Breakfast is bagels, toast, cereal, coffee, and tea. Amenities are perfectly fine for the low price of the hotel, compared to others in the area. Pool and hot tub are great!

Nice large room, comfortable bed. Lots of food options close by. No elevator so you must carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Staff very nice.

Location was great. The hot tub was luke warm. Breakfast was bread items and cereal and didn’t start until 7am. WiFi was spotty. Staff wasn’t friendly. I will not go back. There was a reason this was not an expensive hotel. Luxury shouldn’t be in the name

Overall we enjoyed our first stay here. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean room, convenient location, decent pool. Cons: Parking is limited (one night we had to park off site), continental breakfast is limited and could be improved.

The stay was good. I think guests should know they don't have an elevator. Breakfast is cereal , bagels, and toast.

First room didnt have a working tv or phone, but we were quickly moved to another that did. Clean room, with lovely warm indoor pool and hot tub

Room was good, facilities a little bit old. Wifi is not working for some of the rooms located at the edge of the building. Staff seems know this issue but not trying to solve the issue.

Staff were great! Room smelled terrible. We had to open a window just to tolerate being inside the room. Most outlets in the room also did not work.

It was okay for the price, needed a dog friendly hotel. Front desk staff were very nice, as were the house cleaning ladies. However, the carpet was terribly stained, our sheets had stains, there were used soaps by the sink, and trash left. Overall for the price it was okay. Probably would not stay here again.

Clean property, walking distance to restaurants and outlets. Only negative, breakfast is really simple: breads, cereals, donuts, juices and coffee, but for the price no big complaints.

For the price it’s a good deal. Hotels in this area are pricey. This facility is old, especially everything in the room. Room is clean. The front desk lady was very good and nice. They do put out donuts, bagels, cereal for breakfast.

Room smelled like mildew. When I tried to check in I had to wait a while because nobody was at the front desk for about 10 mins (clerk was using the bathroom so I'm not too upset about this). I probably would have rated this a 3 or 4 if it were not for the room smelling bad.

Carpet was dirty. Fine for a 1 night stay.

Room in slight disrepair. Vanity outlet not working. Main entry light and nightstand light also not working properly. Tub drain backed up and showers end up standing in ankle high water. There were two places where plumbing in the wall was exposed...one under vanity and one next to bed that drains the tub.

We stayed in two different rooms due to a change in our schedule. The first room had 2 of 4 light bulbs burned out in the lamps, and the bathtub filled up with ankle-deep water while taking a shower. The second room had a telephone wire hanging from the ceiling, the door wouldn't close properly, due to a loose strikeplate, and the entire sink faucet was loose. Both rooms, and the hotel, are very dated and dingy; the whole place could use some major renovations. The upside were the friendly staff and the soaps and products that they had in the rooms.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent, but there is no justification for applying the word "luxury" here. The mattress was low quality and "noisy" while you move. The free breakfast was worth what you paid for it. It was a decent place to stay highlighted by very capable staff, and I think worth the price (but I'd eat somewhere else).

Room was clean, but showing its age with some plumbing issues lint trap in sink). Electrical Outlets were loose. Only 1 would hold our plugs in place without the plugs falling out. Bed was a King size, fairly comfortable. Pillows were small, double bed size. BUT they appeared to be feather pillows, which I am allergic to. I have never been to a hotel that supplies anything but non-allergy pillows. TV, microwave & refrigerator worked. Little space to hang clothes. Price not too bad for location.

Definitely redefining the word Luxury. This hotel is clean. I think that's the big win for the price. We could hear the other guests open and closing doors all night and morning. There were lightbulbs out in our room. But hey it's a great deal for a place to crash in Dillon and score powder. The breakfast is very limited. I'm gluten free and could only grab an orange. The hotels that are similar in price and closer to the freeway are much more noisy. It was good to not hear every semi truck pass by this place like we've experienced at the other hotels. If this is privately owned by a family then you should support them because they keep it clean and neat. If it's owned corporately they should do better.

Our window did not lock, Which was concerning since we were on the first floor the glass was dirty, which was probably a good thing as our view were broken down cars and an old boat. The room was clean, Slightly dated, The bed was comfortable, And the air conditioner worked very well.

This hotel is very old and not very welcoming. The walls were so thin we could hear other people showering, the showers were terrible quality, and the sink was so short it was only up to my mid-thigh as an average-height individual. We weren’t provided with any shampoo, only lotion and conditioner and there are hardly any amenities in the rooms. Overall, I think this place was way too overpriced and I was very disappointed in the quality.

From the moment I started check in, I knew it was going to be an odd experience. The lady who checked me in didn’t greet me, she just came out of the back with an attitude like I was interrupting her evening. She didn’t speak in sentences, it was more like orders. But only after she could see that I was wasn’t reading her mind. The place felt like it was acceptable in the 70’s, but that was the last time anyone cared about the appearance. The outlets and light switches were all so old they had yellowed decades ago. Most light switches didn’t even do anything. Don’t expect any usb ports anywhere. Not even any usb outlets on any of the bed side table, desk, or lamp fixtures. I had to charge everything through my laptop. The super thin blanket on the bed was useless. Provided no warmth or weight. The mattress was hard and unforgiving on my back. Sleeping in my car would’ve been better, but their lot was full… I’m glad I was alone, would not have felt safe or comfortable if my wife or kids were with me.

The staff at the hotel were great to me. Especially Charmaine at the front desk.

Created a reservation at 10 PM for last minute changes in plans as we were told they had availability after speaking with them on the phone. Staff was in the back, knew my business partner and I were up front at the desk, rang the bell and no one answered. Waited 15 minutes until deciding to go somewhere else.

Arrived around midnight after attending an event. No one was at the desk and did not respond to bell ringing. After 20 minutes, we were about to leave and finally someone came out.

I was driving... I first pulled just to check-in and survey the rates. I rang the bell, knocked on the desk and called... nobody came out. I contemplated to call the police to see if there was wrong, but I left, went to the to the parking lot of the hotel next door, then got the idea to check Expedia for rates and other places. On Expedia, this place was almost $100-$200 less than everything else in this town. So, I checked in, then went back to try again. After a buzz, a knock and a "Hello?", the receptionist came out. She didn't seem very happy that I interrupted her... whatever. She told me all I could and could not do, where the "hot tub" was (maybe it's a thing here). The bed was nice and the aircon turned on/off, on/off so at least it was cool enough outside, so I cracked the window and turn the unit to fan only. That worked. It's summertime, but there are signs all over not to wear your ski boots in the halls and lobby.

Kelly the day desk person originally from Jamaica was 5 star!! Professional, curtious, respectful and competent! She actually made the stay excellent. She acknowledged everyone w/ upmost respect and was helpful and knowledgeable!!!!

Nice stay and convenient. Front office staff was super friendly and helpful.

I stayed here to be close to ski resorts in the area and not have to pay a very high price. The property is clean and has a pool and hot tub. The breakfast is very basic but adequate. The outlet mall and restaurants are nearby.

Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Many hikes close by beautiful area, the rooms are clean and comfortable for a roadside hotel.

Overnight front desk was wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating. Comfy pillows, hot tub was great, and location is perfect- easy on/ off from the highway and so close to lots of great restaurants, outlets, and the ice castles. The drive to copper mountain and A basin was beautiful and easy.

For the price accommodations was good. Good location and clean. Breakfast was basically some bagels, toast, cereal. Oatmeal. Some donuts and coffee, tea. Saw milk for cereal. Not sure if juice was present as I drank the coffee.

The property was clean enough, but is due for a big refresh. Looks a bit rundown. While they offer breakfast, that means donuts, toast, cereal, and cuties as the only fruit...nothing very nourishing.

Coffee is very poor quality. No protein in the breakfast.

This is not worth the price. Poorly run, very run down, the free breakfast is horrible. I know its a budget hotel, but better to stick with a name brand.

Old hotel but clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was about as sparse as they come. All carbs, no protein.

Our stay was just for one night . but it was a good stay.. perfect for the price . Clean room , AC was wonky and I couldn’t get it to work . Continental Breakfast was OK . Coffee was more Tea , and OJ was bitter but the Bagel slapped ! Overall worth the $$ for a one night stay .

The bed and pillows could use updating. They weren't in good shape, at all. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal, bread, bagels and a glaze donut. As for beverages: coffee, tea bags, water and milk. No juice, hot chocolate, etc. Otherwise, the place was very clean.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was only breads, cereal along with juices and coffee.

The complimentary breakfast only had sugar foods. Donuts, sugar cereal, and bagels. Completely lacking any protein and fiber foods. Room was nice, clean, and warm.

They should provide coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was disappointing- no hot food, plus it would be good to start at 6am, instead of 7:00.
