Very nice property well located to shops, parks, historical buildings and restaurants. Very friendly staff and has coffee bar located in the lobby for people staying there. Very comfortable rooms, pool and lots courtyard space. Only issue is street being dug up and renovated but once complete will make it very nice as a walking area to shop etc. Would not hesitate staying here again. If you have a car need to park on Calle 51 which is close to the hotel.

Outstanding stay in Merida Great room and cleaned daily, staff fantastic and Gino, the manager could not do enough. By mistake left an item at the hotel and Gino arranged for our taxi to deliver it to us Swam daily, quite and peaceful. Was offered coffee or tea on our arrival back and the staff could not do enough to make our stay successful. Liked the hotel so much, we stayed an extra 2 days Close to shopping, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Paseo Montejo and the new big Park with lots of activities, Walking distance to everything Rented Bicycles and went on Paseo Montejo on Sunday as it is closed to traffic Would definitely stay again 5 Stars

First, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided me with plenty of restaurant recommendations, directions and lattes at 7:00am. The location was perfect! Situated half-way between Santa Lucia and Santa Ana, it easy to find plenty of good restaurants and nice shops. After a long hot day walking around Merida it was great to cool off and chill by the beautiful pool.

From the moment my car pulled up the welcome was warm and gracious. The hotel is a gorgeous old colonial. My room was bright sunny and enormous. It had a very large private veranda. The room had a deep soaking tub, large shower, walk-in closet and double vanity. Bed was very comfortable. And much more..location, pool, breakfast.

We stayed here and really loved how convenient everything was to us. Super easy walks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but it felt at times the room wouldn’t cool down. It helped to put the fan on but the fan needed to be dusted. The pool was nice. Breakfast was nice that it was free.

The hotel couldn't be in a better location. All parks, museums, and restaurants are within walking distance. The continental breakfast was a bonus and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

Very nice boutique hotel centrally located in the heart of Merída. It is in the safe part of town and close to shopping and restaurants. Adriana at the front desk was super helpful with helping me book train tickets to Cancun. Rooms were spacious , clean and had nice decor. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Wow ! We loved everything about this cute hotel. The staff goes out of their way to make the visitors feel welcome. The breakfast they offer is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit Merida again. ❤️

The overall experience was great . 1.- Staff great , friendly always willing to help and assist . 2.- Location : great , central . Walk distance to all the colonial like attractions . Close to paseo Montejo. 3.- breakfast: fruits , granola , yogurt , toast . Definitely nice and healthy . Not large america style breakfast. 4.- the hotel has a great potential , rooms are nice , clean and spacious. However , I feel It needs a refreshment, it’s borderline outdated and need some love in terms of maintenance in the common areas , perhaps some decoration and ornaments.

LOUD! Construction next door was loud and early morning to midnight. Room had a smell of mold. The people were very nice. They saw we were hot when we arrived and they immediately gave us water.

The location is perfect for us. We feel safe and the street where the hotel is located is well lighted. Lots of activities along Calle 60. The property is well maintained. We booked the family room, comfortable beds, clean beddings, toilet, shower room and water supply was great! My husband is very picky but he loved this hotel. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. There is always a staff in the lobby to welcome guest even if you arrived late for check-in. I highly recommend Acqua in Bocca in Merida Centro.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious room, comfy bed, complimentary water bottles came in handy. Complimentary continental breakfast was provided but we opted for trying out the numerous restaurant options around. The location is perfectly situated to explore the town. The one thing we weren't too thrilled about was there was no hot water coming out of the shower. The water was only mildly warm which thankfully wasn't too big of a problem because the weather was so hot, a cooler shower was refreshing, we didn't address this issue with management. I could see this being a problem if you prefer hot showers. Overall we enjoyed our stay. All of the hotel staff we encountered and interacted with were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We would choose to stay here again.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well to keep us cool in the humid environment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the Aqua in Bocca.

It was soundproof and had blackout curtains, which ensured we got a restful sleep each night. While the room had multiple windows, they were all very high up, so there was no view outside. The location of the hotel was very central, making it easy to walk to key attractions, restaurants, and shops in Mérida. The hotel itself was spotless, and the pool area provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay. Very welcoming hotel. Stylish lobby area and very nice rooms with architectural details. Good area in Merida. The pool could have been a little warmer (it was winter), but overall we loved it, and felt very taken care of.

From the moment my car pulled up the welcome was warm and gracious. The hotel is a gorgeous old colonial. My room was bright sunny and enormous. It had a very large private veranda. The room had a deep soaking tub, large shower, walk-in closet and double vanity. Bed was very comfortable. And much more..location, pool, breakfast.

We stayed here and really loved how convenient everything was to us. Super easy walks. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but it felt at times the room wouldn’t cool down. It helped to put the fan on but the fan needed to be dusted. The pool was nice. Breakfast was nice that it was free.

Really nice hotel in a really good location. Only reason I've given 4* is because of the noise - every single night we could hear singing from a local bar (and thumping music) until very late at night/early in the morning. It might not bother everyone but we found it hard to sleep. It might be room dependent as well, and perhaps we were unlucky. But other than this everything else was excellent.

Wow ! We loved everything about this cute hotel. The staff goes out of their way to make the visitors feel welcome. The breakfast they offer is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. We will definitely stay here when we visit Merida again. ❤️

Outstanding stay in Merida Great room and cleaned daily, staff fantastic and Gino, the manager could not do enough. By mistake left an item at the hotel and Gino arranged for our taxi to deliver it to us Swam daily, quite and peaceful. Was offered coffee or tea on our arrival back and the staff could not do enough to make our stay successful. Liked the hotel so much, we stayed an extra 2 days Close to shopping, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Paseo Montejo and the new big Park with lots of activities, Walking distance to everything Rented Bicycles and went on Paseo Montejo on Sunday as it is closed to traffic Would definitely stay again 5 Stars

Very nice property well located to shops, parks, historical buildings and restaurants. Very friendly staff and has coffee bar located in the lobby for people staying there. Very comfortable rooms, pool and lots courtyard space. Only issue is street being dug up and renovated but once complete will make it very nice as a walking area to shop etc. Would not hesitate staying here again. If you have a car need to park on Calle 51 which is close to the hotel.

Nous Avons passées une très belle semaine. L’hotel était comfortable avec du personnel courtois. Le petit déjeuner était excellent parfait pour partir la journée. L’hotel est située sur une des rues principales qui nous permets de se déplacer facilement dans les rues de Merida.

The hotel couldn't be in a better location. All parks, museums, and restaurants are within walking distance. The continental breakfast was a bonus and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied.

The overall experience was great . 1.- Staff great , friendly always willing to help and assist . 2.- Location : great , central . Walk distance to all the colonial like attractions . Not large america style breakfast. 4.- the hotel has a great potential , rooms are nice , clean and spacious. However , I feel It needs a refreshment, it’s borderline outdated and need some love in terms of maintenance in the common areas , perhaps some decoration and ornaments.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a spacious room, comfy bed, complimentary water bottles came in handy. Complimentary continental breakfast was provided but we opted for trying out the numerous restaurant options around. The location is perfectly situated to explore the town. The one thing we weren't too thrilled about was there was no hot water coming out of the shower. The water was only mildly warm which thankfully wasn't too big of a problem because the weather was so hot, a cooler shower was refreshing, we didn't address this issue with management. I could see this being a problem if you prefer hot showers. Overall we enjoyed our stay. All of the hotel staff we encountered and interacted with were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We would choose to stay here again.

First, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided me with plenty of restaurant recommendations, directions and lattes at 7:00am. The location was perfect! Situated half-way between Santa Lucia and Santa Ana, it easy to find plenty of good restaurants and nice shops. After a long hot day walking around Merida it was great to cool off and chill by the beautiful pool.

I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I didn’t want to leave :) Our room was clean and very spacious, our bed was king size and big enough for 3 people. Love the aesthetic too. Staff are very kind and attentive, they are very welcoming and always offered us coffee and water. Our stay feels more like visiting a family than staying in a hotel. Thank you Acqua in Bocca staff! Our Breakfast was sooo good, they have coffee, cook to order food, juice, fruit platter, cereal yogurt and yummy warm toasted croissants. The location is right by Santa Lucia park and close to a lot of restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I get to go back Merida!

El lugar supero mis espectativas. Muy lindo, muy limpio, la pisina grande, y no tan profunda. No tiene calefaccion la pisina, pero con el calor de Merida, pues refresca. La atencion de los muchachos, es muy buena, muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno un 11 de 10, variado, y delicioso. El cuarto muy comodo, y limpio, siempre encontraras botellas de agua gratis. La ubicacion es lo mejor, cerca del centro, y cerca de Paseo Montejo. Volvere mil veces. Recomendado.
