Stayed one night. Enjoyed the deluxe suite with Jacuzzi. Great supply of hot and cold water! It’s Really dark at night with little or no light polution. A bit noisy at times being on the highway. Would stay again.

No elevator or handicapp accesability to room. It was up two flights of stairs. The room was very nice though, once you got up to it, with several luggage trips. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The place had no nice veiws, just a parking lot and muddy back lawn, but being on site near a fabulous animal park was so convenient. Many shops and places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable too. Very enjoyable stay, other than stairs it was darn good for the money.

There were so many unique features that made the property feel like the owners really care about their guests. The warm welcome from Jody at the front desk was maybe the sweetest I have ever experienced. All the unexpected bonuses made the stay a delight, unique gift shop free zoo inside. It was awesome. I would recommend to anyone.

What a gem! As I searched for a place to stop on a long journey from Connecticut to Ohio, I discovered the Log Cabin Lodge & Suites, that offered Alpine Lodge style rooms on Hotels.com. I loved it so much that when I drove by again a few days later on the way home, I booked it again, this time the room with a Jacuzzi style bathtub inside the main room. All the walls and ceiling are covered in wood, the furniture is rustic and stylish at the same time, with all chairs, rocking chair, lamps made in wood, probably handmade, each one a little different. Fridge, microwave and electric fireplace are all nice complements for the stay. It's hard to find a cozier place, and affordable! Large free parking and WiFi add to the package, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly, especially Jody. Highly recommended!

Cozy ambiance, electric fireplaces in rooms - ours also had a whirlpool. Unique setting with Living Treasures Animal Park - even in March, we saw a variety of animals and reptiles in the back of the gift shop. Log cabin decor is perfect for a getaway focused on skiing at the nearby resorts.

So pleased from the moment we saw our room. Cozy and welcoming with a great log-cabin vibe. great Restful sleep and a relaxing morning in the giant, in-room tub. We didn’t even know about the charming animal experiences! The animals are clearly loved and well cared for. We petted baby goats and held a baby kangaroo! Highly recommended, already looking forward to our next visit.

We had a good experience. Very reasonable and staff is great. Only issue was no WiFi and TV service was very bad. Not an absolute deal breaker, would stay again, just something to consider. Google accomodations mentions "free continental breakfast" which is not a thing - no breakfast. Plan accordingly.

The Log Cabin Lodge and Suites stands out for its character and comfort. The pictures on this site are not at all misleading about the wood-laden charm of the rooms. The biggest problems during my stay was that the wifi was terrible, which made it hard to check out menus of possible restaurants and features of other places connected with our trip. Nitpicks: The pillows were bit flat, and in the toilets there was a black build-up below the rim of the bowl. You noticed the latter sitting in the bathtub.

The thermostat is very hard to work the buttons wouldn't work yet to really mess with it The room had cobwebs in it everybody uses K-Cups now and you had to go up to the gift shop to use a K-Cup they didn't have a cake cup coffee maker in the room

I liked the hot tub in the room. The blackout curtains were very nice. The people upstairs kept walking back and forth across the floor and it was noisy in the morning someone was playing music at 8:30 and we were able to hear it ,so the rooms aren't soundproof. The hot tub was a little dirty I had to clean it before we used it. I turned it on and seen some little black curly hair floating more than a few. So I drained it and cleaned it. Then we filled it up and used it with no problem. The half price on the zoo was nice. We enjoyed it. I will most definitely return here.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic lodge with nice and cozy interior. Everything was thought through. Check in was quick and we felt welcomed, the room was clean, felt fresh, comfortable, had everything we needed. A nice touch - complimentary bottled water (yes! Not all hotels provide it for free these days), toiletries and a lot of towels, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This was above and beyond for the price we paid. Air conditioner was a huge plus as it was very hot outside, and the unit was quiet, an unexpected plus :) The lodge is close to a lot of parks where you can do stargazing and the Wright's famous Falling Waters property, which was the purpose of our stay. We will definitely stay there again if we travel through the area.

The room was very cozy, roomy and clean. One issue that we didn't like was their wifi was extremely weak causing the television not to stay on any channels streaming. When I called the front desk to inquire, I was told that the internet service there wasn't the best. We stayed there for two nights. So if you want to watch the television during your stay, you may be disappointed.

Price was good. Check in/out easy. Fun decor. Proximity to Ohiopyle State Park and the GAP trail. WiFi was terrible. Would work only very randomly. Bathroom fan was very loud. Walls were thinner than expected, but not a showstopper.

Great location, in between the areas that we were wanted to visit! Easy check in. Room was really neat with all the wood/ rustic items. The king bed was extremely comfortable! We loved the hot tub in the room was great after a day of riding the motorcycle and then walking when we visited the area! We would DEFINITELY stay there again and refer others !

I had a great time staying here. It felt like an oasis in the woods. The room was amazing. I stayed on the second floor. It had high ceilings with high quality wood detail all around. Wifi and tv amenities were great as well. There is a wildlife refuge center and store where you check in. 10/10, would love to stay again.

Thought the room was big, clean, liked rustic feel. Would not book room on first floor, it was hard to sleep because the above room you can hear every time someone walked across the floor. 5:00 am family above kids running across floor and parents walking. Unfortunately I’m not sure how the staff could fix that, wood floors make noise!

Clean, quiet and convenient. Check in was easy. Parking was easy. Our room was 75 when we checked in and 77 after we walked through the animal park. Staff were helpful and moved us next door with no issue. The animal park was nicer than I expected. We ate at Hillbillies and the food and service were fantastic.

Requested a first floor room as we are seniors and cannot do stairs, upon checkin arrogant desk clerk told me first floor would require a hefty up charge. Refused to not charge us if we went elsewhere. We had to drag ourselves up and down stairs. No compassion in least, attitude of desk person was “take it or leave it” said they get negative reviews all the time and they don’t care. A pity because the place is very nice, just uncaring arrogant staff .

Our cabin was cute and cozy, had all the amenities you would need. The zoo was right there on property and it wasn't just a small petting zoo, the gift shop was decent. It was about 15-30 minutes from the restaurants, ski resorts, shopping etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had a lovely room and it was very cozy. The girl at the desk helped us in getting our tv working and she was very sweet! Our only problem was the fact that the web site said there was breakfast and they stopped that in 2020. The website needs to be updated!

It was a nice cabin style room. The rooms above and beside were noisy and disturbing. Overall it is not a quite place to stay. There aren't many restaurants to choose from, most places close early. We will choose a different place in the future.

Great place to stay. We're already planning our next trip! The attached Zoo was an extra treat. Staying there, we got 50% off our tickets and it was free for the rest of our stay! The atmosphere and decor made our stay comfortable and cozy. The binder in the room was full of information about the surrounding area. Dining, fast food, historic adventures, wineries, stores, etc. Including directions, phone numbers, and a short summary about it. Affordable price especially when compared to surrounding hotels.

The room was very clean and spacious. We did love the decoration on the rooms with the cabin style. It will be nice if they have a cafeteria or a restaurant available at least for breakfast. It was very nice to be able to enjoy a visit to the small Zoo, and to be able to do some shopping on their store. I will recommend this place to my friends. I will definetely will come back to visiy again.

The property itself was adorable and would stay again. Downfall was nothing in walking distance and nothing really around there. Had to drive quite a bit to eat anywhere
