일단 룸이 커서 좋아요 주차도 편리한편이에요. 청소상태가 살짝 아쉬워요 들어갔을때 약간 청소가 덜된 느낌이었고 건물 노후가 좀 된거 같지만 그런거 신경 안쓰고 크고 직원들 친절하면 되서 묵었습니다.
일단 룸이 커서 좋아요 주차도 편리한편이에요. 청소상태가 살짝 아쉬워요 들어갔을때 약간 청소가 덜된 느낌이었고 건물 노후가 좀 된거 같지만 그런거 신경 안쓰고 크고 직원들 친절하면 되서 묵었습니다.

전반적으로 시설이 낡음. 상층부는 리모델링중 10년전부터 오션뷰 및 스위트 쪽으로 자주 이용. 새섬 다리 항구 밤 풍경 이 너무 좋음. 근데 이번은 낮은 층이라 제대로 밤 풍경이 안보임. 시설이 너무 낡아서 안좋음 비데 고장 등등... 이번 방문에서는 신신호텔? 쪽으로 넘어갔는데 직원들이 약간 뺀질거리는 느낌이 강함, 너 귀찮아 느낌..

Super spacious room with great Ocean View. The washing machine inside the room came in handy as we were able to wash our clothes when needed. If only there is a small microwave oven to allow us to heat up our food, that would have been perfect. Location wise, it is walking distance to shopping street, the port and beach, but be prepared to walk up a gradual slope as the hotel is located up hill from the beach/port. Whole building looks a little run down but the room is still decent. House keeping needs to be improved as there were no bath towels provided and we had to ask for them. One of the bath towels given had a hole in it. The towels were taken to wash and were never replaced. Overall, for the room size and location, it is value for money and good for families.

넓은 방으로 주셔서 감사합니다 살짝 당황 할 정도 였어요. 시설은 점점 낡아가는 느낌임. 그리고 보통 수준 청결. 하지만 싼가격과 넓음으로 모든 단점 상쇄. 프런트에서 탄력적으로 응대 좋음. 감사합니다. 주변에 명동거리가 가깝고 해변도 마을을 지나면 나온다 조용하다.

The room is a good size, but definitely not like what's in the photos (little more worn down). It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy. Glad that there's a 7-eleven convenient store at the hotel too.

The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance and accommodation updates. While the room was spacious, the toilet failed to operate if power is not provided to the stall. This resulted in sewer gasses being allowed to flow back into the room. The shower water system was falling off the wall. The sink was blocked with hair and gunk- front desk notified, no action taken/noticed. Breakfast was decent; however, hot items were not hot.

When we first got a room on the third floor, we found the floor and the room were smelly. So, we requested changing our room. Though it’s only 4th floor, it was so much better (no smell). I think the staff should not give us the room on 3th floor if it is so smelly.

침구류 위생 상태가 너무 최악이라 잠들기까지 너무 힘들었습니다... 베개에 군데 군데 얼룩이 있었고, 자려고 이불을 걷으니 침대 시트에 머리카락이 상당히 많이 나와서 너무 불쾌했습니다... 더블침대 2개인 방이였는데, 침대 2개다 그래서 너무 괴로웠습니다.

Misleading pictures. Furniture is worn down, the room has a bad smell and it is not clean. There were hairs in the sink, bed and fridge. Wouldn’t stay here again.

인터넷상의 사진과 너무도 달라서 놀랐습니다. 일단 잠을자는 침대매트리스는 잘수없을만큼 지저분하였습니다. 불쾌했습니다. 관리가 전혀안되는 곳으로 보였습니다. 화장실청소도 안되어 있고 수건에도 쾌쾌한 곰팡이냄새가 많이났습니다. 이불도 세탁을 잘안하는건지 냄새가 불쾌하여 첫날에는 덥고 잘수가 없었습니다. 두번다시 갈일은 없을겁니다

커플 여행이고 2박3일 머물렀는데 너무 만족합니다! 방도 크고 화이트톤으로 깔끔하고 있을건 다 있어서 가성비가 너무 좋았어요!!! 최근 머문 숙소 중에서 젤 좋았네용ㅎㅎ 잘 쉬었다가 갑니다!

It was a very nice location. The room I had was spacious and very nicely decorated and well equipped with full size fridge, dining/work table, nice shower etc. Added bonus is there a legit massage place across the street that was a life saver after days of hiking etc.

在這住了幾天，清潔服務很差，每天只是給三支水、換毛巾及收走垃圾，其他打掃欠奉，前枱職員態度冷漠，想咨詢一些交通及旅遊問題都懶你對待，在租住時看酒店資訊是有中文可以溝通，但我們是沒有這項服務，唯一最好的是房間有洗衣機，最後我們早了一天check out, 因怕早機回港，沒有交通工具去機場😅

The photos made the property seem far nicer than it actually was. The curtains in the room were so dusty. The air conditioning wasn’t working at all. There is no concierge, only the two ladies at the reception who were not very helpful. There are no restaurants in the area that open until after 5pm which wouldn’t ordinarily be a problem except that the hotel is around the corner from some strip clubs so if you are traveling with children, it does not seem safe at all. Furthermore, the hotel’s only restaurant serves only breakfast so eating out of the hotel is necessary. I would definitely not take a family there. It is definitely a no-frills place. We chose it because it was close to the water but this is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination and it was not worth the money we paid.

The place itself was quite spacious and nice for its price however it was surrounded by many love hotels and brothels I don’t recommend for young families with kids

The photos made the property seem far nicer than it actually was. The curtains in the room were so dusty. The air conditioning wasn’t working at all. There is no concierge, only the two ladies at the reception who were not very helpful. There are no restaurants in the area that open until after 5pm which wouldn’t ordinarily be a problem except that the hotel is around the corner from some strip clubs so if you are traveling with children, it does not seem safe at all. Furthermore, the hotel’s only restaurant serves only breakfast so eating out of the hotel is necessary. I would definitely not take a family there. It is definitely a no-frills place. We chose it because it was close to the water but this is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination and it was not worth the money we paid.

Super spacious room with great Ocean View. The washing machine inside the room came in handy as we were able to wash our clothes when needed. If only there is a small microwave oven to allow us to heat up our food, that would have been perfect. Location wise, it is walking distance to shopping street, the port and beach, but be prepared to walk up a gradual slope as the hotel is located up hill from the beach/port. Whole building looks a little run down but the room is still decent. House keeping needs to be improved as there were no bath towels provided and we had to ask for them. One of the bath towels given had a hole in it. The towels were taken to wash and were never replaced. Overall, for the room size and location, it is value for money and good for families.

호텔 청결상태는 꽤 좋았습니다. 드라이기는 있지만 칫솔.치약은 없었고 샴푸.트라트먼트.바디클랜저는 있고 숙소에서 천지연폭포. 새연교. 서귀포올래시장이 도보로 가능해서 위치는 아주 좋았습니다. 주방이 꽤 크게 있지만 주방용품은 전기주전자외에는 없어서 당황스러웠고 세탁기가 있어서 의외였네요.

넓은 방으로 주셔서 감사합니다 살짝 당황 할 정도 였어요. 시설은 점점 낡아가는 느낌임. 그리고 보통 수준 청결. 하지만 싼가격과 넓음으로 모든 단점 상쇄. 프런트에서 탄력적으로 응대 좋음. 감사합니다. 주변에 명동거리가 가깝고 해변도 마을을 지나면 나온다 조용하다.

It was a very nice location. The room I had was spacious and very nicely decorated and well equipped with full size fridge, dining/work table, nice shower etc. Added bonus is there a legit massage place across the street that was a life saver after days of hiking etc.

The hotel is in need of some serious maintenance and accommodation updates. While the room was spacious, the toilet failed to operate if power is not provided to the stall. This resulted in sewer gasses being allowed to flow back into the room. The shower water system was falling off the wall. The sink was blocked with hair and gunk- front desk notified, no action taken/noticed. Breakfast was decent; however, hot items were not hot.

The room is a good size, but definitely not like what's in the photos (little more worn down). It's nice that they give you new towels and water everyday even when you don't do room cleaning, by hanging the stuff on the doorknob. Outside hallways are old and dingy. Glad that there's a 7-eleven convenient store at the hotel too.

숙박비에 비하여 숙소가 넓어 쾌적하였음. 다만 청소 상태와 조식은 조금 아쉬웠으나 타인에게 추천할 만 함. 다음 서귀포 일정이 있을 시 꼭 다시 가고 싶어요.
