We were so happy with our experience at Home2Suites and have already started planning our next trip back. The room was spacious for our family of 4, the kitchenette had everything we needed and more. Nice full size fridge and a full dish washer were great amenities. We really only used kitchenette for our snacks and lunches but it was great. Breakfast provided in the hotel was probably the best we’ve ever had at a budget friendly place. Really loved the different breakfast sandwich options, plus waffle station, oatmeal station and other typical continental breakfast options. Sunrises from the oceanfront suites were amazing!!! While we didn’t use the gym, if we had, it was top notch equipment. The hotel also provides beach and pool towels for your convenience which was great! We will be back!

This property is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, glasses and plates. They even have a hot plate if you want to cook in your room. Nice pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. Breakfast was great also. This is our 7th time staying at this location and we Will be returning.

The property is clean and breakfast is great. Largely I was dissapointed in my stayhowever, as the hot tub was not functional during my 5 night stay. I was told the pool was heated, but it was colder than the ocean...I would guess in the 60sF. We used the pool deck, but no one at the hotel entered the pool, not even children. Also, the hotel stated no smoking is allowed in the rooms or balconies, but the hallways smelled of cigarettes and marijuana all day and night. We could not keep it from smelling our room, blowing in through the AC vent. Also, there is no beach access from the hotel after the last hurricane. I do not recommend this hotel right now.

Friendly staff clean nice rooms and beach access was heat. The pool and hot tub was great and loved the outdoor shower for washing off all the sand.

We were shocked that we were charged for parking. The lot was not a parking deck and had no security. The $10.65 a day to park on an open lot was an unwelcome hidden fee.

When they closed the pool (weather conditions, or whatever reason), they wouldn't let guest use the beach access, had to walk to the nearest beach access. This didn't make any sense. Pool and hot tub had a lot of debris. The property was undergoing construction, which was extremely loud all throughout the day. We have a 2-year-old that naps around 12-3 and this wasn't happening with all the noise which made the stay much more of a hassle with our little one. Also, COVID signs were still up for masking and distancing. What agenda are these guys on over at Hilton? Why have COVID in your face everywhere? It's over Hilton, let it go. Other than that, the stay was satisfactory.

Why this place is a two star place is beyond me. It was very clean, and practically brand new. The breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. Waffles were delicious. The pool area was very clean and new looking. The fire at night is especially nice by the ocean. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would recommend it for families.

Staff was very friendly throughout the hotel… constantly cleaning and maintaining public areas. Rooms, hallways… all areas were clean and fresh.. Definitely will stay again. It is a pet friendly hotel which is great for guests to go to the beach with their dogs directly in front of hotel.

Clean-clean-clean! Not only the inside of the hotel, but the outside was emaculate. There was even a young man scrubbing the brick drive in the afternoon sun.

Beds were clean, a little hard, but not overly uncomfortable. Loved having a balcony overlooking the beach. Kitchen and fridge space was handy and larger than expected, with a real freezer. The pool and beach were nice and easy to get to. Super friendly staff.

This is a newish property so it’s clean and contemporary. However, our room on the hotel’s top floor was somewhat near the machinery that powers the hotels two elevators and every time an elevator moved, about every 15 to 20 seconds, we heard it—LOUDLY — in our room. This was a first in all my years of travel and I very much hope it is our last.

We enjoyed our stay. A quick friends getaway. Mattresses are a little too soft for someone with a hip or back issue. While we had an ocean front balcony, being on the second floor, our room more overlooked the pool and the noise associated with pools was noticed.

Almost everything was amazing except for the beds! They are HORRIBLE! Those are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever layed on and because of that we didn't get much rest while staying there. Also, there was a really annoying unidentifiable LOUD noise that went on for about 30 seconds every 3 minutes or so. Very annoying and also kept waking us up multiple times throughout the nights!

Brittney, Rose, Dane and the whole team were amazing. We came in at a very challenging time with a computer crash. The whole team worked together to make sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. Despite all of the added stress, Brittney remain calm, professional, and helpful. I thought the service at this hotel was superb and their teamwork should be applauded. The hotel is new and in beautiful condition. The ocean views from the balcony are breathtaking. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I showed up early I won’t lie probably about 12 noon maybe 1 o’clock let’s just say that we didn’t get into our room until after 5 o’clock, which was unacceptable. We sat in the parking lot for hours if you know somebody’s waiting, maybe go to that room, but we didn’t get into our room until after 5:30. It was unacceptable. I will never go back there again and the office staff was horrific rude mean attitude.

Overall the hotel was good…there was an employee (Angelia) who ruined it unfortunately. She was extremely rude every encounter and not helpful at all. It totally put a damper on the experience. Everyone else was friendly, but she seemed to be working the most during our stay and we continually had to put up with her rudeness.

Staff were all super friendly. Breakfast was amazing and breakfast staff were on point with keeping everything well stocked. Pool was super clean and perfect temperature. Rooms and everything in the hotel were super clean. Won't hesitate to visit this hotel in the near future. Absolutely perfect place to stay!

Upon arrival Brittany has us checked in and on our way to our room in minutes. This location was everything you could ask for, great staff, clean, quiet, and great view. Highly, Highly recommend. Brittany, and Rose the desk staff need to be recognized for not only their expertise in Jan performance but also their welcoming personalities. We will be back. This was our 1st experience with a home 2 site.

Hotel system was down and could not check in for 1.5 hours. Internet very spotty and which made it difficult to complete work assignments. Key was deactivated and were locked out of hotel and room and had extreme difficulty getting new key because check in was not processed correctly on check in. Saad at the hotel desk was very helpful and apologized for the service and issues we had with the other employees. Hotel was clean and breakfast was average. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel with truly some of THE BEST staff I’ve seen. Pros: Oceanfront with easy access from pool deck down to beach Cleanliness - staff always cleaning. Whether it’s cleaning every pool lounger in the morning or vacuuming and cleaning windows in the afternoon. Staff attitude - gracious and you could see they all took pride in doing their jobs well. Quickly replenished breakfast foods while offering to clear plates. I mentioned at checkout how great the staff was and the front desk gal said, ‘it’s all our GM, he’s like Santa Claus.’ Clearly treating employees well translates to a great experience for guests New hotel with rooms, common areas, and pool all in immaculate condition. Cons: Area around the hotel is in transition with some older crumbling properties and stores around it, but hope that more gets updated like this property. Would stay here again if ever in the area, this hotel should be a model for all other Home2 Suites in terms of how to give the best customer experience ever. Thanks again!

We LOVED this hotel. We stayed in an oceanfront King suite. Gorgeous view of the ocean on our balcony. Beach and pool access. The staff is really nice the hotel is super clean. Breakfast was good (sometimes the sandwiches are kind of hard). We stayed here as a couple with our five year old and we really liked it! The only downside is parking costs $10 a night :(

We were so happy with our experience at Home2Suites and have already started planning our next trip back. The room was spacious for our family of 4, the kitchenette had everything we needed and more. Nice full size fridge and a full dish washer were great amenities. We really only used kitchenette for our snacks and lunches but it was great. Breakfast provided in the hotel was probably the best we’ve ever had at a budget friendly place. Really loved the different breakfast sandwich options, plus waffle station, oatmeal station and other typical continental breakfast options. Sunrises from the oceanfront suites were amazing!!! While we didn’t use the gym, if we had, it was top notch equipment. The hotel also provides beach and pool towels for your convenience which was great! We will be back!

The hotel is very quiet. Our room was right across from the elevator, which I normally hate, but we couldn’t hear anything. They have a door sweep under the door so light doesn’t creep in and we never heard any doors shutting, people waiting for elevators and elevator dinging. The staff were super polite and kind. My only complaint is the breakfast was lacking and cramped. However, it was free, it got the job done!

I liked everything about this hotel. Rooms were clean, modern, and beds were comfortable. Balcony was nice.the pool, hot tub, and deck was ver clean and modern. The firepit was a nice amenity also. Staff was extremely friendle and professional, espicially Beyonce at the front desk. The only thing i would change would be the breakfast menu, the breakfast sandwiches were stale and tasteless. Maybe offer scrambled eggs and get rid of the bfast sandwiches and little strange looking pre made omlets. But overall, great hotel.

It was an amazing experience, from Kristy who welcomed us with warmth and wonderful hospitality during our check in, to Calvin who is the best at what he does ensuring we liked the food, coming up to us to help clear our empty plates. The facility is well maintained. Despite the Florida heat, our room did not smell moldy or musty. We liked that everything linen was white from beddings to the beach towels. Pool and jacuzzi were well- maintained. We witnessed how the pool guy cleaned and took out the sand on both. The location is great being it was on the beach. We will surely come back here!

Only down fall need a stove to cook for family. The one skillet item they have from rooms doesn’t work well to fix dinner for family and the grill is closed most of time due to weather. Also 15 dollars a night to park the one car u bring is a bit much especially when most offer free parking for guests
