We've stayed here before. It's always clean. Fast checkin/checkout. Great breakfast. Safe location. Easy to find. Needs better toilet paper.

Our heater in the room didn't work. I called the front desk and they said they'd get back to me. Waited 30 minutes, went to desk and asked to change rooms if no one could fix it. Waited almost a total of 2 hours before we were given a different room. First room had dog food on floor and on the desk chair. 2nd room had a working heater but had makeup smeared on sink faucet and toilet handle.

First off, half of the problem was the app. I purchased a king bed room but after arriving, they gave me a different room because we had a little dog. The app just shows (so called pet friendly) hotels. After checking into the room, it had not been cleaned from the previous people from the night before. The sheets had hair in them and the bathroom was just picked up. No toilet paper. The worst part was, we were smelling something off. The microwave had food all over the inside, like something blew up. When we went to the front desk, the staff was very confrontational, so we just left and got a room at the express inn at Parsons Ks. Wonderful hotel. But very bad quality for quality in and bad job on hotels.com for not reimbursing our money!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. I accidentally left one of my personal pillows behind and my friend that we went to visit went down to grab it for me. They had already set it back for us :-)

Hot food warmer needs to be replaced. Food needed to be microwaved to be hot. Cover on warmer broke so when you lift lid the other half falls off. Hallway was not vacuumed for 2 days & my bed looked just like I just got out of it, homekeeping didn’t make it. I have always stayed there with no issues when visiting in Parsons but I will reconsider the next time.

PRO: I have a bad back and for some reason the bed here was THE most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! CONS: The check-in woman was not warm/welcoming (I get it in a small town, but in the hospitality industry you kind of expect a smile or pleasantries). The tv did not work (3 of us tried but it was too late in the night to bother with it and ask the front desk). The biggest let down was that the breakfast food was all but gone. We could make a waffle and there was 1 bagel, some bread, and yogurt. The microwave and toaster didn't appear to work (or weren't plugged in?). There was no orange juice or coffee (neither in the breakfast room nor lobby). A worker came in and I thought something would be restocked! But she just got some water and left. I wouldn't have been so cranky about it if it was almost "closing time," but there was still 1 full hour left of serving breakfast. Again, I get it in a small town but maybe checking every hour and prepping a small amount would fix this? Not sure, but it was super disappointing because the price + breakfast were why I chose Quality Inn over another Parsons hotel.

Could not get my TV to get channels so called front desk. The gentleman working that night seemed annoyed and said he’d be up soon. After 15 min called again, no answer, so went to front desk and he said he’d be up to look at it in a minute. He came up looked at it for a minute, unplugged it and he said, “it will come on in a minute.” After a few minutes as it did a self check, I was still unable to get tv on, so paid for room w/o tv because I wasn’t going through all that again. Also room smelled like vomit. I have stayed at this place several times before and have always had good service, but not this time. Also have had issues not getting tv to work but a girl came and fixed it right away. Maybe you could provide instructions on what to choose. I was very annoyed about the young man’s attitude in helping rectify the situation but chose not to address it again because I probably would not have been very nice, so chose to ignore it!

The hotel staff were very short and not so welcoming upon arrival. In fact, he seemed annoyed he had to check us in. The bathroom had someone elses hair in the shower, the water smelled and tasted bad the toilet was broken. The morning breakfast was not so good and the staff kept munching on the food (one took 12 sausages) so the remaining guests didnt have enough food. It was very disappointing.

After 15 min called again, no answer, so went to front desk and he said he’d be up to look at it in a minute. He came up looked at it for a minute, unplugged it and he said, “it will come on in a minute.” After a few minutes as it did a self check, I was still unable to get tv on, so paid for room w/o tv because I wasn’t going through all that again. Also room smelled like vomit. I have stayed at this place several times before and have always had good service, but not this time. Also have had issues not getting tv to work but a girl came and fixed it right away. Maybe you could provide instructions on what to choose. I was very annoyed about the young man’s attitude in helping rectify the situation but chose not to address it again because I probably would not have been very nice, so chose to ignore it!

PRO: I have a bad back and for some reason the bed here was THE most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on! CONS: The check-in woman was not warm/welcoming (I get it in a small town, but in the hospitality industry you kind of expect a smile or pleasantries). The tv did not work (3 of us tried but it was too late in the night to bother with it and ask the front desk). The biggest let down was that the breakfast food was all but gone. We could make a waffle and there was 1 bagel, some bread, and yogurt. The microwave and toaster didn't appear to work (or weren't plugged in?). There was no orange juice or coffee (neither in the breakfast room nor lobby). A worker came in and I thought something would be restocked! But she just got some water and left. I wouldn't have been so cranky about it if it was almost "closing time," but there was still 1 full hour left of serving breakfast. Again, I get it in a small town but maybe checking every hour and prepping a small amount would fix this? Not sure, but it was super disappointing because the price + breakfast were why I chose Quality Inn over another Parsons hotel.

Hot food warmer needs to be replaced. Food needed to be microwaved to be hot. Cover on warmer broke so when you lift lid the other half falls off. Hallway was not vacuumed for 2 days & my bed looked just like I just got out of it, homekeeping didn’t make it. I have always stayed there with no issues when visiting in Parsons but I will reconsider the next time.
