ネットで見た通りのお部屋でした　静かで雰囲気が有りました。インテリアも素敵でしたね。露天風呂は人によりけり　私は良い温度で旦那は低いと。施設内バスをもう少し遅くまであると良い。バスの時刻表が見づらい… 温泉施設も寝湯や泡風呂、打たせ湯などバリエーションがあると良いな。テニスやゴルフしない人は退屈かも。

施設はかなり山上にあり遠いですが、自然の中にあり素晴らしい環境です。建物は古いですが、手入れも行き届いていて居心地の良い空間です。水まわりの設備は最新式に整備されていて非常に使い勝手が良かったです。また、リピートしたいです。

天気が良ければジップラインが出来たり富士山の撮影ポイントが敷地内にあったり楽しめそうです。山の中なだけあって夜には光に小さいクワガタが来てたので昆虫採集も出来そうです。難点は広いので大きいお風呂に入ろうと思うと歩かないと行けないところですね。

バブル時代のリゾート。素泊まりで安く利用できて良かったが、ホテルのレストランは予約制でそこそこ値段なので車で修善寺駅近くで食べました。大浴場はとっても綺麗で良かったけど離れの温泉　森の湯　は古めな感じ ※外観が素敵と思いきやこのサイトの写真はマリオットの方の写真。マリオットは別格。今どきハイクラス系で施設も値段良かった

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and very accommodating, which we really appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, with activities like tennis, golf, and even a small zip line (2,500 yen). There are also two public onsens, which were a nice touch. The hotel itself is large, old, and a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious. That said, our room smelled like mildew, the beds were extremely hard, and the pillows were small and flat. Some people might like the firmness, but it was uncomfortable for us. We booked a mountain-view room but were given a corner room with a view of rooftops and part of the parking lot. The staff offered to move us, but it was already dark, so it wasn’t worth it. The hotel is in the countryside, about a 13-minute drive from Shujenzi. There’s a shuttle to downtown, which is small but walkable. Keep in mind that many restaurants only accept cash. Dining options on site are limited. There’s a restaurant that only serves dinner at 17:30 with two set menus (7,500 or 9,900 yen per person), and a small confectionary shop. We found it easier to stock up at the 7-11 in town and bring snacks with us. The buffet breakfast was really good! Overall, this is a good option if you enjoy spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, and onsite activities but if you’re sensitive to strong odours or hard beds, it may not be the best fit.

Our first impression of our room was not good because we checked in late at night. The floor, bedding, terrace, and sink were clean in places that were visible. but the air conditioner and places that were not visible were not clean enough. Also, there was no main lighting, so it was dark overall. However, the view of Mt. Fuji that could be seen as the morning dawned and the ability to enjoy a private hot spring while looking at the view were great advantages. The terrace was well-maintained to the point where you could walk barefoot, and the accommodation was located in the mountains, so it felt like a good place for healing.

This is a huge resort. It was confusing because the first building where I arrived to check in wasn’t actually the right one, so they sent me to another building that was a bit farther away. Straight to the point: I didn’t like my room. Although I only stayed for one night, it was quite outdated, with mold on the shower curtain and in some areas of the bathroom. Everything in the room itself felt old — the duvets, the furniture, and the beds. However, I should mention that the staff were very kind.

802に宿泊したが寝室の読書ライトが切れている。そもそも部屋自体がかなり暗い。またテラスにあるソファーのクッションはやや汚れており改善が必要かと。テレビの明るさの設定が暗めになっていると思われ、変更を試みたが機能せず。それ以外は快適。上記の点が改善できるのであれば是非また利用したい。

全体的に部屋が暗い！電気をMAXに付けても暗い！荷物整理も荷物置き場で出来ない！ベットの上とか電気がスポット的に当たってるところを探して整理しないと暗い！ダウンライトが所々蜘蛛の巣が合って掃除が出来てない！お風呂のシャワー室はガラス扉で下の方のパッキンが取れてて脱衣室にシャワーの水が出てしまうので脱衣室が濡れないように気を使ってシャワーを浴びなきゃいけない！部屋の露天風呂は温度調整も出来るし 24時間入れるし最高だった！ただ木の部分のカビが多すぎて少し気になる！ホテルの写真では富士山が小さく写ってるけど実際はもっと大きく綺麗！もう少し木をカットしてくれたらもっと綺麗に富士山が見える！スタッフの方は丁寧でスピーディーで対応もすごくいい！チェックアウトの時の掃除のスタッフの人も挨拶がすごく気持ちよかった！朝食のバイキングは種類も豊富で美味しくて良かった！バイキング会場は２つあって１つは富士山を見ながら食事が出来る会場でもぅ１つは富士山が見えない会場でした！富士山を見ながら朝食できるかと思ったら宿泊の方が多かったみたいで富士山が見えない会場でした！ 11時チェックアウトだったので部屋の温泉たくさん満喫してギリギリの時間まで入ってました！

今次入住有私人風呂的山紫水明房間，面對富士山浸溫泉♨️的確一流。門外有足夠的泊車位很方便。不過略嫌屋內燈光偏暗，而且朋友住807號房間的冷氣出風位有很多灰塵令有鼻敏感的他非常不適及睡不好。

Very spacious room with private onsen at an affordable price. Nice half board at the restaurant with Mt Fuji view. Check in was a bit troublesome as you have to go to the guesthouse at the far end which is a bit of a distance from our hotel room. But it's walkable and got shuttle bus. You can use onsen at other property in that area too.

部屋や環境に関しては満足です。しかし、スタッフの対応は最悪でした。予約時点では大人7名で15万程度の予定、レストランでの飲み物代が1万円程度、会計は16万程度になると見越していました。いざチェックアウトすると会計金額が19万を超えていました。おかしいなと思いつつ、支払いを済ませて明細をもらい、一度車に戻って確認しましたが。すると利用した部屋2室の他に全く身に覚えのない部屋番号の分の宿泊費が載っており、3万円程度加算されていました。フロントに戻り、説明すると確認してミスだと判明します。しかし、スタッフは全く悪びれる様子もなく、ではこちら差額を返金します。三万円ですね。ご確認ください。三万円の会計ミスを起こしたとは思えない白々しい対応でした。最後に若いスタッフ1人が申し訳ございませんでしたと言ってくれましたが、そこまで至るまでの対応たら態度には不満しかありません。サービス業はミスが生じることも多分にあると思いますが、誠意は全くありませんでした。因みにレストランスタッフの接客も非常無愛想で、コースの一品ずつの説明もめちゃくちゃ適当です。親の還暦祝いの旅行でしたが、後味の悪い思い出となってしまいました。 2度といきません。

とってもいいところでした。施設内は20分おきくらいにシャトルバスも回ってますので施設内を移動する際はとても便利です。しかし、売店のようなものは少ないので修善寺からホテル行きのシャトルバス乗るまでに買っておいた方がいいと思います。自然豊かで最高な旅行になりました。また利用したいなと感じるホテルです。

施設はかなり山上にあり遠いですが、自然の中にあり素晴らしい環境です。建物は古いですが、手入れも行き届いていて居心地の良い空間です。水まわりの設備は最新式に整備されていて非常に使い勝手が良かったです。また、リピートしたいです。

Beautiful area. Rooms with private onsen are fantastic. Great view of Mount Fuji beyond the trees in the room I stayed in. The drive up to the facilities is amazing. Amenities are great and shuttles/busses exist but it would be difficult leaving the area without a car. The facilities cover a pretty large area up a mountain which is something to note. Zero complaints for my stay, everything was fantastic.

Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. But the breakfast buffet was worth it and much better! I will stay there again for the private onsen and golf course in the future. Shared public Amenties with the Marriott which we had no idea but good to know in the future. The shuttle bus was convenient.
