Got upgraded to an absolutely stunning room. Even without the upgrade, for the price we paid this place is absolutely amazing value, especially with the free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is fine - it’s nothing amazing, but for the price of the room it more than does the job. The location is great, walking distance to everything you need to see in Mostar. Didn’t have time to use the pool sadly, but it looked beautiful. Will definitely return if back in Mostar.

Eden Hotel was beautiful. The room that we had was spacious and it had an amazing terrace that overlooked the city. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Included parking was very convenient.

The first room when we checked in was not cleaned. Not vacuumed, candy wrappers on the floor. The reception changed the room. Tgere is no coffee, tea or water available at reception. No coffee maker or tea in the room. No Kleenexes, conditioner or lotion in the room. No floor towel in the bathroom. The first day the room was not vacuumed. We asked to vacuum it. The hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel. The steam room and hammam were not working. Only the sauna was available. Overall the service is poor. Breakfast was ok and on a positive note the hotel has a driver available to book privately to go around. This was helpful and the price was reasonable. The room is normal size but the bathroom is time for a four star hotel. Overall it’s definitely 3 stars and not 4.

Hotel is located on edge of town, but according to google, 6 minute walk to bridge. We had a large suite on top floor on corner, with balconies on both sides. Great views. Restaurant food is quite good. Room is comfortable and well lit. Parking on hotel property in front - safe and convenient. I would consider this a 5* physical facility. BUT I would never stay here again and I would warn anyone else against doing so. Some of the staff staff here are consistently the worst I have ever experienced. The girl who checked us in was unfriendly, unhelpful, did the absolute minimum, hated answering questions (and did so badly) and was basically useless. (And then she apparently complained to colleagues that my wife was asking questions and expecting answers.) The "muscle" (a large beefy guy who did physical stuff like helping with our luggage, driving the hotel car and adjusting the patio umbrellas) tried to scam my wife with some shady scheme to buy cherries from his buddy. When we asked for more toilet paper, the maid came by, left us 2 rolls (and took the unfinished one!) and some fresh towels, and never came back to clean the room, even though I left a "clean this room" tag on the door. We requested a 2\'nd room card, which every other hotel gives us - generally they see how many people are checking in and give us that number of cards. The girl at the desk said that she couldn\'t do it and to ask in the morning. I asked in the morning and was initially refused. ...

This has got to be perhaps the best run hotel which I have stayed at in Bosnia, and I travel frequently for business. Everything was perfect from packing, check-in, breakfast, and the Spa staff all of which were courteous and friendly. The dry sauna and Turkish steam bath were spotless, as was the pool. Very good value for money, right off the main highway, but only a short walk to the old bridge! I would be happy to stay here again!

Unsere Erwartungen wurde vollends erfüllt. Die Suite ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Lage gibt es einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt, welche in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer war sauber. Einziger Abstrich bei der Dusche, welche etwas defekt aber funktionstüchtig war. Der Service war freundlich. Die gebuchte Medic Massage war gut und auch hier wieder ein tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel kann also mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden.

We lost our key card and they charged us 10 euros also they don’t clean your room every day they said they don’t come around each day and I had to ask for it to be cleaned no basic amenities in the hotel no iron had to pay for ironing pool Was also very cold when we asked for it to be warm the next day they said it is and it will be however it wasn’t

The location to the bridge was great. It was a bit of a walk b/c it was downhill and then uphill very doable. The staff was helpful. Room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The heated floors in the bathroom was great!

Nice place. Very spacious room. Smelled nice when we checked in. Second day as they were cleaning, there was an unpleasant odour to the room and hallway. Breakfast options were limited but sufficient.

Horrible property, avoid at all costs. Room was filthy, hallways filled with dirty couches, dust and dead bugs, shower appalling. Canceled one night and management refuses to respond to Expedia about refund. All around 0/10

Checked in, 1st assigned room, was dirty and wasnt cleaned up. So we went back down tolobby to get a room that was ready/cleaned. Breakfast was not the best. Dont expect much

The rooms at this hotel were very nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable and I have to say we had the best night sleep in the two weeks we had been traveling around the area! We also had an amazing view of the city and the staff was very kind and helpful. One thing to note is that the entrance to the hotel was complicated. Our GPS didn't give great directions of the area and we ended up circling behind the hotel through very narrow, steep streets. And while the hotel is not far from Stari Most, the path there wasn't very well lit or we might have walked there in the evening. Also, when we checked out we learned that there was a mini bar we could have used. Look for it as it is well hidden!

The Eden Hotel was probably the nicest hotel in Mostar. Unfortunately, it was very clean, the room smelled like smoke and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The free buffet breakfast was appreciated and the staff were friendly.

The hotel was nice and had spaces rooms, but we expected a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was not 4 star… it was very simple. The location was perfect if you want to see the bridge, and the service was good.

El desayuno fue muy limitado y ademas quedaban vacias las charolas de alimentos por.mucho tiempo. Yo reserve dos suits y no correspondian a las fotos que se mostraban en la pagina de expedia.por todo lo demas se puede considerar aceptable.

Amazing hotel and, especially, staff. Everyone in the staff, including the front desk representatives, breakfast staff, and cleaning team, was excellent. The property is at a great location; it is a five minute walk to the old town. We liked the hotel and staff so much that we changed our plans to extend our stay there!

Hervorragendes Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden wie Familienmitglieder ganz herzlich behandelt. Insbesondere die Kinderfreundlichkeit der Restaurantmitarbeiter war beeindruckend. Auch der Hotelchef war sehr nett und freundlich. Ein schönes und familiengeführtes Hotel mit Herz. Vielen Dank!

Superbe hotel,tout confort,et tres bien équipé. Petit dejeuner au top. Idealement situé a moins de 10 min a pied de la vieille ville !

The Restaurant was very good. Breakfast was súper complete. The waiters and assistant very helpful at al times. Too crowded with tour passengers that made it slow. We stayed 2 days , the second day they only changed the tówels. Didn’t clean the rest. I needed an adaptor yo charge my phone and didn’t have on. Not a 4 Star hotel for sure.
