Best place I have stayed in NYC. Subways are so easy and convenient to everything. Room was immaculate, roomy, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Eat in the restaurant, food is delicious and cheaper than many options around the hotel. Now, the best part, front desk folks. Always kind, informative, gracious and made the whole experience even better. I will not stay anywhere else in NYC, best value, location and people. A hidden gem! Wish I could go back soon for another week!

Mostly a perfect stay. No hot water one night so I ended up taking a cold shower. Otherwise the room was great. Gym is pretty nice, front desk was nice enough to hold my suitcase after checkin until my flight later in the day.

Great hotel and restaurant, friendly staff, comfy beds and room. But lots of street noise from late night dumpster work outside. Very annoying.

Amazing location with so many subway lines nearby. The property was clean and its convenience outweighed the small floor plans for the rooms and lack of other amenities that you may find in other hotels.
