是一間擁有大片綠地庭園的民宿，房間大而乾淨,夜間睡眠時很安靜，讓會淺眠難入睡的老公也可沈沈入睡去，窗簾的遮光度夠，早上不會一大早就被陽光曬醒。冷房冷度也夠，入住前還會幫我們預開，讓我們感受到老闆的貼心，免費的早餐在一樓，有中式簡單的地瓜稀飯，醬菜，肉鬆，辣椒炒小魚乾，炒地瓜葉，水煮蛋，有西式的小麵包，吐司，果醬，花生醬，義式現磨咖啡機，鮮奶，自煮紅茶，自磨豆漿，還有新鮮現切水果，整體雖比不上星級飯店自助餐的豪華，但感覺自在，可以放心吃飽。老老闆和小老闆都很客氣，或許不是很健談，但感覺是老實人，可放心入住享受安靜的渡假。這是入住2晚，房價算合理，下次再來花蓮知卡宣玩，會優先考慮再入住。

民宿規模很大，有電梯，空間完整。草皮很美，賞心悅目，可惜天氣太熱了,沒有讓小朋友在上面奔跑,可以看得出主人用心照顧的結果。這次入住兩個晚上，六人房空間大，淋浴間的熱水足夠水量也夠,裡面的家具沙發等...都非常乾淨，一點都看不出歲月的痕跡。安全設施逃生走道也很暢通，很棒。連續入住還會進房幫忙整理，回來後感覺跟新的一樣，很讚。冷氣冷度夠,入住前,老闆很貼心先預開,讓我們一進房就能感到舒適度,夏天是OK的。早餐雖然沒有很豪華,樣式也不多,但該有的還是有的,有看起來像是自種地瓜葉，很嫩，好吃的地瓜粥和一些配料,新鮮的柳澄汁/咖啡/餐包/土司...簡單又營養...附近也有自助洗衣店,下次來花蓮,應該不用再找民宿了....還會來入宿哦.....[希望老闆還會歡迎我們,我們這一行人實在是太吵了,有四位小朋友+再加上一位友人小孩,好佳在老闆沒有嫌棄我們]
