Good luck getting to your room. Also, the pool is only open 10am-4pm. You can’t check in until 4pm so there’s no way to even use the pool. With how much the room cost I would never stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere nicer and more guest friendly.

The hotel is incredible! The only bad part is the parking, it’s ridiculous how the have the valet parking management on the weekends. We had to wait for an hour to be able to park our car in their parking.

The elevators in the property are annoying. Why is the lobby in the 34th floor? Then you gotta swap to another elevator to get to your room. Very annoying

The hotel looks modern, clean, and Updated. Very convenient and loved the proximity to the Convention Center. The Fitness might add few extra equipment for legs but it was good.

The pool was a mess there was a pool party going on. We were unable to use that at all because it wasnt just hotel guests people would pay to get in the pool party and for guests it was a completely inconvenience. I reached out to expedia also letting them know that there was no sign or event day that said there will be a pool party nor was it on the hotel website so there was never any mention of it. If I knew I would have not stayed here at all. Expedia still hasn’t reached out to make this right for me. Its not my fault nothing was posted or shown on either website.

The place was clean and well decorated. With that being said, this hotel is overly complicated and deceiving on access. You have to take multiple elevators between two hotels just to get to the ground floor, the restaurants don't serve lunch, and they add a 20% service charges even when you order your food to go. The pool was closed by 1pm on the weekend, and the wifi didn't work consistently on any of the days we were there. They give you an $18 food credit per day for the room, but most meals (even coffee and pastry) will cost more than that for one person, let alone two. Overall we were safe, and clean...but this place is absolutely extra for no reason

The elevator bank system was confusing and inconvenient. There was only one nice restaurant and bar, although the website made it look like there were many. The others were closed for private events and/or outside without any shelter or heaters, so they were also closed. The restaurant food was very expensive with very small portions, and the service was extremely slow and unfriendly.

Bed linens and toilet bowl smeared w blood!! I noticed in the am cause when. We checked in we just dropped our backpack n left When we returned we went straight to bed we were so tired from our outing I don’t Menstruate. not my blood. Grosssss

On the time of checking the staff was not able provide keys for the room.The room that was provided at first had dirty bedding and worn. After complaining to front desk, they were to change room for us. Glad that stayed only one night. Not for traveler with family.

The hotel appears to be new and clean. However when we entered our room we noticed a few things that made me question the overall cleanliness of this hotel. For starters there was a huge hairball on the floor, the bed had crumbs on it, there was trash hidden in a corner of the room, and the soap to wash your hands was missing. We attempted to contact the front desk but the phone in the room directs you to a robot asking to download the app for requests. Of course we went down to the front desk for help. But of all the hotels I’ve stayed at this was probably the most unkempt which is disappointing considering the price.

The staff could care less that my room wasnt made. Cleaning staff left my room with no sheets in bed or anywhere in room, and left me no towels

Great room, in a great area. Valet service was on point. If you’re looking for a clean hotel this is the one. I looked forever and finally found this one. Great roof top views of the city. There’s a Starbucks a couple blocks away.

Dirty room staff took forever when i asked for towels they didnt have any water ice machines barely worked staff was rude and i found multiple blonde hairs one on hair dryer n steamer also on towels

We arrived to the property at 6pm (check in was at 4pm), upon arrival the front desk informed us that our King room was not ready and instead gave us a two queen bed room (they offered complementary breakfast due to the issue which was terrible). Once we arrived to our room, we noticed the shower was dirty, there was mold on the bar soap holder (we had to call front desk to have someone clean it up). Also, the toilet paper looked used. As I was getting ready I noticed that the floor by the beds was extremely dirty, there was dirt and crumbs of food all around the beds as if no one had previously cleaned the room (We did not eat in the room or have any items that could’ve contributed to the floor being dirty). The room’s mirror was also dirty. I had higher expectations for this hotel and their prices. The hotel could’ve gave us a complementary room upgrade of an another room given the circumstances of our king room not being ready on time. The hotel needs to do a better job with housekeeping. Will not be staying here again.

Clean room, staff was very helpful for both check-in and check-out. Housekeeping did a great job and they were very friendly when we had questions for them.

When I arrived they assigned me to a room that wasn’t cleaned— unmade bed, crumbs on the floor and half full water bottles everywhere. So I had to lug my stuff back to level 34 and they assigned another room but didn’t offer to help with bags. The showers overflow water onto the floor and I fell —slipped hard on my hip— I’m in my 60s— I went to the desk for Tylenol and their response was — it’s in the vending machine on level 9 —had not even offering to go get some -/ it was a terrible experience

There were spots of spilled drinks in the trash bin and on the little table by the bed. No big deal but they were hard to miss and I had to wipe them clean myself.

I didn’t like the layout of the rooms, luckily I was staying by myself, it was strange to have no real bathroom, the sink was on the other side of a thin wall and the toilet and shower were glass enclosures. The elevator situation and exits were confusing and one night the fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning. Luckily it was a false alarm. The location was very convenient to the convention center, but otherwise it was just OK.

Awesome staff!

If you want to sleep early don't stay here. There's loud music every day until 2 am. If they want to have clubs / live DJ in the hotel they really should sound proof the rooms. Also the rooms seem to have been designed for 1 person. The toilet and the shower are in 2 different doors that open straight to the room, there's no space to dry and get dressed without others in the rooms to see you. It's so complicated to get to the room, first you take an elevator to the 34 floor and then you take another to your room. They charge additional 35 dollars per night and you can get that in credits in the bar or the restaurant but it's a ridiculous charge. Bottom line I'll never stay there again and I don't reccomend it for families or business travelers if you don't want to party in your room.

The room are hot. The AC was at the minimum and it was hot. The pool close at 4-5 pm to become a bar. Not much to do around the hotel.

Wonderful deck but restaurants are never open. Rooms r very small. Feels like you are in a hotel in Tokyo with fake bathroom walls and shower.

Overall everything was ok with the exception that the room was not cool enough, and there is no privacy when using the shower or bathroom. The doors are see though, and was unconfortable. I preferd to go out to use the toilet. Very inconvenient. Is oka if you're couple, but when staying with friends very uncomfortable

Hotel was very new and nice. Unfortunately they have a restaurant level on the 8th floor which you can hear in your room until 1:30 in the morning

The hotel was perfectly fine as was the room. The 3 star is for the lack of service when I noticed there are no hand towels or wash cloths in my room. I called to request them,.waited 30 min then called the front desk to inquire & the guy reminded me that i only called 5 min ago! Not the case at all. Then rudely asks me if i wanted to cancel my request. I had worked a 10 hr day attending a conference & just needed to sleep.

Our room was given away and were left without a room. They re-booked us at a far inferior hotel which was not a pleasant experience. The customer service was less than average.

Soon as we drove into Valet we were met with amazing hospitality. Roman at Valet is knowledgeable, compassionate and a great person and he deserves a bonus or raise. And Sarah at check in?!?! An absolute Angel, she informed of us all the hotel has to offer, she was warm and welcoming and asked us all about our trip into LA! You are very lucky to have her! She deserves a raise and a big bonus as well. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Service was horrible couldn’t get through to front desk

Service is outstanding. It felt comfortable in general from the lobby, restaurant, and room. Can’t wait to come back.

Staff needs to be trained. They do not have coordination between the lobby and valet. We were provided incorrect information and had us going up and down from floor to floor. Details, 1. They told us they couldn’t drop off our luggage on the valet floor. Then another workers says oh I think we can. After time wasted with back and forth we finally were provided with our luggage 2. They told us we could call Valet number on the ticket if we were going to have our car longer. Turns out it was a pager number with only one option to press # 1 to get your car. No live person to coordinate a later pick up 3. When we finally went to pick up our car - we provided the ticket that was given to us by the lobby attendant. The Vaket attended said that the ticket was not for our car a BMW but rather a Honda. After several bs k and forth I told him that is the ticket that was given to us. Finally after more ba k and forth they said ok we do have a BMW. They bring my car and the guy turns to to other guy and says how do we validate it’s her car. The guy says her ID with the registration. The other guy asks where is the registration? I jumped in and said this needs to stop I can tell you where the registration is because it my car. I took the registration from the glove compartment and showed them my ID. There was other people that also had their car lost. I asked for a supervisor and he just said oh sorry. This hotel needs to train those staff and get it together. l

Didn't have my room, they were overbooked. They called me to tell me my room was ready. I came 2 hrs later after dinner and my room was given away. They set me up at the other property connected, nothing was offered, the room wasn't equivalent to what I had booked for $1000

Booked the property and then waiting in line for 20 minutes to check in and was told that my room despite being told it was ready 30 minutes earlier was told by a rude man in a surgical mask at the front desk that I had to leave and come back later. Carrying luggage around downtown Los Angeles is not fun. When I came back I was told that they were overbooked and I could go stay a half mile away at another hotel. Then the valet tried to charge me $65 for parking my car while I went in to be told that they did not have the room I paid for. Had to argue with him and waste more time. Ruined the entire evening and missed dinner as a result. Staff was very rude and refused to help with anything. Great location and terrible people.

The staff at this location are simply incredible! The grounds were immaculate, there was someone WANTING to help everywhere I went- the bed was so dreamy and the views throughout were breathtaking! Shout Outs to Ashley (housekeeping), Kevin (checkins), Daryn (security), James (Valet), Glenda (dining), Anthony (concierge) and the countless others who made this stay the most memorable and positive experience!

Solid 4/5. Rooms are clean, furniture is new, staff is helpful and welcoming, the view from our room was very beautiful. For those unfamiliar with LA, Downtown isn’t very much the place to take a walk outside in the evening as there are a lot of homeless people and crackheads around (but you feel much safer during daytime). Would definitely recommend anyone visiting LA as its one of the best, if not the best, hotels in its price range. If you are planning to rent a car, overnight parking will cost you 60$/night.

Very convenient location, steps away from the Crypto arena. Parking was a breeze, front desk super helpful and rooms were very cool - with comfy beds! Ended the night at the hotel rooftop lounge, awesome experience! Would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want to stay somewhere close to LA Live.

Hotel is very nice and the staff are very accommodating and attentive. Good restaurants available and rooms are great. Only complaint is the outside area (being in LA it’s a given) is full of homeless, trash and all around unsafe feeling

Right across the street from LA Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena, compact but nice rooms and a really nice reataurant with continental breakfast on the 34th floor with views to the Hollywood sign. Stayed one night after a concert at the arena and would stay again.

Great hotel and service. The only downside is the surrounding areas are dirty and some could feel unsafe.

The area where this hotel is located is in downtown and the entrance to the hotel seems like its in a back alley and crowded with valet and trying to unload. That is my only complaint, other than that, everything was great. The elevators are fast like lightning speed, so that was very nice.

Favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The rooftop lounge was lovely, the breakfast was good, and the room was stunning. I didn’t book a room with a view but the view was still very nice. I would definitely book there again.

New hotel and yes it’s gorgeous. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were made daily and fresh towel supplied each day. Only issue was the service in the restaurant. Only one hostess on duty serving 7 tables. My wife and I decided to leave and just grab a bite outside of the hotel. Waitress apologize as she saw we had gotten up to leave, certainly not her fault she was working alone. It seemed other guest I spoke to had complaints about restaurant service.

It’s so strange that there is no room service and no in-hotel dining options that are late, even though there are restaurants and bars on sight.

The property was nice but they way overcharged for everything extra. We wanted to go to the pool and we told it would be $15 each. Breakfast was $35 person and looked rather mediocre.

The lobby is amazing- views of the city from both sides. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were odd- the toilet is essentially in a stall and then the shower is in a separate stall. However, the “walls” Of the stall are glass so you need to be really comfortable with the other person if you’re not there alone. 😳 Service was okay but not great. I stayed 5 days and my trash was emptied, coffee refilled, and towels changed only 3 of the days, which seemed weird. There’s an automatic $30 resort fee that cannot be used at the little convenience market, which is somewhat annoying. The restaurant is lovely. It’s not so much in walking distance to anything except the Crypto Arena across the street. Sure to construction and such, walking to restaurants is a bit sketchy. Gym is really big and has everything you’d need. Would I stay there again? No. But this experience was good. Not great but good.

Beautiful new hotel, I got a great price on Expedia so it was worth it and then some. Lots of amenities and killer views from their 38th floor lobby / restaurant. Only slightly annoying thing is they charge a $30 resort fee but do give you $30 food and beverage credit which I used for breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels in DTLA.

We loved the room, amenities like a resort and lots of options for commuting. Area around the property was great and lively and close to everything. Only thing that was poor was the food/drink quality in relation to the price. Very high for pre packaged meals.
