This hotel was probably really nice when it first opened, but it has not been well maintained. The décor and interior is outdated. It has a little bit of charm to it, but it needs some repairs. The floor in our room was dirty, it made my feet black. The tv didn't work and had exposed wire coming out of it. The worst part was that our room had many roaches. I had to kill several during our stay. After looking at other reviews, it seems that the entire hotel has them so switching rooms wouldn't have changed anything. They also didn't mention needing a cash deposit before we arrived, thankfully I had some on me. The nicest part was the pool, it was well maintained. We were missing towels when we arrived, but the staff promptly brought us some and also quickly fixed our toilet when it stopped working. If it weren't for the roaches I could potentially see myself staying here again.

Overall a good stay, and only 3 easy blocks walk to beach road and Walking St. Immediate area around hotel is old, run down and very limited dining options. Rooms have thin walls and you can hear very loudly any time rooms next door or above use their bathroom. Plumbing is extremely loud. Could hear people in other rooms talking, their TVs sound, and pretty much everything else. Pool area needs a lot more lounge chairs as they are taken by 10 am and very limited despite plenty of room around the pool for more loungers. Gym/Fitness room is a joke. Flooring all torn up and really crappy old equipment. Useless gym. Nice big lobby with plenty of couches if you need to wait around.

Die Klimaanlage ist sehr alt und deshalb laut und nicht besonders leistungsstarkt. Beim Zimmerservice werden nur die Betten gemacht und Handtücher getauscht. Den Zentimeter hohen Staub überall habe ich nach 2 Wochen selber entfernt. WLAN erinnert an alte Modemzeiten und man muss sich jedes mal neu anmelden. Leider ist dies ein Durchgangshotel für große Wandergruppen aus aller Welt und dementsprechend wird es jede Woche an zwei Tagen zugemüllt.

Meget langsom indcheckning, værelset luftet fugtigt, der var askebære inden på værelset så uvist om det også er tilladt at ryge inden. Men generalt ikke en god oplevelse ej heller med personale der fremstår stresset og ikke serviceminded. Vi chokket ind, så værelset og Cheney udsigten 10 min efter. SO HORRIBLE WE DISNT COMPLETE THE FIRST NIGHT!!! First room was so bad and smelly then they moved up.onto a second room window was blocked no view and boy the moldy smell made me feel.sick. they tried to hide it with strong spray. There was blood stains on the sheet may e bed bugs. I didnt want to find out it was enough we left amd found a other place at 8pm. Beware.....

the service was terrible. did not smile, did not say hi, was not welcoming, if it was something one person barley answered and the other one was laughing in the back, everytime. they didnt want to give us utensils even though they have a kitchen. the room was smelly and the shower was dirty. we were not left alone constantly men coming up to us and not leaving us at the pool, reception and just outside the hotel.

Great hotel location and sited 100m away from main roads so it’s quieter which is why I stay here regularly. The receptionist cannot book taxis which is very surprising and they don’t seem to be very happy but that doesn’t bother me as some of these hotel staff work very long hours which would be illegal in the west. The service was much better last year especially from their managers Mina and Annie. Thank you for the upgraded rooms and wonderful sea views! :-)

Provide only two water bottle ( 1Ltr )that is not enough for single person. We were two person stay together there. I asked for more water to staff but they said give me 50 TBH to us for more . Internet was also slow .

TV 헤어드라이어 냉장고 물2 샴푸 바디워시 비누 수건2 커피포트 금고가 제공되고 에어컨은 소리가 많이 납니다. 근데 금방 추워져서 끄고 잤습니다. 방음이 잘 안되는 편이긴 한데 매번 시끄러운 편은 아니였습니다. 샤워할때 뜨거운물 잘 나오지만 찬물이 잘 안나옵니다. 샤워기가 고정이 잘 안되고 부실했지만 샤워하는 데 문제 없었습니다. 주변에 걸어다니면서 맛있는 길거리 음식도 많이 사먹었어요. 편의점도 주변에 있어 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 가격대비 굉장히 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 가성비 우선이신 분은 추천합니다!

It was confusing with the booking. We got to boutique Bravo and was told that the booking was with boutique city. Once we got to boutique city, we were told the booking was boutique bravo. After much discussion and debate, it was realize that the booking was with boutique city. Things need to be done with booking clarification as my interpretation would be boutique. Bravo and city hotel is the same.
