En general es un hotel normalito. Bastante ruido de los clientes y el buffet deja mucho que desear, bastante justito. La piscina el rato que estuve era un salvese quien pueda, hay carteles con las normas de uso pero parece ser que son invisibles para la mayoría de usuarios. El precio es tentador pero no volveré.

Hotel was great apart from the buffet that let down the whole experience. There were several local restaurants near by that were offering great food. One other complaint was that the hot tubs located on the roof with a great view of the sea were quite cold. It was a pitty because we enjoyed our stay overall.

Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre, les dames de ménage adorables. Le buffet petit déjeuner a du choix. Les ascenseurs vitrés sont sympas mais il n’y en a que 2 pour toutes les chambres. L’hôtel est facile d’accès, par contre, impossible de se garer, j’ai dû prendre le parking à 20€ par jour (qui n’est pas toujours fermé…) Le personnel est dans l’ensemble agréable. Les moins de ce séjour : nous avons entendu un chien hurler pendant des heures dans la chambre d’à côté, l’accueil n’ont pas réussi à joindre les propriétaires et nous n’avons pas eu de solution… aussi, nous avons vu un homme agresser sa conjointe (je suppose) dans notre couloir, mes filles ont été choquées. La piscine est agréable mais beaucoup réservent les transats et nous demandent d’aller ailleurs, alors qu’ils ne sont pas dessus. La musique de la piscine de l’hôtel est agréable quand ceux autour de la piscine ne mettent pas la leur à fond, sans s’occuper de savoir si cela plait à tout le monde. La piscine n’est pas surveillée, et devait fermer à 20h en haute saison, sauf qu’à 18h40 on nous demande de partir… Bref, c’était sympa mais nous irons visiter un autre hôtel ultérieurement…

A great stay for myself and my friend, the perfect no-frills, well-located place for our stay! I think the price per night is incredibly reasonable and if I were to return to Salou again, I would definitely consider staying here again. Lovely rooftop area with jacuzzis, pool and jacuzzis were on the cooler side as not heated but found it very refreshing after a long day at the beach

Le personnel est agréable mais la chambre d'hôtel où nous avons dormi aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Il y a des tâches de moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain et un trou dans le carrelage. De plus dans la nuit une autre famille est rentrée dans notre chambre, le lendemain matin on nous explique qu'il y a eu un problème de système au niveau des cartes pour entrer dans les chambres. Cela n'est pas rassurant

We kwamen laat aan. Hadden kamer geboekt met 2 losse bedden van 140 cm. Kregen een klein hoekkamertje met 1 bed van 140 cm. Dit is gelijk opgelost. Door vertraging 4 uur later dan gepland. We hadden halfpension. Net te laat voor buffet. We moesten maar aan de overkant naar restaurant. Kamer was schoon, goede airco en fijn beddengoed. Matrassen best hard. Je voelde de veren in je rug. Ontbijt en buffet erg uitgebreid. Locatie top. 2 strandjes om de hoek en winkelstraat vlakbij. Lekkere broodjeszaak vlakbij met heerlijke koffie.zwembad en tegels werden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Ook kamers waren elke dag mogelijk. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Prima verblijf gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

A l’arrivée dans la chambre cheveux dans la douche… La deuxième nuit personnes très bruyantes dans la chambre près de la nôtre qui hurlaient et tapaient jusqu’à minuit. Les bains à remous n’étaient pas disponibles de tout le séjour.

Chambre avec des odeurs de remontées d'égouts tous les jours ! Et beaucoup de bruit , porte qui claque et passage dans les couloirs à toutes heures de la nuit , très mal insonorisées.

Dette hotellet har sett sine beste dager... Rommet var i dårlig forfatning og preget av mange års bruk. Maten var skikkelig dårlig og sengene knallharde. Vi tok opp feil ved rommet mem ingenting ble gjort. Fin takterasse, og fungerende aircondition. Ligger sentralt i Salou med fin utsikt fra taket og kort vei til stranda. Men ikke forvent komfort og det lille ekstra....

Dette hotellet har sett sine beste dager... Rommet var i dårlig forfatning og preget av mange års bruk. Maten var skikkelig dårlig og sengene knallharde. Vi tok opp feil ved rommet mem ingenting ble gjort. Fin takterasse, og fungerende aircondition. Ligger sentralt i Salou med fin utsikt fra taket og kort vei til stranda. Men ikke forvent komfort og det lille ekstra....

El hotel para ser un 3 estrellas está bien, y el sitio esta a 5min andando del centro y parece que estes apartado. la terraza tambien muy buenas vistas. Malo: el buffet libre de cenas y desayuno es el peor que he visto.. zero variedad y comida sin sabor y sin buena calidad. Camas duras y habitaciones con zero insonorización

El hotel para ser un 3 estrellas está bien, y el sitio esta a 5min andando del centro y parece que estes apartado. la terraza tambien muy buenas vistas. Malo: el buffet libre de cenas y desayuno es el peor que he visto.. zero variedad y comida sin sabor y sin buena calidad. Camas duras y habitaciones con zero insonorización

When we arrived it was al good but then we want to change cash for the parking meter you have to pay 6-10 euro’s in Salou to park your car on the streets, however there was a notice you can park the car in the hotel that was full When i want to change €20 on the cash machine my Bill was in the machine nothing was comming out no coins Or Bill back i go the reception and they told us they Will check it in a couple of saus the person of the machine was not there we agreed and they Will give us a call Or whatsapp message in just 1 Or 2 days after 5 days we ask at the reception how about our €20? Nobody knows anything we told them again the situation and they Said you cant put in a €20 Bill only 5 and 10 but that was not standing on the machine so i asked how about my €20 they told me they Checked it but didnt find a €20 in the machine with other Words im lying when i asked why i didnt get a call of message you didnt respond We where Here 2 weeks we spend almost €3000 euro’s on having fun with karting jet ski and more i really dont care about the €20 but its not fair that they didnt contact us it let us know about this and call us a lyer be carefull with changing cash here The Food was always cold in the morning they have only cold crambled eggs and in the evening it was Also cold Food there for we got almost every day out of eat not to get sick with the cold Food Pool is Also real small to much People for the elevators

Bonjour, notre séjour s'est relativement bien passé. Concernant la propreté des chambres tout est parfait. Le service au restaurent était très bien et un grand merci aux personnels toujours souriant malgré le peu de personnel. A vouloir réduire le personnel, on trouve des salariés épuisés. Par contre les touristes russes sont d'une incorrection à l'extrême, pas de savoir vivre et très bruyant la nuit jusqu'à 4h00 du matin. Il faut rester calme sinon ......

Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel avec des amis et nous avons été très déçus… déjà nous avions demandé dans la réservation d’avoir les chambres à côté et ça n’a pas été pris en compte, arrivé sur place on a pu nous mettre dans le même étage et un autre couple a l’étage du dessus . la première nuit il y avait déjà eu un peu de bruit dans les chambres voisines mais cela nous a pas trop empêché de dormir, par contre la nuit suivante la chambre d’à coté a été infernale ! Des jeunes étaient là alcoolisés aussi en groupe avec la chambre d’en face et ils n’ont pas arrêté de passer d’une chambre à l’autre en claquant les portes et parler très fort dans les couloirs à partir de 23h nous sommes gentiment aller leur dire de faire moins de bruits mais a 2h c’était reparti nous avons bien sûr fait remonter la situation l’accueil qui ont fait intervenir l’agent de sécurité mais a 3h du matin rebelote jusqu’à 4h … nous sommes redescendu (pas de numéro d’accueil sur les téléphones des chambres) et c’est enfin vers 6h du matin après l’intervention de l’agent de sécurité et de la police que ça s’est calmé … nous avons donc payé une nuit pour ne pas dormir … nous avons donc demandé à voir un manager qui nous a simplement donné un formulaire de réclamation sur laquelle nous avons demandé le remboursement de la nuit mais nous n’avons jamais eu de réponses … (ça fait plus d’un mois) Niveau propreté il restait une serviette salle dans la salle de bain donc pas terrible non plus …

We kwamen laat aan. Hadden kamer geboekt met 2 losse bedden van 140 cm. Kregen een klein hoekkamertje met 1 bed van 140 cm. Dit is gelijk opgelost. Door vertraging 4 uur later dan gepland. We hadden halfpension. Net te laat voor buffet. We moesten maar aan de overkant naar restaurant. Kamer was schoon, goede airco en fijn beddengoed. Matrassen best hard. Je voelde de veren in je rug. Ontbijt en buffet erg uitgebreid. Locatie top. 2 strandjes om de hoek en winkelstraat vlakbij. Lekkere broodjeszaak vlakbij met heerlijke koffie.zwembad en tegels werden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Ook kamers waren elke dag mogelijk. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Prima verblijf gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

The Hotel It’s quiet far away from the beach.. on pictures from the terrace looks like is close but it’s not, they should improve the breakfast is poor quality, the dinner is better, the bedroom has just one sheet not blankets, I know it’s summer but should put at least one, the walking shower make the bath a mess all the water come out of the shower… the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel pequeño y tranquilo. Habitación limpia y actualizada. Zona de jacuzzi de llibre acceso hasta las 19h, no está masificado , es muy agradable estar. Se puede ir andando a la playa (calas) y hacer buena parte del Camí de ronda.Lo más justo del hotel es la comida, pero un par de días se puede tolerar, si vas a ir una semana debe ser más complicado.

Dette hotellet har sett sine beste dager... Rommet var i dårlig forfatning og preget av mange års bruk. Maten var skikkelig dårlig og sengene knallharde. Vi tok opp feil ved rommet mem ingenting ble gjort. Fin takterasse, og fungerende aircondition. Ligger sentralt i Salou med fin utsikt fra taket og kort vei til stranda. Men ikke forvent komfort og det lille ekstra....

Hotel was great apart from the buffet that let down the whole experience. There were several local restaurants near by that were offering great food. One other complaint was that the hot tubs located on the roof with a great view of the sea were quite cold. It was a pitty because we enjoyed our stay overall.

Wir waren als Familie 1 Nacht in dieser Unterkunft Zimmer Preis/Leistung i.O. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, da wir an diesem Nachmittag in Barcelona landeten und bei Ankunft in Salou nicht zuerst ein Restaurant suchen mussten.... Groooooosser Fehler. Das Essen am Abend war so furchtbar, dass wir aufstanden und uns ein Restaurant suchen gingen. So eckliges Essen wurde mir noch an keinem anderen Ort vorgesetzt...

Las habitaciones perfectas para familias. El problema principal es la espera en los dos únicos ascensores. El buffet muy justito y a eso le.añadimos el inconveniente de po.poder reservar pensión completa.

Vacances en famille pour se détendre. Cela fait 2 fois que je viens et je suis toujours aussi ravie. Le buffet le soir est variées et différents chaque soir par contre le buffet du matin est identique, s’est un peu dommage . Le personnel est super adorable. L’espace Rdc (billard) est fermé le soir s’est dommage

Trop bruyant. Trop côtoyer par les jeunes fêtards. Mais bonne literie et petit déjeuner varie Gros bémol , il faut prévenir avant quele parking de l hôtel n accepte pas les berlines. Et le stationnement est compliqué à salou

I travel extensively and this is the first time I have used this brand. I will avoid it in future. The reviews were very good and the photographs were excellent, the reality was not the same. I was in a room on the first floor, the carpet in the hallway was filthy and smelt horribly. The noise in the hotel was unacceptable. The roof top bar looked glamourous, however, it attracted masses of young people who created a lot of noise. There was inadequate security in the evening with none residents arriving to use these facilities. Breakfast was satisfactory, and quiet as the hotel guests slept in. Breakfast was served in the basement. Air conditioning in the bedroom was ineffective. The atmosphere was more like a hostel than a hotel. Cafe/bar during the day was poor. Pool is undersized and very shallow. Staff were generally unfriendly, one very useful female who did state I should have complained sooner about the noise. I could not sit on the balcony as next door used a boom box and the noise was unacceptable. She noted that I could have has a room change or they would have been informed to keep quieter. Reviews were good, but obviously made by young adults who stay out late and sleep in. A very unpleasant stay. Room very basic, towels and sheets clean.

I travel extensively and this is the first time I have used this brand. I will avoid it in future. The reviews were very good and the photographs were excellent, the reality was not the same.
