Best Western Heritage Inn & Suites

I had a great experience staying at this hotel.

There was no clean wash clothes and maintenance was ask to come fix toilet lead twice!

Very good. Only the bed a little sinked.

Check in was easy, room was extremely clean, and stocked with toiletries, towels, etc... pool was a little cloudy (Louisiana water) , but clean and relaxing.

When we checked in, we did not have any hot water in our room. So I went to the desk and asked the worker if there was a trick to make the hot water work. She told me she would put maintenance on it the next day. The next day, after getting home from being at the ball field all day, I asked if my room was fixed and the response I got was that they had to order a part and thank you for letting them know so that the next guest would have hot water! I asked about moving rooms and was told that she could not authorize that and that they were fully booked. I had to call the manager on Monday to discuss with them. After calling the manager, she tells me that they were not fully booked and that they could have moved me rooms, but the woman did not move me. Then offered to give me one night stay refund back. The following day I checked my account and they charged me another night stay of $96 and change. I called again and was told the night audit person messed up that they would refund it back to me. Four days later I checked my account and they refund me the 96 and some change that they had charged me so I still never got refunded one night after going tonight with no hot water in our room for 2 nights!
