Overordnet et godt ophold. Vi overnattede i et af de ældre værelser på 1. sal, og det kunne ses at det var lidt mere slidt ift. de nyrenoverede værelser på 4. sal. Alt fungerede, og der blev gjort rent dagligt. Der var en smule koldt om natten, men ingen larm fra gaden. De har en dejlig tagterrasse og ligger tæt på et større busstoppested.

Hotel viejo pero limpio, cuartos de buen tamaño, mobiliario viejo pero camas muy cómodas. Alberca muy chica y sucia ya por la tarde dejan ingresar huéspedes con bebidas alcohólicas. El restaurante es rico pero poca variedad de alimentos.

Muy bueno el hotel, la única situación es que deben tener más supervisión a el personal de limpieza, ya que no limpian bien las habitaciones y seguido faltan toallas, no asean el baño olvidan hasta artículos de aseo en las habitaciones, otras ovaciones es fácil encontrar cabellos en las sábanas. O el piso de la regadera, al parecer hacen lo que quieren y como quieren sin alguna supervisión

La chapa de la puerta suelta hab 106 no tenía secador de cabello, no tenía papel tenía rollos usados hormigas se llenó mis maletas de ellas por unas cosas que venden ahí las toallas muy viejas no estaba desinfectado la habitación y demasiado polvo , la camas tenían como ácaros

Habitación entregada fuera de horario, mencionaron no tener sistema, trato desagradable, pero se le mencionó y cambió un poco la actitud, con fallos de limpieza, se les pidió se hicieran algo pero no demostraron ningún interés, dijeron que Expedia designaba la habitación, ventana con envases de plástico vacíos por fuera, se equivocaron y dieron otro control de TV, la llave de la puerta no funciona en dos ocaciones, falta probar si la ducha tiene agua caliente.

Beware! I booked the king room which was shown to have ample space with a small sitting area and a large jetted tub. After making me wait for 3 hours to check in (I realize I was early so I understand this is more my fault than theirs, but most hotels at least try to get you into a room) they gave me my key, remotes for the tv and the a.c. And a piece of paper that said that they didn’t turn on the hot water until after 7pm, they sent me to a basic room with none of the amenities shown. I went back downstairs to try and fix the situation, only to be met with an employee who explained that the pictures on Expedia are wrong and they would not move me to the room pictured or provide a refund. I just called a taxi and had them take me to a better hotel. Tl;dr you don’t get what you pay for, the area is a little sketch, they don’t let you have hot water until after 7, the employees dgaf. Go elsewhere, trust me.

No hot water. The phone in the room was dead, no connection. The receptionist was not welcoming, like indifferent to us upon our arrival. Would not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. We checked out after one night to another hotel. Requested for refund.

The location is excellent. Didn't like the bathrooms because the drainage is very old and sometimes gives some bad smells. Also, the floor of the shower is not very appropriate and is a little slippery and the light is too opaque. Needs lighter bathroom so ladies can work on their makeup.

Llegamos muy de madrugada, y nos levantamos tarde, pedimos de favor 10 minutos de tolerancia para hacer check out, y una señorita muy pesada nos dijo, no, rotundamente, fue muy poco amable, después otra persona cuando bajamos las maletas y explicamos lo que había pasado nos permitió volver a la habitación para bañarnos y alistarnos

No hotel airport shuttle. We rang the hotel from the airport and were told to hire a taxi, and get a receipt for reimbursement from the manager. It was $90 USD, plus a $10 tip. The manager denied the phone call and refused to reimburse anything. The room had a noisy air conditioner. The pool is lovely. The waiter spoke no English and the menu was in Mexican - but we worked it out. The drinks were good.

Great hotel stay in downtown Cancun. Really short walk to the bus stop, so transfer from the airport was easy on the ADO bus, as well the local buses to the beaches nearby. Good value - all we needed for a night.

Great location in Centro, 10 minute walk to bus terminal. Despite active renovation, wasn’t inconvenienced. My choice when coming to Cancun for a flight.

Un excelente lugar, es una experiencia nueva quedarse en un lugar así por el bar qué hay ahí. El servicio en recepción es bueno pero les falta un poco más de amabilidad ya que cuando entramos tardamos mucho en atendernos cuando no había otros clientes ahí.

El hotel es tranquilo pero creo que para decir ser se 4 estrellas la verdad se queda corto, la habitación estaba súper descuidada, las conexiones no funcionaban, la mesa oxidada, el desayuno que incluye también es súper poquito No me quedaron ganas de regresar 😔

Maybe pamplets of things to do. Room & hotel seemed super clean but there were no toiletries. They gave you the wifi password right away. They provide remotes for tv & ac so you must return them upon checking out. Pool was too dirty or at least it seemed b.c the water wasn't too cloudy. Girl at the reception was super nice & helpful. If you want ice, you must get it from the restaurant for a charge. There is no fridge & no microwave but overall for the price it was a good deal.

Hotel viejo pero limpio, cuartos de buen tamaño, mobiliario viejo pero camas muy cómodas. Alberca muy chica y sucia ya por la tarde dejan ingresar huéspedes con bebidas alcohólicas. El restaurante es rico pero poca variedad de alimentos.

After a couple of false starts got a nice room. Conscientious staff and housekeeping. Good front desk service. Restaurant on premises will deliver to room. Laundry service. Daily room clean up. Very friendly and professional people.

No hotel airport shuttle. We rang the hotel from the airport and were told to hire a taxi, and get a receipt for reimbursement from the manager. It was $90 USD, plus a $10 tip. The manager denied the phone call and refused to reimburse anything. The room had a noisy air conditioner. The pool is lovely. The waiter spoke no English and the menu was in Mexican - but we worked it out. The drinks were good.

The location is perfect for people who want to walk and use the bus and public transportation. The hotel has restaurants and a pool. The room looked old and dark but for the price it was a good stay!

It seems so unfair to rate hotels, budget or premier, under the same system of just five starts. For what a room cost here, and for it's location, this hotel easily rates four stars. But that would be a bit optimistic on a grand scale. Where it shined was cost (cheap, for Cancun), location (just 1/4 mile from the ADO bus station, which takes you all over the Yucatan), and patience of the staff. They were always willing to provide useful information. Just don't expect a safe in the room, or fancy furnishings. Even still, the bathroom was just fine, the A/C worked perfectly, and I felt very safe in this location. Note: children are highly welcome here. Enjoy!

Por lo que tuve que pagar nuevamente mi estancia en el sitio. Ahora estoy en un proceso de aclaración con "HOTELS.COM".
