Sheer Window curtain torn needed to be replaced or fixed. Finger prints on the windows. Inside and outside. Large mirror on the floor in poor place for use of room. Need more area to hang towels to dry after use in bathroom. Need freezer in refrigerator compartment so ice packs post operative could be used. Take sign of ice off the 3 floor sign since there is none. Stops people for looking for ice.

We love this property for a stay when attending a concert. Extremely close to the venue, plenty of dining options very close by. Rooms always smell fresh and clean. Staff is very polite. The staff was very busy at check-in due to the concert at Ruoff, and they were very kind, and helpful. This hotel is about a 15/20 walk to Ruoff. It was worth it to us to not to have to deal with the traffic. The bar was open before and after the concert. She was super nice!

Absolutely excellent. Stay. Love that they stayed open late. So after the concert we had somewhere to eat and drink on site.. the staff at the front desk and the bar and restaurant were fantastic.

The Air Conditioning unit in the room was falling apart, literally. We didn't discover this until we'd already unpacked, so we didn't try to change rooms, since I was able to somewhat hack it back together. But there is no way the staff couldn't see the condition of this unit. It was literally laying in several pieces on the floor when we got ready to go to bed. Someone with less mechanical ability would have been totally screwed. This room should never have been in the inventory. The same elevator that was out of service a month ago when we stayed here was still inoperative. The desk clerk said it probably wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. There is one elevator that works in a 4 story property.

Do not stay unless you want to bring home bed bugs. Pros: Front desk clerks were nice. Hotel lobby looked nice. Breakfast was decent. Area around hotel was nice with shopping and lots of dining options. Cons: Room was dirty (sheets and bathroom), furniture not so modern, my kids asked what kind of tvs were in the room because it was the old flat screen tvs, developed bed bug bites that were discovered after check out. Management did not want to address bed bug issue. Said they did an investigation only 10 minutes after the claim was submitted. There are three other bed bug complaints for this hotel by other guest on three different travel sites. I wanted to cancel the room before coming because I found another but they said it was too late so I showed up so I wouldn’t lose my money. When I informed management of bed bug situation and asked for a refund she insinuated that I was only complaining about bed bugs because I had requested a cancellation before arriving. If I wanted to defraud the hotel of $135 I wouldn’t have come home and spent over $250 so far on treatments for my car and home.And still may have to hire a professional for $1800 to just treat the whole house. $135 stay is going to end up costing thousands. I beg you people, stay somewhere else.

Room was clean; except for bathroom shower- floor was dirty and mold in the shower. Loud air conditioner. Breakfast was below average. Bread holder mosquito flying in it. Breakfast attendant was rude. There was no one there and he was bothered by us asking for syrup.

The bedding and pillow cases smelt like they had not been changed from the previous guests and the cover had some stains on it. I reached out to the front desk to ask them to change the bedding and while we were at the pool they brought new bedding and left it on the counter so I could remake the bed myself. I thought that was rather strange and unsanitary because here I am telling you that there is dirty linen and you expect me to touch dirty linens just leave it on the counter for me to make the bed. I had my child with me and I did not want to make a scene so I made the bed. The room could have used some dusting. Positives- The hotel is close to the outdoor mall so there are lots of shopping options. The restaurant options around were great and their complimentary breakfast was decent. Would I stay there again- no.

The room was in need of a deep clean carpet corners were very dusty. The curtains didnt close all the way we were on the first floor. Bathroom lighting was terrible and the bathroom was not cleaned well there was hair all over the floor and tub before we even used it the tv in the livingroom area didnt work or the remote and there were ants crawling all over the coffee bar

Shower was dirty- the whole weekend they had a trash bin on wheels right next to our door. Anyone and everyone kept putting trash in it so much that it stunk up the hallway and room. Tv didn’t have any signal and all channels kept buffering so bad we couldn’t even watch TV

Needs traditional sink in bathroom. The faucet wasn’t long enough over the bowl and washing hands/face made water run over the back of the sink and onto the counter getting everything wet. No plugs in lamps beside the bed for cell phones There was no Ice machine on the 3rd floor…. Had to go to the 2nd floor each night. Lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough.

I didn’t like that the breakfast started and ended way too early. I didn’t like that the rooms weren’t cleaned on Sunday. I didn’t like that my sister’s toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and had to clean it up herself. She has to go pick up the mop and bucket and was not provided with cleaning supplies, and they had to clean it up themselves. There were feces throughout the bathroom and she and her husband injested deadly fumes. I was appalled by the lack of concert for their health. They were only given a $50 credit. Their entire stay should have been comped. You all should have at least one streaming service. I am requesting that someone reach out to me or them to rectify their. horrible experience. They were in room 222. Their last name is Holloway. I did like that the hotel was clean and there were amenities on-site.

I'd say it was the nicest hotel I've stayed in. I could tell within the first 30 seconds. I base that on, as soon as you enter a hotel you get a smell....sometimes it smells clean, sometimes it smells musty, like wet carpet. Staff was pleasant, rooms were clean, overall very nice hotel....if i had to nit pick....towels could have been cleaner, they smell like they mix them with towels from the kitchen and they smell sort of like grease....more bleach would help. Also at 8am i got a text from the hotel asking me when i was planning on checking out..last time i looked i have untill 11am...i thought that was kind of annoying. But overall i woud stay at this hotel again if I'm ever in town.

We arrived at 2pm and asked to check in. We were told we would be charged 30$ for an early check in!! What?? I would understand if we were checking in at 11am or noon.. but an hour before check in to be charged 30$ is ridiculous! I’ll never stay at this hotel again. The holiday inn right next door accommodates their guests and doesn’t charge for early check ins

My Family and I go to concerts at The Ruoff Music Center. It is a plus that The Wyndham is within walking distance to venue. So convenient. The on-site restaurant / lounge is another plus. The complimentary breakfast is good as well. The hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and dining. We will be back!

The hotel was easy to get to, very convenient for shopping and restaurant options. We were in town for a concert at Ruoff and I will definitely be staying here anytime I’m there for a concert. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the venue. We stayed 2 nights and were able to clearly hear the band on the second night if we were sitting in the courtyard of the hotel but we couldn’t hear from our room. The room was spacious for myself, my daughter and her fiancée. There is a separate seating area with a second television. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great for a hotel stay. The free breakfast was standard but should be enough to get a start in the morning. I would advise if you are using the hotel toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) you make sure the bottles are full before your shower. We were out of conditioner and I didn’t realize until I was in the shower. They have the refillable bottles so you can’t really tell until you try it. Overall the stay was great, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Very clean, friendly staff, walking distance to Ruoff. Highly recommend this place. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Make sure to bring your own drinks and snacks. They really sock it to you on that stuff. $4 for a bottle of pop and $7 for a can of pringles. I guess you pay for convenience.

The Wyndham had a nice room and the front desk accommodated my request for room floor and location. They were friendly and the staff in general is good. The issue I had was having weekend breakfast hours that end at 9am, and by 8:30 most everything is gone. Eggs, muffins, milk for cereal. All gone and replacements did not occur the 20 minutes we were down beginning around 8:25. Better would be to have 7-10a hours on weekends, and be more dedicated to replenishing during the prime hours (last two they offer the breakfast). It seemed like they really didn't even want to do a breakfast.

The televisions were a pain in the ass to get to work. The breakfast kind of sucked but we got there late and the guy acted like we were interrupting him cleaning up. We will come back in a few weeks though.

Overall the room and hotel was clean. Our body wash was straight water. Our family always looks forward to hotel breakfast, but we were so disappointed. The pancakes were hard, the sausage and potatoes looked green, fruit didn’t look the greatest. I went for cereal thinking it was the safe option only for the milk to be spoiled. The orange juice was not good and my daughter’s cup had bright red lipstick on it. Other than the breakfast, everything was okay.
