Kunming Jin Jiang Hotel

Hotel directement accessible de l'aeroport en prenant un bus ligne bus, à 3 mn à pied de la gare du sud de Kunming commerce et restaurants proche permet de se rendre aau centre ville à vie en empruntant la rue de Pékin Beijing Lu personnel au petit soin propre et confortable chambre spacieuse

L'albergo si presenta con una hall molto ben curata e di lusso, peccato che le camere siano datate e andrebbero rinnovate del tutto. Nel bagno c'era una mattonella rotta che si alzava ogni volta che entravo, il lavandino aveva un rigo nero sul bordo e tanto calcare. I saponi per la doccia erano ancorati...a prova di antifurto. Il minifrigo non funzionava e la sua porticina era difettata. Il sistema di illuminazione stanza andrebbe rivisto. Il personale continuamente entrava nella mia stanza ,anche senza permesso, per portarmi bevande non richieste e di terribile gusto. Il personale aveva difficoltà a capire tutto in inglese. Il servizio ristorante alle 20,30 era già chiuso...un'esperienza abbastanza deludente The hotel boasts a very well-maintained and luxurious lobby, but it's a shame the rooms are dated and in need of a complete renovation. In the bathroom, there was a broken tile that lifted every time I entered, the sink had a black line on the edge and a lot of limescale. The shower soaps were stuck in place... burglar-proof. The mini-fridge didn't work and its door was defective. The room lighting system could use an overhaul. The staff constantly entered my room, even without permission, to bring me unwanted and terrible-tasting drinks. The staff had difficulty understanding everything in English. The restaurant was already closed at 8:30 PM... a rather disappointing experience.

So the hotel is really nice and clean, it's in a good location if you want to get a train and the breakfast in the rotating restaurant was excellent. Sadly the heating in our room didn't work and we had a very cold night with our toddler. Sadly we didn't realise that the heating wasn't working until we got into bed, by that point we just wanted to sleep as we had had a long day travelling and had to wake up early to catch a train.

The lobby area is very nice and the property is clean. Very good breakfast buffet with mix of Western and Chinese offerings. Our room on the 18th floor was clean and comfortable, felt like a budget chain hotel in the US. The only negative the carpet and furnishings which are worn and could stand to be replaced. Staff at the front desk were helpful.

Good location to high speed train station esp with free shuttle service for morning train.
