분위기도 너무 좋고 깔끔하고 편안하게 잘 쉬고 갑니다! 특히 방이 넓어서 엄청 쾌적하고 특히 스타일러가 있어 외투 관리도 문제 없습니다..

아침식사가 아주 나이스 하지는 않지만 그외의 편의시설에 만족합니다. 주차도 편하고 편리함으로는 최고입니다.

숫소가 깨끗합니다. 스타일러도 있어서 유용했어요.

As it was a long trip, love the facilities especially the washing machine n drier. Room are very spacious. However, limited staff with English speaking.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Free valet parking was convienient. The hotel does not have tempur-pedic mattress as advertised on hotels.com

객실이 넓고 아주 쾌적하며 내부 시설이나 집기도 고급임. 스타일러와 전자레인지까지 사용 가능해 편의성도 매우 우수함. 다만 발레 주차요원들이 무기력하고 친절하지도 않음. 차에서 내리려다가 짐을 쏟았는데도 무표정하게 바라보기만 하고 시종일관 무기력하고 친절하지도 않았음. 카운터 직원도 친절교육등을 받은 프로페셔널한 모습을 보이지 않고 모텔 직원 같았슴.

Overall nice property. The LG Styler and washer in the room were big pluses. Room was spacious and clean. Was a bit warm but opening the window helped. Close to subway, shopping, and eateries. Would stay again!

친절 깨끗 주차편함

그동안 이 호텔을 정말 여러번 숙박했습니다. 남편혼자왔을때도 가족끼리 왔을때도 늘 만족했던 곳이에요. 가족끼리 왔을때 제일 중요한게 빨래인데 세탁기도 있고 스타일러도 있고 건조대도 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 입지조건도 좋아서 다양한 식당을 찾아 갈 수 있었어요. 서현역도 가깝구요. 저희는 해외거주자인데 한국오면 늘 호텔은 여기를 선택하게 됩니다. 참! 직원분들도 정말 친절하시구요. 늦게 호텔 도착해도 체크인 가능했습니다. 청소도 부탁드리면 늘깨끗하게 해주셨어요.

Enjoyed this stay more than our stay at downtown Seoul! The staff were nice, we were very impressed by the room size and cleanliness. Bundang area became our favourite area in Seoul. We had a wonderful time. Thank you staff!

Against what they say, there is no functional gym on location. Had to pay to go to another gym. The bathroom was dirty and floor was peeling off. Nothing terrible, but a little surprising. Very helpful staff

No complaints. The staff was very friendly and knew their English very well. All of them were very accommodating and friendly when helping out. This place is convenient with walking distance to medical clinics and the AK Plaza Mall. Very clean and not small or claustrophobic. Would book again. I think this is my favorite location.

담배냄새가 쩔어있고 샤워부스 하수구는 안내려가고 휴지통 가시에 찔림

시설, 서비스, 환경 그리고 특히 음식이 맘에 들었습니다. 단, 욕조 청소상태가 엉망이었네요. 신경좀 쓰셔야 할 것 같습니다.

에어컨 소음이 심해서 수면에 방해됨

SR Suites Hotel Pangyo offers spacious rooms that are well-designed for comfort. The bathroom is notably large, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower box, which adds great convenience. The room was bit dark

동절기초입이긴하나 에어컨사용불가로 쾌적한 숙박이되지 못함

Noise from upper floor everyday. And, there is sound when the other rooms close room doors. The noise and sound bothering staying and sleeping.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the breakfast buffet was good, but the window was small and completely blocked by the building in front of us.

It was awesome, especially because the room was larger than the one at the other hotel.

窓がないのが、あまり良くない理由です。

일단 방이 굉장히 넓고 청결했으며 환기 잘 되어 있었다. 욕조와 샤워룸 그리고 화장실이 따로 분리되어 있어 쾌적했고, 침구도 좋아서 정말 푹 피로 풀고 갑니다! 주변에 일 있으면 또 오고싶어요. 가격 대비 완전 강추’!

Bigger suite on 8th flr was a nice size, liked the separate tub and shower. Bathroom door didn’t slide shut all the way due to the wood floor being higher on one end. None of the bedside electrical outlets seemed to work, but there were others that did. Pen by bed was out of ink. These are small things, but still inconvenient. Night front desk was super friendly and helpful, but daytime FD was slightly scary. Breakfast buffet is great.

출장 시 접근성이 좋아 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다. 그 전에 어떤 불편함이 있든, 감내할 만한 수준이었다면, 이번에는 3박 4일의 연박이었는데 첫날 어매니티 중 일부가 부족했으나 그냥 넘겼습니다. 다음날 업무 후 복귀를 하니 동일하게 안채워져있더군요. 다음날 아침에는 프론트에 호수와 불편사항을 명확하게 전달하고 외출 후 복귀를 하였습니다. 다음날 아침에 체크아웃을 위해 준비하는데 역시나 동일하게 비어있는 상태더군요. 명확한 불편함을 이야기했음에도 처리되지 않는 부분을 이해하기는 좀 어렵습니다.

The only upside of this hotel is the valet parking and the size of the rooms, big working desk & some convenient amenities for a longer stay. Shocked to see that the only window in the whole room (Superior Studio) is found in the bathroom. A small window, shielded by a mosquito screen, looking directly into a wall. There’s no daylight ever reaching inside, it’s like living in a bunker or prison cell. The breakfast is served in another windowless location (the basement). Speaking of the breakfast, they still serve pre-made microwaved meals! The “Western option” is absolutely inedible! The “Korean option” is somewhat edible (rice, meat soup, kimchi) but still not worth its price. Other hotels in the area have since long started full breakfast service again. To blame COVID is just a trick by the hotel to save on cost and still charge you an arm and a leg for the “service”. The hotel states there are laundry facilities available to all guest directly in the property. Not so! We were given a map to a hard-to-find laundromat 20-30 mins away from the hotel. Staff are generally unhelpful with any requests. The “discount” price to book here is another gimmick! Don’t be fooled. You’re not getting any value for this price. We finally decided to move out early and find a better hotel (the Somerset).

전체적으로 깔끔하고 편했습니다. 주변 위치도 좋았고 특히 리셉션분이 매우 친절하였습니다. 가격대비 아주 좋았습니다.

기대치보다 별로였네요! 창문고장이 있어서 방교체 했고요. 조식이 종류가 적어서만족스럽지 않았어요

아침 식사가 생각보다 아쉽습니다. 7시 30분부터 10시까지 식사가 제공되는데 8시 50분에 밥 먹으러 갔습니다. 대부분의 제공 음식이 빈접시라 왜 이러냐고 주방에 물었습니다. 그랬더니 평일 조식 드시는 분이 많지 않아서 그렇다네요. 돈 받고 파는거면 1명이 먹어도 푸짐하게 제공해야지.무슨 무료 조식처럼 말씀하시네요.
