to affect the bottom line of the hotels profit. What really irked me more was the smoking lounge located 2 millimeters outside the hotels front and only entrance. Literally every time we went to unload and load the car with luggage we ran a gauntlet half a dozen of smokers. There was no avoiding it. Some smokers lit in the lounge on the way to the door extending the smoking area in the hotel itself. This is a matter of cleanliness (and common sense). I realize European policies not allowing smokers to impact the health and comfort of non smokers is 20 - 30 years behind Asia and North America and we expect and accept this when traveling in Europe. But this was truly a major issue at this hotel. Just move the smoking area off to one side.

Reserve este hotel porque tenia transporte de bus de y al aeropuerto. Y en las peticiones especiales de la reserva indique que necesitaba bus del aeropuerto al hotel. Cuando llego al aeropuerto a las 11 de la noche no aparecio ningun bus. Lo habia escrito al hotel una segunda vez x correo e. Y siguieron sin contestar. Durante la tarde de llegada volvi a escribir y tampoco contesto nadie. Cuando llegamos a la recepcion explicpo mi cabreo y contesra el recepcionistaq el solo esta para el turno de noche. Al dia siguiente en el viaje en el bus al aeropuerto le pregunto al conductor del bus y solo le faltó insultalme y hablo con una falta de respeto totaö. No volvere a este hotel.

Ein super Hotel, nahezu perfekte Inneneinrichtung, ruhige Zimmer, nur die Lage ist suboptimal, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist. Es gibt zwar einen Shuttle Bus, aber nur morgens und abends, ansonsten muss man ein Taxi vom oder zum Flughafen nehmen oder umständlich mit Bus und S-Bahn fahren.

Room was comfortable and efficient even though it was a little on the small side. Comfy bed, desk and seating area. Many outlets on both sides of the bed! Everything was clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, including the coffee. Shuttle bus to the airport was efficient. The only complaint is that the hotel seemed in a desolate area but that’s OK.

We choose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Happy hour food was good. Breakfast was good but they ran out of some important items 30 minutes before closing time.

Stayed only for one night as we were transiting. Very good option as very close to the airport (by taxi or bus). Room was clean with comfy beds. It has a "restaurant" but options are limited (at least it offers something). Only disadvantage is that it offers food 4pm onwards. Breakfast was much better.
