quiet and peaceful property, nice room, bed squeaked just sitting or turning. Aircon only turned on from wall switch, the remote didn't work. Lady at front counter not friendly and while I was trying to check in, a male staff member interupted and got her to do a golf booking - leaving me standing - waiting. She didn't explain why she needed my credit card details or how she stored them, even though I'd paid in full when I booked - just that it was part of the booking process and she needed them. In fact, she was a little rude and abrupt - oh, and by the way, her explanation suggested there was no encryption of my card details and she did say that only staff could access it - ok, that is not re-assuring. Info says office is open til 6pm. it closes at 5 and no help after that. I believe the swimming pool doesn't meet code. Steps are very high and not even and no handrail on the stairs. I had to use a chair to help me get in and a chair and assistance to get out - or I'd still be there. And 3 coffee sachets and 3 sugar sachets are not enough for a 4 night stay - for 2 people, especially when the rooms are only serviced upon request.

Unit was very out of date. A resort it was not. Broken fixtures, lights not working, fan in bathroom not working. BBQ facility old broken and unable to use. I don’t believe the units have had any updates since built. Ability to use the golf course never eventuated, even though my husband was told on 2 separate occasions he would be able to. He had booked in and still didn’t get a game , he and I were very disappointed.

Not a young motel but has some good rooms including family with separate kids room. Loads of parking and could turn a large trailer around easily. Most of the rooms have covered carparks. And they are quite large carports . Really good value for money and an easy 3 kay walk into the Mall. Not a bad position for a golf course and also close to the Mildura Base Hospital.

Very outdated facilities, spa has been disconnected, pool is not heated. For housekeeping to be done you need to inform staff at reception or room doesn’t get cleaned

Loved being on the golf course so we could easily play when it suited us. Pool was great and the food at the bistro was tasty

Parking is OK in front of the rooms although room 35 only has a garden in the front doorway and no verandah. Most of the other rooms have a covered carport right in the front except 35 and I also think there may be another room on the same side. The the older rooms all have covered car ports . No big deal but nice when its 40 degrees as it was and also then rained. I wont stay in room 35 again. The air conditioner also lost the front grill.

Things are pretty basic. Remember to turn the aircon on at the wall. Tv had one channel. But night 2 all the rooms have brand new TVs. The staff are amazingly friendly. My bed was very comfortable. The golf course looks amazing. The beer at the pub was just perfect. I had just driven for Canberra in 42 degrees. I’ll stay there again for sure.

They shuld clean the rooms of dust old dust present on flors and cabinets

This is NOT a 4 star resort, it would be lucky to be a 3 star. Beds are hard pillows are dead. Don’t they know pillows should be replaced regularly. Power points are scarce. Rooms are from the 70s and have not had money spent on them. Our bar fridge was the smallest one possible and the shelf was missing so we could not even use it properly. My daughter’s room had a proper bar fridge. The trim in the room was paint mission brown. The love cupboard louvres were dusty and so was the flywire door. Bottom on the door had the internal core showing the bathroom door must have rotted and the put a metal stripe on the bottom.

Room was absolutely infested with mosquitoes. Even after emptying the two cans of Raid left in the room, they were everywhere. Room was also just dirty, and some light and fan fittings missing. Couldn't stay there! Handed key back and left to stay in another motel. Not sure I'd call it a "resort".

The bed was very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The air con and fan vents look like they hadn't been cleaned in years

When we opened the door the mustiness hit us, the fridge was off and stank. The bed was past its used by date, you feel all the springs and it sagged to the middle. The air conditioning was so old it couldn’t be left on it made so much noise. During the night I’d say the bathroom pipes dried out and started to smell.The only reason we stayed it was to late at night to complain.

Definitely needs some money spent on the property and its assets. The bed felt like it has been there since it opened, in the 70’s. Desperately needs some sound deadening between rooms, had a snorer either side!

Stayed for one night, room was disappointing. Tiles missing in the shower and bathroom floor. Vanity; laminate was broken. The bed mattress was terrible, very old and springs were digging into our bodies. Bed was very uncomfortable. Couldn’t get wifi in the room, only connected once we went up to Reception. Only positive from the stay was the meal in the Bistro. Meal was very good and good value. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The bathroom was old needs renovating but it was very clean. The room was nicely decorated. The view from the room was lovely overlooking the golf course with a nice patio to sit outside.

Wifi was very bad, you can hear neighbours talking or closing door and it's loud.

We were only staying for 2 nights. The unit we were in was old and could probably do with a fresh paint job and the beds could do with new mattresses. But the it was clean and welcoming. The property was beautiful and had a great golf course. The staff were friendly and tried to help us in anyway they could for our short stay. We loved it and will probably go again.

The bed was OK, the pillows were good and the shower was great. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy, the room was very dusty and the Wifi didn't work.

I read so many reviews about the dated decor and tiny fridge and uncomfy bed, but for $85 a night, this place is great! The staff were lovely and even called me to advise I'd left stuff behind. The "tiny fridge" fit my 2L drink bottle, 1L milk, 600mL bottle, leftover meal, 1/2 a souvlaki, a dip, a container with feta, 2 ice-bricks, AND a 4 pack of big cans. I'm not sure how much room you need in a fridge that is in a room that clearly states is not for cooking. But even still they provided a kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, milk and tea/coffee. The bathroom was adequate, and provided ample soaps and products, and not the tiny little bits like other places, I'm talking full size pump packs. Thank you for saving so much single use plastic! The big bed was too hard for me, but the single was soft and comfy. I know my Mum or husband would have preferred the hard bed. Best of both worlds. The front parking area is definitely old and a bit rough looking, but once you're inside you don't see that anymore, and my view out on the golf course was lovely. So basically if you're offended by dark brown varnished pelmets, maybe check out other places, but if you don't care about furniture finishes and care about saving money while having plenty of space and a MASSIVE TV, you seriously can't go wrong. Complained to staff about the person in the next room being load all night, said they couldn't do anything about it.

The staff went out of the way to help me as I needed extra care after hip surgery. I couldn't have asked for more help!

Great staff, very helpful with after hours check in. A delight to arrive here.

I received a call at 11:12am on Friday 3/1/25 that there may be a delay in check in and we can check in around 2:30. We reached there at 3:10pm and we were given key to a room. When we entered the room, a guest was already staying there and had a similar key. I went back to reception and were told that there have been a mix up with the booking and there is no room for us to stay. The Manager organised a room for us to stay in a third class Motel. Very unprofessional and irresponsible management. Not impressed and will never book with them again.

Staff were very friendly and were able to allow me a slightly later checkout to suit my activity.

Service was terrible, had to wait 15 minutes for bar staff to be able to check me in, then they did not know where our room was. Room was booked for 5, but 5th bed was not made up, only 1remote for tvs, and loose tile on shower floor that made the kids slip and fall over. Never stay again

Easy access to everything!

Stayed for 3 nights. The facilities are old and looking very tired. Carpets need replacing and in general the property needs an uplift and renovation. Limited dining was availble during our stay and the premises is some distance from the Main shopping district. Might be a good site if a Golfer.

This stay is as an over night on a much longer road trip. It’s the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are a basic motel style accommodation. It is very handy having the Golf club bistro on site, but it does not operate on Monday and Tuesdays. I strongly suggest mosquitoes spray, bug spray and a bug zapper for your room.

The room was clean and had a wonderful outlook. Only thing is the bathroom and toilet are a bit tired and there was no door on the bathroom section where you get dried and dressed. Otherwise very good. Food was great at the bistro as well.

The room had everything we needed for a 1 night stay over. Ate at the club which was convenient and food was lovely.

Golf course very good. Lack of bistro opening hours. Room old, not maintained, unclean, old mattress and dirty blanket, clean sheets and towels.

À bit tired. Restaurant only restricted open

Basic room and good price. On our stay the bistro was closed so no dining avaiable and had to leave area. No breakfast facility available which means if you are there for a golf stay you have to drive out of tesort to nearest cafe.

It was quiet, roomy and comfortable. The meals were great at the restaurant and it was good that it was in easy walking distance.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious especially the double choc brownie for dessert. The rooms where clean with grass right out your back door. Would definitely recommend
