Rooms were clean and a good size. Everything we needed was on site. Breakfast had a great variety including vegetarian options and alternative milks. We didn’t use the spa facilities. Parking was easy and the shopping centre being right next door was convenient.

We loved how convenient the parking was and how many amenities this hotel had to offer. It was located in a mall with a theatre. We dined in the hotel restaurant and our meals were okay. We had wanted dessert but couldn't track the server down. The daily breakfast was great. We really enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, and sauna each day. The steam room didn't seem to be operational while we were there. It was a bit further a walk to old town that we would have liked, but that was only due to how hot it was while we were visiting. It likely would have just felt like a nice stroll into town at cooler temperatures. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are spacious and well designed. However, the level of cleanliness could be improved, especially for a 5-star property. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Although there was plenty of food and a good selection, the quality did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. It felt more focused on quantity than on freshness, taste, and overall quality. I have had significantly better breakfasts at some 4-star hotels. The location is excellent and very convenient, but overall, I expected a higher standard of service and quality from a 5-star hotel.
