Concernant la chambre je n’ai rien à dire. Cependant, je trouve aberrant que l’on doive payer, en supplément, un stationnement 25$ taxes pour être stationné avec les bacs d’ordures à l'arrière. L’autre élément que je trouve déplorable est l’insonorisation des chambres (très moderne pourtant) qui est complètement nulle, musique très forte jusqu’à 3h du matin. De la part d’un hôtel à ce prix je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux!!!

There are sooo many stairs and no elevator . Not for people who have trouble with stairs . The desk is mainly unattended and most all communication is through text . The staff was friendly and accommodating with our needs to help with luggage .The music was on at night which kept us up. Good for some , but not us. The room and bathroom were very very small but clean and nicely decorated. Looked bigger and more livable in pictures . I probably didn’t do very good research .

The hotel room itself was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the systems in place are not that well designed. We had a little miscommunication with our room being ready at a certain time and we had to wait in the reception seating on the stairs for a while. The parking spot is a bit far from the hotel, specially if you’re walking around with luggage in the middle of winter and your room is not ready.

Nice room but too much technology NO LIFT. yes it was stated but at the very bottom of the description No receptionist- poor checking experience No where to hang towels Poor toiletries. Was told about car parks - the nearest recommended was for another hotel. Plus there was a festival and we were no warned of road closures. Again lack of awareness of local situation and there was no one on the ground. I would not stay there again.

From check in to check out everything was digital. Make sure your phone is charged as the codes to get into the building and your room are sent to your email. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night on the terrace out front, and dinner one evening. The service and food were exceptional. The street is closed off to cars during certain hours. If you plan to take a cab or uber factor in that you may have to walk to the end of the street to catch one if they can't come up to the hotel. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Plains of Abraham and St. Joan of Arc Gardens. There are many restaurants and bars along the street. If you are sensitive to noise at night, I was able to hear street noise, but it did not keep me from being able to sleep. When weather is good you can walk to Lower Quebec. The stairs were fine for us going down, but we opted to take the Funicular back up. Wonderful, clean, and very convenient to local attractions. Highly recommend.

It's a very nice and modern hotel in the heart of Quebec. It doesn't have an onsite reception desk but staff was available to help us out. We were there during the music festival so parking was a challenge as many roads were closed. In a normal time, it wouldn't be too bad as there are some parking garages are within walking distance.

The hotel was a great experience. The location allowed us to walk into the center or the Old City with easy. The room was bright, updated and in great shape. Everything functioned as expected. One warning to older folks with limited mobility. There is no elevator and the stairs are numerous. The second floor is what we would call the third floor in the States. Our room looked over the street with a nice large window. The management was quick to respond to texts and emails. We never felt that having no one at a desk to check in was an issue. We would certainly consider using the hotel again.

Property was very clean with modern furniture (including a high-tech automated toilet) and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient to many attractions, on a street with lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks from the Plains of Abraham. The absence of full-time front desk staff takes some getting used to but the staff responded promptly to requests by phone.

The hotel itself was clean and in excellent condition. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a good night’s rest. There were two restaurants: Ophelia and L’Atelier. While we didn’t dine at Ophelia, we did have oysters and cocktails at the L’Atelier, and everything was tasty and fresh. To note, the hotel does not have a lift, so access was only via two steep flights of stairs. There was also no on-site service. That wasn’t a problem except when we discovered our tv was not working. The picture lagged severely and the airplay function did not work. We messaged the hotel but they didn’t get back to us until we had checked out. It was too bad as we had wanted to stay in after a snowy day and watch a show or movie.

Location was good for us, we were able to walk to everything. Next to a club and could hear the pulsing of the music until late at night. Annoying, had to use ear plugs, but still could hear. No staff around, had to use 7 digit codes to get into building and then again the room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom was nice, especially heated toilet seat, shower pressure was low, so felt cold during showers. No tub. Overall nice place with some annoyances.

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Ophelia! The hotel itself is so beautiful — every detail has been well thought out. We loved the customizable lighting, super comfy king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom, and chic decor. The location was perfect — on a beautiful street and a quick walk into Old Town. The two restaurants attached to the hotel, L’Atelier and Ophelia, were incredible — our Tartare dinner at L’Atelier was the best meal of our trip! But what really made our stay at Hotel Ophelia SO wonderful was the hospitality of the staff and the hotel owner, Normand. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, often sending us out for the day with a fresh pressed juice or cappuccino. They took the time to chat with us and get to know us, and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt so cared for during our time at Hotel Ophelia! It was the best hotel stay we’ve ever experienced, and will absolutely be back.

Un beau bijou architectural. Intime et parfaitement situé, cet hôtel boutique est impeccable. La chambre que j’ai réservée correspondait en tout point aux photos et description de la chambre. Hyper propre, le lit est très confortable, l’aménagement de la chambre est moderne avec son beau plancher de bois et ce même si la chambre est de dimension modeste. Cependant l’immense douche dans salle de bain et la domotique qui permet de contrôler l’éclairage, les rideaux est super pratique. J’ai adoré mon séjour !!

We loved our stay in room 103 for 3 nights during winter Carnaval. The room was modern, spacious and clean. It was also quiet facing the back of the hotel. The bathroom was high tech with an automatic toilet that I must acquire. Restaurants and the old city were close by and easily walkable.

Hotel staff was very responsive of welcoming us before trip via text message and checking in every day with us. Although slight problem will security lock, they sent staff to give us physical keys as small boutique hotel without front desk. At night club nearby was noisy as could hear music, but overall very convenient location and clean room and definitely would stay here again.

Property was very clean with modern furniture (including a high-tech automated toilet) and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient to many attractions, on a street with lots of restaurants and just a couple of blocks from the Plains of Abraham. The absence of full-time front desk staff takes some getting used to but the staff responded promptly to requests by phone.

The hotel itself was clean and in excellent condition. The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for a good night’s rest. There were two restaurants: Ophelia and L’Atelier. While we didn’t dine at Ophelia, we did have oysters and cocktails at the L’Atelier, and everything was tasty and fresh. To note, the hotel does not have a lift, so access was only via two steep flights of stairs. There was also no on-site service. That wasn’t a problem except when we discovered our tv was not working. The picture lagged severely and the airplay function did not work. We messaged the hotel but they didn’t get back to us until we had checked out. It was too bad as we had wanted to stay in after a snowy day and watch a show or movie.

This property does not have a reception desk or anyone on site most of the time (I knew that when I booked). But, I received a text everyday from the management to check if I needed anything - and, if I responded about needing something, they were responsive and positive. Also, I was supposed to receive housekeeping services every 2-3 days but the housekeeper came in everyday to make up the room.

The hotel was a great experience. The location allowed us to walk into the center or the Old City with easy. The room was bright, updated and in great shape. Everything functioned as expected. One warning to older folks with limited mobility. There is no elevator and the stairs are numerous. The second floor is what we would call the third floor in the States. Our room looked over the street with a nice large window. The management was quick to respond to texts and emails. We never felt that having no one at a desk to check in was an issue. We would certainly consider using the hotel again.

We were not informed that the summer festival was right in front of the hotel. We were not able to drive close to hotel, had to carry luggage around and park far away which would have been ok if the hotel had informed us. Needless to say that it was very loud. It smelled like sea food the next morning because there is a fish restaurant on the ground floor.

Boutique hotel offering a ton of character in the room we rented. Room #103 is an amazing space for any couple looking to getaway. Note that this hotel is in the heart of a bustling bar/restaurant section of the neighborhood so please expect some evening noise - we had one evening (Sat night) that proved to be a wee bit too loud for us - a noise canceling machine came in handy for that night. Central location to everything within and surrounding Old Quebec City. Can’t wait to go again one day soon.

From check in to check out everything was digital. Make sure your phone is charged as the codes to get into the building and your room are sent to your email. I recommend writing them down on a small card in case your phone runs out of battery while there. When we needed to contact customer service, someone was always available and replied right away. The restaurant is very good, the price point is high, but I recommend it for a nice dining experience. We had drinks just about every night on the terrace out front, and dinner one evening. The service and food were exceptional. The street is closed off to cars during certain hours. If you plan to take a cab or uber factor in that you may have to walk to the end of the street to catch one if they can't come up to the hotel. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Plains of Abraham and St. Joan of Arc Gardens. There are many restaurants and bars along the street. If you are sensitive to noise at night, I was able to hear street noise, but it did not keep me from being able to sleep. When weather is good you can walk to Lower Quebec. The stairs were fine for us going down, but we opted to take the Funicular back up. Wonderful, clean, and very convenient to local attractions. Highly recommend.

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel Ophelia! The hotel itself is so beautiful — every detail has been well thought out. We loved the customizable lighting, super comfy king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom, and chic decor. The location was perfect — on a beautiful street and a quick walk into Old Town. The two restaurants attached to the hotel, L’Atelier and Ophelia, were incredible — our Tartare dinner at L’Atelier was the best meal of our trip! But what really made our stay at Hotel Ophelia SO wonderful was the hospitality of the staff and the hotel owner, Normand. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, often sending us out for the day with a fresh pressed juice or cappuccino. They took the time to chat with us and get to know us, and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We felt so cared for during our time at Hotel Ophelia! It was the best hotel stay we’ve ever experienced, and will absolutely be back.

Amazing stay. Boutique hotel so lovely. Staff incredible and friendly. We ate at both restaurants, food delicious and service excellent. Room was modern clean and full of special amenities. Belle chambre propre, même s'il n'y a physiquement personne à la réception, le personnel au téléphone était très reactif et courtois. Je suis allé mangé au restaurant en bas de l'hôtel (Ophélia), c'était délicieux et le service était excellent. Je recommande.

Be prepared ahead of time, totally remote check in you’ll need codes or you’ll be sol. Nice place in a terrific, vibrant area. No elevator. Don’t eat at Ophelia restaurant. Looks nice but food wasn’t good. Try one of the many others in the area.

Kind of a hassle to use a code for the door and a separate code for the room vs a key card. Zero reception staff onsite. This particular room people need to know there is no door or ceiling in the toilet area - so the sounds and smells travel across the entire apartment and there is no privacy. Same with the shower - totally open. Bathroom is essentially open and made of clear glass although sort of behind a wall. Room gets hot on sunny days - need to close blinds. Cannot cool with thermostat. There is no parking in front of this property and no place to load and unload. You need to carry your bags upstairs. This is on a very busy restaurant street and there is noise to about 10:30 PM including boom boom music. Overall the room was pretty nice, and clean.
