The pool is actually smaller that it looks like on photos. The lying chairs around the pool are too few for the number of people. But other than that very clean water, regular water samples are taken for analyses.

Large and well-appointed suite. The pool was small and busy, but nice to able to take a short dip. Reception was helpful and the food service was fine.

Beautiful hotel, the room was lovely and clean and the staff were very kind - especially the cleaners who did an amazing job and kept our room consistently fresh and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the town - full of restaurants and shops that are relatively cheap. We paid £542 for 1 room for 5 nights over the period of July 1st to July 6th which included use of the pool. Food was expensive, ranging from €20-€50 for lunch so we ate within the town (K2 kebab we love you). It met our expectations for things to be a bit more costly as we would be staying over the 4th of July however we did not expect to be restricted pool access. We were notified the day before check in that the pool would be closed for a private event from 5pm-9pm on the 4th of July during extremely hot weather and high UV, we booked our stay months in advance. We kindly inquired with the reception staff about potentially going to the spa free of cost (€18 per hotel guest) to amend the time with the pool we lost however, much to our disappointment, they said no. We paid £122 for the night of July 4th alone (in comparison to the other nights, which ranged from £78 to £108) choosing this hotel specifically for the pool access and lost this with last minute notice and no compensation which we found very dissatisfactory. I would not recommend going here during national/international holidays or events.

Nice hotel and pool overall. Unfortunately pool was closed half of the time because of private event. No spa or gym was included in room price.

Lovely large room with balcony and view of the pool and garden. Very comfortable large bed. We couldn’t get the coffee maker to work, but one of the staff managed to when she was able to leave the reception area. Room was very clean except the tv remote controls, good air conditioning. Very nice bar and restaurant, the food was very good and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The pool was refreshing (unheated, but it was 35’C outside!) we would definitely stay here again
