The hotel was quiet and quaint. Rooms seem recently redone, sightly rough around the edges but very functional. The pillows were unfortunately lumpy but the bed was decent. Laundry on site was nice but be aware, they only take quarters and there's no coin machine that I could find. If your room is on an upper floor, be advised there is no elevator. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay and even showed us to our room and showed us all the amenities in the room!

Midcentury modernish motel with lovely staff and charming courtyard with nice heated pool and hottub. Our ground floor room with open patio area by the pool had a small, equipped kitchen, dressing area and large open room with couch, dining table, large TV and comfy king size bed. Will stay again.

The amenities of the property were poor or absent at best. After checking in, I noticed a hot tub. I asked how to turn on the heat. They said that the heater went out. Later I went to get some ice, and the large ice maker had a sign that it was out of service. We needed to get into the car to go and buy ice.

We loved this place! Just like old Florida in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach. Billy the manager was an excellent host, and we felt at home right away. The pool and hot tub are perfect, surrounded by mature trees and beautiful gardens. There are some amazing restaurants just within a 2 to 3 min walk from the front of the property, as well as a shops. The room was very large and was cleaned every day, the bed was super comfy and there was a nice TV with all the channels and streaming services built in. As we visit this area frequently to see my folks we will make this our regular place to stay from now on, so glad we found it!

Spent an evening at the Victoria Park Hotel while we visited with our son. We didn't use a lot of the amenities, but they looked nice. Parking is street parking, but non metered. We were concerned we may have problems, but there were plenty of spaces. The room was renovated and excellent.

The place is an older property with two levels of rooms around a central pool and hot tub. There is a code to enter after hours through a gate. The reception area is staffed from about 9 to 6. The rooms open to the outside and the windows look directly into the room. In that sense it felt more like a motel than a hotel. Behind the hotel is a parking lot not affiliated with the hotel. The area around the hotel is ok but the Galleria shopping mall is not really next to the hotel, although you could go walk to it. The room itself was very large with a kitchen area. There was a cracked window in our kitchen area. The TV had been mounted to the wall a bit askew. The bed was fine. I chose to stay here because of the relatively affordable price and high guest rating but it was really a two star place and not a three star.

Big room was nice. No breakfast. There is no elevator for 2nd floor. It is on the expedia description but is the very last item so easy to miss. Front desk is 9a-6p only. Very limited parking, all parking is whatever is available on the street.

Clean! Clean! Clean! This was a very spacious room that was spotless! Adorable old Florida hotel that was renovated nicely. Perfect location- walking distance to restaurants and shops. AC worked great!

Property definitely had that old Florida feeling, it’s been lovingly kept up and our room was spotless and comfortable. Eating area and pool were very nice, front desk staff was helpful. Walk through nice river area residential neighborhood to Los Olas blvd, only 30 minutes. 20 minutes walk to beach, a few stores, mall, and eateries nearby. My only complaint was that my bed was quite sinky, would not have been suitable for two.

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing and welcoming! The place was quiet and clean. Bed was really comfy. Rooms are large and have everything you need. Nice grounds cute pool and hot tub. Great place to stay before a cruise.

Super clean, spacious rooms. Great customer service - staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Mobed from a king suite to a double queen for an extra guest - no problem! Both tooms were great - very roomy, clean, comfortable beds. Decor is late vintagr beachy 70s and fun. Nice pool deck, seating areas, and great location. The only thing I would say could be better is the wi fi. Otherwise, will be back!

This could be a nice property but it's poorly maintained. Tons of very tiny bugs in the room - from the bathroom to the bed. My room had a missing knob for the light and what look liked bleach splattered on the painted wall. Communication via e-mail is poor and the staff are on-site only between 9 and 6pm. All parking is on the street.

We have stayed here before several times. This time we were on the ground floor in a room next to the street. We heard a lot of traffic noise, the only complaint. Next time, we will make sure that we get a room in a different location.

I just can't see why this property would rate a 9.2 out of 10 on Expedia. It's basically an old motel, with updated landscaping. The landscaping and pool area are the only highlights of this place. Negatives: the interior is just so-so. You'll find a much better room at a Hampton or Comfort Inn for less money. The A/C is ridiculously loud, and the TV is on a wall 90 degrees perpendicular to the bed. Sorry, I'm not going to swivel my neck 90 degrees to watch TV. Lastly, I didn't find the street parking to have a safe feel. I was worried about break-ins. For the money, I think there are much better choices in the area.

Absolutely lovely! My partner travels for work and we usually stay at a chain hotel. We decided to give an independent hotel a try and it could not have been better. The Victoria Park is now our “go to” hotel in FLL. We had a spacious king bed room with a deep tub, shower and a kitchenette. It was perfect for mixing our own cocktails and sitting in the hot tub or lounging by the pool. The hotel grounds and room were immaculate. The hotel is also within walking distance of many restaurants. We highly recommend El Tamarindo which was suggested by Billy (front desk). Delicious !!!!

Very good location, quaint older historic courtyard style hotel. Spacious rooms, I had a kitchenette. Awesome large windows with blackout shades. Will stay again. Management was very nice and accommodating to my baby.

Wonderful as always to stay at Victoria Park Hotel!! The service lead by Billy and Stephanie was wonderful. Along with Carlos and the rest of the team. I highly recommend staying here. It continues to be the hidden gem of Fort Lauderdale.

Perfect little quiet gem for a family. Very nice staff- let us check in extra early, and his attention to detail was above and beyond.

We had a late checkin, and the front desk arranges to pick up a key from a lock box, which was fine. Needless to say, the key did not work and no one responded to the phone number nor the email address that was supposed to be available if there was a problem. So we had to leave that night to find another hotel. Luckily found one! We have not been reimbursed but expect to immediately.

Do not stay here. Check-in time is 3pm...and the Lobby closes at 6pm. If you do not arrive in the 3 hour window...good luck getting into your riom.

What makes this prooerty shine is the best property manager, Billie! Billie is very professional and knowledgeable about the area. He cares about people and is very attentive to your needs. Victoria Park Hotel is quaint and located centrally. I just wish they had more than 1 pool and cushions for their lounge chairs to make them more comfortable when laying out. We would stay there again as long as Billie is the property manager!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Park Hotel. This boutique hotel is in a great area. Walkable or a short drive to many restaurants and the Galleria Shopping Mall. Street parking is free and easy right around the gated property. The outdoor area showed some signs of wear but it was clean and nicely done. Pool and jacuzzi. Lots of lounge chairs for sunning. Mid century retro vibe. We especially liked the rooms. Renovated. Clean, very spacious and well appointed. Walk in shower. Lots of storage. Kitchenette w small refrig, microwave, coffee maker, sink and some dishware. Perfect. Desk staff is friendly and helpful. We will return.

Location is close to beach, shopping and food. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Billy, at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful. It's not a luxurious place but I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely! My partner travels for work and we usually stay at a chain hotel. We decided to give an independent hotel a try and it could not have been better. The Victoria Park is now our “go to” hotel in FLL. We had a spacious king bed room with a deep tub, shower and a kitchenette. It was perfect for mixing our own cocktails and sitting in the hot tub or lounging by the pool. The hotel grounds and room were immaculate. The hotel is also within walking distance of many restaurants. We highly recommend El Tamarindo which was suggested by Billy (front desk). Delicious !!!!

Property definitely had that old Florida feeling, it’s been lovingly kept up and our room was spotless and comfortable. Eating area and pool were very nice, front desk staff was helpful. Walk through nice river area residential neighborhood to Los Olas blvd, only 30 minutes. 20 minutes walk to beach, a few stores, mall, and eateries nearby. My only complaint was that my bed was quite sinky, would not have been suitable for two.

I loved my stay at Victoria Park Hotel. The property and pool were well kept. My room was super clean and the AC was freezing! (In the best way!) The location was great, close walking distance to shops and restaurants and only about 8-10 minutes from downtown if driving, and only about a 10 minute drive to the beach! I highly recommend this hotel and I plan to stay here again.

Not worth the price I paid. This place is a motel not even a hotel. We booked it thinking that they serve breakfast. They could have notified people that they no longer serve breakfast. The guy behind the desk wasn't even nice. I would look the other way and don't even bother. It's a little outdated and some mold around the building. I would think twice booking at this motel.

The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in. I love the quaint vibe of this hotel. It was exactly why I booked it! And it did not disappoint. Perfect pool and hot tub for my littles, surround by lush greenery. Even the gentleman taking care of the pool was so pleasant. The rooms are large and has a kitchenette! Close proximity ice cream and a great breakfast cafe (and so much more). We would definitely return!

Billy (one of the property managers) is a rockstar! We really enjoyed our short stay. Our room was huge and it's really nice having a small stocked kitchenette. TV with cable is nice and wifi worked well. Location is great, but it's a bit of a walk to the beach. A great state park is also close by. Great restaurants are definitely walkable. No problems with getting parking spaces around the hotel.

We loved this place! Just like old Florida in a lovely neighborhood close to the beach. Billy the manager was an excellent host, and we felt at home right away. The pool and hot tub are perfect, surrounded by mature trees and beautiful gardens. There are some amazing restaurants just within a 2 to 3 min walk from the front of the property, as well as a shops. The room was very large and was cleaned every day, the bed was super comfy and there was a nice TV with all the channels and streaming services built in. As we visit this area frequently to see my folks we will make this our regular place to stay from now on, so glad we found it!

Big room was nice. No breakfast. There is no elevator for 2nd floor. It is on the expedia description but is the very last item so easy to miss. Front desk is 9a-6p only. Very limited parking, all parking is whatever is available on the street.

As I business traveler the office opens 9-6 which isn't really suited for the early business traveler. They had a nice bar and coffee area but due to the office hours never opened. I heard the words due to COVID too many times.. When you see a picture you tend to believe that the service is available? Bottom line, no coffee , no breakfast and no beverage service offered. Disappointed. The front office guy was pleasant enough tho.. didn't appear the hotel was very busy? Could be the time of year or the lack of service ?

Garbage overflowing in bathroom , informed front desk but they were nonchalant about it. Cockroach in bathroom. TV remote did not work. WiFi extremely slow. Informed front desk and they said it’s “a known issue”. Could not stay for more than one night even though booking was done for multiple nights. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

We had such a great stay! The room was cool, comfortable and spacious. The pool and courtyard area felt like a small quiet oasis away from the city, but all food and shopping was just down the street! There were even multiple food options just a few steps from the hotel.

Ok. This is apparently an older property. The current owners are trying to bring it up but they have a long way to go in understanding what's important and what's not. Marble tile that's slippery AF is not good.. yet, it was in my room. That's just the beginning as I could go on and on about insufficient hot water and low water pressure in the shower, as well as many other things. Just know this it a property in transition and I wish the current owners all the best!
