The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other vehicle you will be fine.

禁煙部屋を希望し予約。宿泊当日、最初に通された部屋は確かに「禁煙」設定ではあった。しかし、一歩その部屋へ足を踏み入れると、明らかに強烈なタバコ臭が！　ホテル・スタッフへ告げると、直ちに別フロアの部屋へ変更してくれた。最初の部屋があったフロアは、「以前は喫煙可」であったとのこと。　ホテル管理者/経営者は、長年にわたる喫煙によるタバコの匂いが壁紙や調度品に染み込んでしまうものだと分かっていないのか？「喫煙可」設定をただ単に「禁煙」表示へ付け替えるだけで済むことではない、と理解すべきだ。　せっかく、しっかりとした接遇を身につけた素晴らしい従業員達に恵まれ、とても美味しい朝食を提供しているのに、非常に残念だ。
