This resort has significantly deteriorated since its inception. The rides are filthy, and the rooms are not only dirty but also have things left from previous person. The towel rules they provide now only give out rags. Even if u need a towel in front of them so the kid does stand wet water inside they need a card…. Seriously u are watching them so… It’s not worth the money. The experience was unpleasant, and with all the water resorts I’ve been to, I wish I had chosen a different one and gotten a refund. Even the next day, everything was open at 11 am, the trash was overflowing, and the elevator was filthy. The front desk staff didn’t care. I called them when I first arrived because the room was dirty, but they had until 7 pm to clean it and never did. They also never refilled the soaps, and the dust was so bad that there was even a hanger from the previous guest.so many things closed the pool outside had some many bugs they had to kick us out to clean it… which should have been done before it opened… we just needed a towel to dry a kid off right in front of them and they said no we need a card we had a card but it was upstairs but I just wanted to try off the last trial right in front of them and they wouldn’t give us a towel make it make sense looks like they caught corners with the cleaning staff…
