ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Ahmedabad

Excellent staff, who went above and beyond, to make our stay comfortable. They were all very polite and helpful. We had some unusual needs, and they helped us with a smile. Property is very new, clean and upscale. Dining options are excellent. Easy access to a business room with computers and printers would be nice - to print borading passes, etc.

Very good property but missing little touch of hospitality which is lacking. All other facilities and everything nice.

This hotel is beautifully decorated with good airy places, large rooms . We found the room controls through a tablet worked very well. Normal hotels , it is quite a challenge to figure out which switch work for what as they are not labeled. Quiet and clean pool area.

Truly a Five-Star Experience! From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel reflected top-notch quality — from the beautiful lobby and impeccable cleanliness to the warm and attentive service. The rooms were spacious with stunning city views, and the bathrooms were elegant, thoughtfully designed, and eco-friendly. A special thanks to Chef Devanshi and her team for going the extra mile to make it memorable. I’d also like to mention Mr. Devang from the concierge team, who was extremely helpful in assisting me with booking tickets for a Navratri event. Nice location of the hotel, very central, new and clean, the best things about the hotel is very friendly staff. I remember the name of Moumita, Rucha. Sneha, Amiya. They were exceptionally good, I needed slight late check out and early check in- they organised both which i thought was very helpful. Thank you to all. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff is excellent. Breakfast is mediocre but all of the remainder of the restaurants are amazing. Rooms are perfect.

Really nice lux hotel- we tried to squeeze a family of 4 in a room which just didn’t work well.

Newly opened in 2022 it’s a large and well designed property. Clean and quiet and well apppointed rooms. Staff still learning a few things.

Front desk was a little slow. They said they would inform me when the room was ready and I told them I would be at the coffee shop. They never let us know after an hour so I had to go back to front desk to enquire. Room was ready but they said the couldn't find me. Turns out they never looked into the coffee shop!

Check in process takes more than 30 minutes in this digital world. Breakfast Buffett staff need to look around and help customers. They seem to wander without any focus. They won’t even attend tables until you wave at them forever.

Great hospitality

Hotel is very nice can’t complain. Some staff are very friendly like Rakesh in the main restaurant and Dev at concierge. It’s a very busy hotel and sometime the service takes longer, so just bear that in mind when calling the bellboy to get your bags or when you requested room service.

Amazing staff

So the initial 2 days were not so good as the staff were not attending to us well - But after a complaint was made to the management, the staff seriously made an effort to look after us. Thank you to all the staff and the management for the wonderful service.

Overall the hotel is very good and convenient. Special thanks to Sayed from the concierge desk. He was really helpful and hardworking. He was able to get my lost luggage from the Mumbai airport, by contacting airport staff and airline staff and in the situation where nobody knew where my luggage was he was able to track it and get it to Ahmedabad within 2 days. Thank you for your hard work Sayed!

nice & convenient

My mom and I recently traveled to India and thought it would be good to stay close to all the shopping and restaurants and picked ITC over Marriot. However, next time we will def pick Marriot > ITC. 1. The breakfast options were a lot better at Marriot than ITC. It was much larger space and lot of options that you could easily accomodate any of your cravings. ITC was much smaller. 2. The Staff and service overall, the fact that ITC is 2X-3X more expensive you would expect the service to be that much better but you would be wrong. The staff would not refill the coffee/ tea pack in the room enough times and would have to call everyday for more. When we inquired about getting a win bottle the staff asked me to 'google' the process in india. That is not an appropriate answer for a customer who has not visited india in over a decade and lot has changed. 3. Restaurant - We ended up going to the restaurant at the hotel as we thought it would safe and best choice but again not true. The Chicken dish we ordered was pink and not cooked properly! When entered into the restaurant there was no one at the front to greet us or take us to our table we walked all the way inside the restaurant where the waiter asked us where we would like to sit; that is such poor service for a perceived 5 star restaurant. When I relayed my experience to the front deck manager there no action taken to make the rest of our stay enjoyable. Overall, I would not stay here again.
