Excellent location bit a bit noisy at night.

The location of the flat is very nice. Not directly in the city center but we could explore the majority of the city by foot. The flat itself has issues. Many thinks are slightly broken or missing. Communication worked but could have been more proactive and detailed. We only stayed for one night and I’m happy about it.

Apartamentos bem amplos, não fica bem no centro, mas tão pouco fica longe. Bem equipado. Aluguei com dois banheiros, porém não informaram que um dos banheiros não tem chuveiro. Resumindo: todos tivemos que dividir um chuveiro apenas. Éramos três hóspedes, nos deram apenas duas toalhas. O destaque negativo é para a comunicação: mandei msg informando do horário de chegada e não responderam. Ficamos uma hora esperando alguém aparecer para fazer nosso checkin. Também não disponibilizaram um local para que pudéssemos deixar as malas.

We stayed at a junior suite and we were disappointed with amenities. There was no closet for clothes, the folding bed was uncomfortable. We only had 2 towels that we had to use for 3 days. We asked for extra toilet paper & towels but they said that they’ll only drop them off if we pay €15 extra. It was super noisy at night since it’s near a busy street. There were no front desk/staff to help. The woman who answered the telephone initially was rude (owner?), but the person who check us in was nice/ friendly but not too helpful. I don’t recommend this place at all. The food at the bistro/restaurant downstairs was really good, with helpful staff. They helped us get taxis.

Eccellente la posizione ed i dintorni. Bus C2 e C3 sotto la struttura. Pulizia Buona. Assenza completa di colazione o qualsiasi cosa le assomigliasse. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Televisione non funzionante.
