GORGEOUS property in spectacular southern Jeju Island! Unlike most hotels in the area, Parnas has direct beach access a short stairway climb down, and the beach there is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us booked taxi tours on short notice. Pool facilities are very clean and well maintained. Room service food was also great. Would love to stay here again if we ever return to Jeju!

Loved everything about this property and my stay except one thing. I requested for my sheets to be changed since it appeared that it wasn’t changed after the previous guest since I saw strands of hair under the pillows. When I came back to my room, the bed had been made however the strands of hair were still there indicating the sheets hadn’t been changed as I requested. This doesn’t make or break my experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it otherwise.

Nice stay for 3 nights. Towels provided for 2 nights were stained. Would expect cleaner towels at this level of property. Also, breakfast buffet was good but pricey compared to the options offered and others tried elsewhere. Refill of the drinks in room fridge were a nice touch.

트윈디럭스 2박에 약115만원. 가성비 떨어짐. 첫날 객실 바닥청소가 미흡. 밟히는 게 많았음. 객실 슬리퍼 하나 모자라 10시 좀 넘은 시간이었지만 부득이하게 부탁함(난 야행성이라 죄송했지만 너무 찝찝해서). 가져다 주는 직원에게 미안한 맘에 정말 감사하다고 말씀드리니 대답도 없이 좋지않은 표정으로 휙 가버림(덩치좋은 남자,직원옷차림도 아니었음,흰셔츠에 까만바지). 낮에 발코니에 커다란 벌레가 3마리 정도 있길래 치워달라는 부탁을 세번이나 해야했음(객실전화로 프론트 연결안돼서 폰으로 연락함. 객실전화로 프론트 연결번호 알려달라니 필요한 사항 그냥 얘기하라함. 내려가서 또 한번 얘기하고 외출할 때 다시 연락하라해서 또 함). 객실청소를 위해 일부러 나가있었고 끝나면 연락준다길래 기다렸으나 연락없음. 하염없이 기다리다 들어가보니 청소 끝나있었음. 어떤 외국인과 엘베 같이 탔는데 그 외국인이 기댄곳이 하필 비상벨위치였음. 비상벨 계속 울리고 있는데 외국인은 자기층에 내려버리고 나만 안절부절…ㅎ 쉽게 눌리지않게 안전커버를 씌웠으면 함. 식당에서 조식 먹는 와중에 천정에서 물떨어짐. 결로현상때문에(여름에?) 그렇다고 자리 바꾸라함. 메뉴도 나는 그저그랬음. 깔끔하고 종류는 많았음. 전복죽이 비릿해서 먹기 힘들었음. 과일,스테이크가 젤 좋았음. 객실위치 선택부터… 전반적으로 만족스럽지 않았던… 그냥 처음 선택했던 객실하게 냅두지 왜 엘베가 너무 멀다느니 필요없는 설명에 결국 객실위치 바꿨다가 가족들한테 꾸중들음;; 여러모로 기분 좋지않은 일이 계속 생겨 다음에 또 가고싶을지는 의문.

有點名過於實，酒店大堂是非常壯觀美麗，但房間內部有點殘舊，空間也較小，廁所的洗手盆距離設計錯誤難以使用，非常不方便，酒店職員稱全個酒店都是這樣設計。另外在我們住宿期間洗手盆漏水導致要轉換房間，也造成不便。不過酒店職員很快便幫忙處理安排，亦很熱心幫助搬行李，非常友善。不過我不會再住進這家酒店。

This property has great views and a wonderful pool with views plus beach access. The HVAC system is a bit lacking though and the air conditioning could not keep up with the humidity of a July day. The finishes were dated and plants were dead and brown at our 12th floor balcony,so not quite what i would expect. For 5 star, but plenty of space and free water and soda in the fridge everyday as well as an on aite conveniwnce store!

Absolutely Unacceptable – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs If you're considering staying here, don't. This hotel has the audacity to turn off the air conditioning every single night from 1:00 AM to 6:00 AM — on purpose. Not for maintenance. Not due to a malfunction. Intentionally. It’s impossible to sleep when you're sweating through your sheets in a stuffy, humid room. When I asked the front desk, they gave a half-baked excuse and shrugged it off like it was totally normal. Spoiler: it’s not. Consider as a5 star hotel that charges $400 to $600 a night, this kind of cost-cutting, guest-disrespecting behavior is outrageous. I've stayed in budget motels that treated their guests better. Comfort and rest are the bare minimum in hospitality — and they couldn’t even manage that. Never again. I highly recommend finding somewhere else that actually values its guests and doesn’t sabotage their sleep.

Stayed in parnas in early november. Though it is fall season, the ocean view room we had nice view and gets sun during the day and the room we stayed in was at 78 farenheit the whole time even when we turned at all the way down. The ac didnt work in our unit which was on 9th floor. Called the desk but it didnt get fixed during our stay. They said the ac is weak in certain spots so it didn’t have enough cool air to cool unit, was too hot but bearable with windows open. The ac in hallways and public areas seemed to be working fine. Had neighbors smoking in balcony so had to close it from time to time. We were out most of the day so could avoid the worst parts of the day. Overall, great and clean hotel but the old building could have some issues with ac. Beware if you are traveling in summer as you could be stuck in those units, though they can offer a fan if that could help.

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. I have a few callouts for this hotel. SAFETY: Be extra careful in their rooms. You can stub your toe when going from the bathroom to the living room. The bedroom floor is raised slightly. I stubbed my toe so hard that it bled and I was sore for the remainder of the trip. LOCATION: If you’re looking for a nice area to have fun, this is not the place. The hotel is beautiful but you will mostly explore rocks, flowers and waterfall. SERVICE: the service was just average. Nothing special. You would get much better service from the Shangri-La brands in China, Europe and other locations. The staff seemed to have a chip on their shoulders and they are not that helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations at 11 PM and was told that everything was closed. Two staff members told me this. I drove 1 mile up the street and found a district full of restaurants that were open until 4 AM. It seems that the staff are not well educated on the area. If you’re expecting “King the Land” type service, you won’t get it here. SUMMARY: Beautiful hotel, but just not that great from the location (unless you like flowers and rocks), staff and safety. I would visit again to just relax and enjoy the pool, but that’s it. The Lotte and Shilla are next door so you have options.

It was okay, but unfortunately didn’t have the “wow” factor we were hoping for—especially as we were on our honeymoon. The service felt average and didn’t match the hype we’d seen online, particularly from influencers. It met the basic expectations, but overall, it fell short of what we anticipated. One highlight was the thoughtful touch of welcome fruits and complimentary drinks, which we genuinely appreciated. The infinity pool area was underwhelming, with limited seating options. When we approached staff about where we could sit, the response was abrupt and lacked the warmth you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Many of the “premium” lagoon-style booths required extra payment, and the remaining options—mostly bean bags—felt like a cost-cutting choice that didn’t match the luxury branding. Staff interactions overall were impersonal. It felt like guests were treated more like numbers than valued individuals. For a hotel that markets itself as five-star, the customer service lacked polish and care. There was no effort to make the stay feel special, which was especially disappointing given we were on our honeymoon. At best, I’d rate the service a 2-star for effort in attempting to deliver a customer experience. If exceptional service is important to you, we’d recommend considering The Shilla just up the road from experience. Given the choice again, we wouldn’t choose Parnas. The perfume used in the lobby was overwhelming strong and not subtle.

I absolutely loved my stay at Parnas Hotel! The property, the amenities, the location were absolutely perfect and the staff was so helpful, kind, and accommodating! I especially want to thank concierge Ethan who went above and beyond to help me secure a rental car when I was having trouble on my own doing so. I can't wait to return to Jeju Island and to Parnas Hotel!

3 issues: 1) I upgraded my room when I checked for over $111/per night and I stayed for two days. When an employee checked me in, she said it comes with free breakfast/lunch but not dinner. This is untrue because the hotel charge me for it 2) I asked concierge to help me book a taxi to get us to places we want to tour. Employee said it is around 100,000 won and she called around using a mobile phone (not the hotel phone). After her call, she said to me it is 250,000 won and I said can you find cheaper than that as I will only need 5 hours not 8 hours. She talked to someone from her mobile phone and came back to me and said it will be 200,000 won. I said that is high for 5 hours and told her to find one cheaper than that- she said she can’t because they all have the same price. I suspected something so declined it and waited later in the day to speak to a different employee. This other employee is very helpful, he used the hotel phone and looked at hotel’s book of taxi information and found the right price of $140,000 won. 3) I called reception and asked for creamer or milk for the coffee in our room. Hotel employee said they DON’T have them. I ate breakfast in the hotel’s buffet and the hotel DO have milk. My experience in the hotel is very disappointing on top of paying $1,000 dollars for two nights. The sum of the cost are a) room upgrade and b) two breakfast for two people for two days. Hotel didn’t provide anything for the inconvenience.

This hotel is gorgeous with top class service. Everyone I met was always so very kind and professional. I had a king bed ocean view room that included breakfast and the room and view was gorgeous. Very spacious room and appreciates that all the electrical plugs were adapters to fit all sorts of plugs so I didn’t need to use anything. Also loved that I had access to streaming to watch whatever I wanted. The hotel facilities are wonderful. The infinity pool is amazing with a view of the ocean. The food is delicious. I was traveling around South Korea and Japan and the breakfast buffet at Parnas was the best of the 8 other hotels I stayed at. I did try the food at the pool bar too and while a bit expensive it was delicious food (margarita pizza and prawn curry noodles) in very good portion sizes. There is also a convenience store attached to hotel so you have easy access for snacks and other things you might need for cheaper. Overall a wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to go back.

There are a few things that require urgent review from the hotel. - The concierge cannot be reached by in-room telephone. We had to go to the lobby to speak to the concierge. I have never encountered this in a 5 star hotel. The concierge should be easily accessible. - Our friend who booked a family suite requested an extra blanket because he was cold, but was refused numerous times on the basis that the hotel had to “protect their property”, meaning the blanket. We are completely shocked by this hostile “explanation”. We did not feel welcomed by the hotel, and felt the hotel saw us as thieves that would steal their blanket rather than guests who paid a great sum of money for their service. The hotel urgently need to review their service and be more flexible to cater for the needs of their guests. Such rigid behaviour is off-putting and I hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fabulous room with a view of sunsetting over the ocean and rain forest. Excellent grounds, we particularly enjoyed the pool, the easily mapped out nature walks, and the bar and team room. Highly recommended as well for the location. Easy access to all but enough off the beaten path that we could really explore the nature.

Amazing views, location on shoreline can’t be beat, buffets at confetti unrivaled in quality and taste, excellent customer service, would recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous seaside vacay conveniently located for most jeju tourist destinations, family friendly but not noisy at all, concierge very helpful in making bookings for spa and local restaurants, massage at spa top notch, exquisite coastal walking trails with beautiful vistas of jungman beach and beyond

Nice location, well kept up hotel. Very friendly and polite hotel, staff particularly the young lady making the latte in the Confetti. Selection of vegetarian meals is unfortunately very limited. The gym would benefit from an area where one can do exercises with dumbbells and on the floor exercises. Pool area great.

Amazing views, location on shoreline can’t be beat, buffets at confetti unrivaled in quality and taste, excellent customer service, would recommend to anyone looking for gorgeous seaside vacay conveniently located for most jeju tourist destinations, family friendly but not noisy at all, concierge very helpful in making bookings for spa and local restaurants, massage at spa top notch, exquisite coastal walking trails with beautiful vistas of jungman beach and beyond

깨끗한 객실,친절한 직원분들, 맛있고 다양한 조식 특히 만들어주시는 백조라떼 두번이나 마셨습니다.한참을 멍때리고 보게되는 제주바다가 바로 앞에 있어서 어디 멀리 가지 않아도 충분히 즐기고 휴식이 되었던 숙소였습니다. 다음에 또 만나요.

Clean and spacious 2br suite. Family friendly with space and activities for kids. Complimentary parking space a plus since we rented a car. Food was OK but could be better for a 5-star hotel. A very relaxing holiday and worth the stay for the price paid

Everything stood out as exceptional, the room was immaculate, the veiws were stunning, the service was exceptional, and the in house dining facilities (confetti 😍) were delicious.
