We had a wonderful few days here. Infinity pool has an epic view on the coastline. You can also walk down to the ocean on a path if you’d prefer to swim there. Staff was very accommodating and even packed us a “breakfast to go” as we had an early flight before the buffet breakfast opened. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hotel, great location. The staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly. They all took the time to talk to my children and make them feel special. Pool was stunning and the hot tub an extra bonus. Free on site parking and exceptional breakfast (great value!). Thank you all!

Charming, clean, and comfortable hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Very nice pool with plenty of chairs, a beautiful coastal view, and adequate bar service. Delicious breakfast buffet with locally sourced options. Hotel is situated conveniently just a short walk away from the center of town.

L'hôtel est tres bien placé par rapport a la ville. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking (dont place recharge elegtrique tesla, porsch et normal). Vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse de la piscine. Bonne piscine avec bar et chaises longues et jacuzzi. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Chambres insonorisées. Personnel sympa. J'ai aussi choisi l'hôtel pour son offre vip access.

It is a lovely place. Comfy bed and pillows. Hard to control the temperature in the room. Food is wonderful for breakfast. Jacuzzi.was closed and pool is not heated. Would be great in the summer.

The views from the pool were beautiful and the pool was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was delicious. It was an easy walk into the main part of town. No complaints, we would stay there again and will recommend it to friends.

Dejligt hotel, ligger fantastisk ved vandet og tæt på alting. Så hjælpsomt personale. Dejligt stort værelse med balkon. Lækkert pool område. Det var regnvejr, så vi brugte hotellets Spa og fitness, begge dele kan anbefales. Dejligt morgenmad med stort udvalg af laktosefri og glutenfri produkter. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra.

We were delighted with our choice of Marina Di Petrolo. The hotel is bright, smart and very clean. Our family room for my wife, daughter and I was a very good size, nicely decorated and smart. The staff were so nice and friendly at all times, and were always willing to help. We were grateful for the wonderful room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned our rooms every day. There was an excellent Italian breakfast option every day, including freshly-made coffee of your choice. The location is not completely central but all the main areas of the town are easily accessible by foot, which is better to do anyway! Nevertheless there's a spectacular view of the bay from both the breakfast room and our own room. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was winter, but it looked nice. It would have been nice to have had the option to have meals other than breakfast, but it wasn't difficult to find other places around town (including a terrific pizza delivery place directly opposite!). We would love to come back to Sicily and if we are in this part of the island, Marina di Petrolo will be a definite place to revisit.

Une des vraies belles surprises de notre séjour en Sicile. Un établissement charmant, très bien entretenu et très propre. Le personnel est particulièrement charmant et accueillant, que ce soit à l'accueil qu'au petit déjeuner. Notre chambre était très propre, confortable avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans une salle au deuxième et dernier étage, entièrement vitrée et donnant sur la baie. Le petite déjeuner est vraiment excellent, très varié et le service est parfait. Un vrai moment de plaisir. Castellammare del Golfo est une petite ville très plaisante avec beaucoup de restaurants très bien.

This property is definitely high-class and impressive. The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable, the decor is wonderful beach style, the breakfast spread was incredible - but most of all - WHAT INCREDIBLE VIEWS! The seaview is highly recommended and worth the extra cost. The staff is super helpful and the parking is convenient. I can't think of one thing to improve the experience. THA NK YOU!

Excellent hotel with fabulous rooms (including, air conditioning, kettle and fridge) wonderful room with balcony overlooking the sea and quiet pool area. The Spa treatment was really nice and easy to book. The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and breakfast on the top floor overlooking the sea was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Convenient location . Clean and very friendly and efficient staff . Great views from the right rooms . Ours was one of a few under the breakfast room which was noisy from 0730 when breakfast is served .. friendly pool bar. Would be good to lose the plastic sunbeds that spoil the pool area

Loved the staff, the pool and the breakfasts!! We stayed in room 107 and had an issue with the shower leaking onto the floor every time we used it but overall, we had a great time and will be back!

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel bienveillant et toujours à votre service. Les chambres sont très grandes avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la mer. De plus, le petit déjeuner est parfait et très varié avec du personnel très aimable. Enfin, l'hôtel est tout près du port et du centre ville ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. C'est une ville magnifique à ne pas manquer lors d'un voyage en Sicile, ainsi que cet hôtel.

This property is definitely high-class and impressive. The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable, the decor is wonderful beach style, the breakfast spread was incredible - but most of all - WHAT INCREDIBLE VIEWS! The seaview is highly recommended and worth the extra cost. The staff is super helpful and the parking is convenient. I can't think of one thing to improve the experience. THA NK YOU!

Wonderful hotel, great location. The staff could not have been more helpful or more friendly. They all took the time to talk to my children and make them feel special. Pool was stunning and the hot tub an extra bonus. Free on site parking and exceptional breakfast (great value!). Thank you all!

Recently back from a wonderful 10-night stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were so fast to respond to questions on WhatsApp. They helped with numerous restaurant bookings, excursion information, organised airport transfers and directed us to the local Saturday market. Breakfast was a highlight of the day - the staff soon knew exactly what coffees we wanted each morning, the buffet was always full of freshly made savoury and sweet delights (try the pistachio cake!) topped off with an amazing sea view. The hotel's location is perfect - set back from the road, totally peaceful and quiet, but close enough to easily walk to all the restaurants and the port. The pool area, like the rest of the hotel, is very clean and well maintained with great views out across the coast. We usually managed to find a couple of free sunbeds and the lemon granita from the pool bar was fantastic - perfectly tangy and refreshing. Although it would have been handy to be able to get a snack for lunch at the hotel, it did mean we got a little more exercise on the short walk down the road. We highly recommend Gelateria Vernaci for amazing ice creams (loads of flavours, generous portions & great value - we went every day after discovering it!), Gusto for the best pizzas (went back on our last night it was so good), Arche for a lovely lunch (great arancini & granita), H80 Fame for delicious seafood and La Tonnara for a special dinner with lovely views of the marina.

What an amazing place Marina di Petrolo is! We had a comfortable transfer from Trapani airport to the property. Checking in was so easy and quick. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning sea view. The pool area was gorgeous with movie-like views of the beach. The pool staff were amazing too, they made sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful. The property is so close to the town centre and the marina, so it was only a short walk to find some great restaurants for lunch and dinner. We had a breakfast buffet included every morning which was delicious. So many options to choose from both sweet and savoury. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming to Castellammare del Golfo. You will have a great time if you stay here and you will not be disappointed.

This hotel was fantastic in every way possible. Plenty of safe parking in front of and behind the hotel. Extremely good, attentive a happy staff, a real rarity these days. The room was perfect with plenty of space with a delightful sea view..lots of space and coat hangers in the 2 wardrobes. Brilliant breakfast each morning with so much choice in a delightful room with amazing views of the sea and town. Nothing was wrong with this hotel, a real gem in Castallamare del golfo.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel made it easy to set up transfers from the airport, to the train station and to the nearby beautiful beach. The front desk was very attentivee to our needs, especially Giuseppe. It was great meeting Francesco and Pietro who made us feel welcome.

We were delighted with our choice of Marina Di Petrolo. The hotel is bright, smart and very clean. Our family room for my wife, daughter and I was a very good size, nicely decorated and smart. The staff were so nice and friendly at all times, and were always willing to help. We were grateful for the wonderful room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned our rooms every day. There was an excellent Italian breakfast option every day, including freshly-made coffee of your choice. The location is not completely central but all the main areas of the town are easily accessible by foot, which is better to do anyway! Nevertheless there's a spectacular view of the bay from both the breakfast room and our own room. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was winter, but it looked nice. It would have been nice to have had the option to have meals other than breakfast, but it wasn't difficult to find other places around town (including a terrific pizza delivery place directly opposite!). We would love to come back to Sicily and if we are in this part of the island, Marina di Petrolo will be a definite place to revisit.

We had some major issues with the room allocation - which was disappointing (to say the least!) given that we booked 10 months in advance. These were eventually resolved the following morning. The restaurant for breakfast is basic, but OK. It would be far better if the hot food was kept hot and the cold food was kept cold/chilled. Sadly this was not the case. The area directly by the hotel is very run down ( including some building work nearby) and the pavements a challenge. That said, the proximity to town is good. On the upside, the pool and sun bed area is extremely good - plenty of space and never crowded. There is even a pool bar which, amazingly, closes for lunch! Again, not a major issue as drinks can be obtained from reception.

The breakfast room itself also has amazing views, which made mornings even nicer. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. Beach and pool towels were provided, and the hotel also helped us arrange beach clubs and transport, which made everything very easy. The location is excellent too, close to some really good restaurants and with convenient access to the beach. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and a great base for exploring the area.
We had a lovely 7-night stay in room 210, with beautiful views over the pool and out towards the sea. The room was very clean and we appreciated having fresh towels every day. Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel, l’hôtel est splendide ainsi que la piscine et le petit déjeuner est Typiquement Sicilien copieux et très bon tout le personnel sont super sympas et serviable. La suite s’adresse aux propriétaires s’il vous plaît. Faites quelque chose pour la literie beaucoup trop dur. Et franchement pour un hôtel de ce standing, les télés sont vraiment trop petites. C’est dommage car ce qui compte plus dans un hôtel c’est le matelas et le petit déjeuner. Heureusement ce dernier était très bien.

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Sicily road trip as it was near enough to Palermo airport (40 mins drive) but also by the beach. It turned out to be a great choice as the hotel itself was a great place to stay and very well located, near some excellent restaurants in the small, peaceful and charming town of Castellammare del Golfo. Parking was on-site, easy to access and free, and check in was good with very friendly, helpful reception staff. The room itself was also very good, it was clean spacious and well equipped, with a small balcony with partial sea views. Breakfast here was also really good, with lots of very good food options and smiling, friendly service. The only negative was the furniture around the pool (loungers etc.) were a bit dated and weren’t up to the high standards of the rest of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again though.

We loved staying at this hotel. Great location (loads of restaurants in walking distance), the views from the pool are spectacular. Our room was spacious, light and airy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering cured meats, cheeses, homemade pastries, breads, scrambled eggs etc. The staff were very helpful during our stay.
