Hacienda Fresneda María by Real Spain Hotels Adults Recommended

We originally planned to spend our first night in Ronda, but with the Feria in full swing, Saturday night was likely to be lively. With a 6am flight from the UK we decided that relaxation was the priority — and Hacienda Fresneda María delivered exactly that. Set amongst beautiful olive groves with wonderful countryside views, the Hacienda is a wonderfully peaceful retreat. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming, even arranging an early check-in at 1pm so we could make the most of our short stay. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the olive grove. It was also wonderfully quiet — exactly what we needed before an early start the next morning. Food was another highlight. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch & dinner during our stay, all featuring excellent-quality, locally sourced produce. Everything was beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyable. The outdoor area, with its small swimming pool, provided the perfect place to relax & unwind in the sunshine. It really is a setting where you can slow down and simply enjoy the surroundings. Although we stayed for just one night en route to Córdoba, we were left wishing we had booked longer. Hacienda Fresneda María would make an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Pueblos Blancos of Andalusia, as well as the surrounding area. A peaceful, charming and highly recommended alternative to staying in busy Ronda.

Loved the quiet atmosphere and the amazing pool!

Breakfast buffet was fine, except the tomatoes were prepackaged and the juices weren’t fresh. Almost all of the staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is situated in a beautiful rural setting with amazing views all around. Definitely a place to find peace and relaxation.

Amazing quiet location with spa session included was everything we needed for our quick relaxing getaway. Very friendly and helpful staff, thank you:)

Interesting place. Attracts bikers, hikers, etc. Room was small, given that they could have built anything here, though bathroom was big but smelled like mildew. Breakfast and dinners were good. Best things were pool and setting in olive trees.
