This hotel was good. The pool was so busy with kids and families as it was a weekend when we were here for one night. That was disappointing as I really wanted to try the pool out! The room was comfortable with a bathtub and huge bed.

Arrived yesterday afternoon for an overnight pit stop before the 2nd stint to the south. Easy to find and just off the motorway. First impressions - looks good. Nice spacious reception with big sofas. Check-in was very quick. The room we had was a typical standard family room with a large double and a 2 single mattress sofa bed - the beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated and looked clean. A lovely shower room with a rain shower as well as a normal shower. Separate toilet room although we were greeted with a yellow, slimy build up of limescale which was gross. This could easily be treated and should be. Tea/coffee facilities - served with paper cups and wooden stirrers. No milk but reception were happy to supply some. Our fridge didn’t work and when we approached reception about it, we were informed that some of the fridges are broken, no attempt was made to rectify the situation. Once settled, we spent the rest of the afternoon at the pool area which was really nice, with big loungers, umbrellas, comfy sun beds. A nice way to relax after a long drive. Just beyond the pool was some sort of play park but didn’t investigate. We booked a table at the restaurant. The food was extremely taster abs well presented. The waiting staff were really lovely. Overall - it’s a nice hotel and we’d use it again although we’d make sure the room we are allocated had a working fridge and a clean toilet.

Un hôtel à 7 kms d'Orléans, bien rénové, belles prestations, literie de qualité, chambre triple plutôt vaste, climatisation, bouilloire et dosettes de café. Restaurant avec des plats abordables et délicieux. En revanche, séjour en août = établissement plein d'enfants, pas toujours cadrés par leurs familles, beaucoup de bruit au restaurant, dans les couloirs, à la piscine, laquelle a d'ailleurs dû être fermée pour cause "d'incident technique" dû à un enfant justement, conclusion : seulement 1h30 passée autour de la piscine sur 3 jours !!!

The staff is really nice! Pool is amazing and the bouncy structure really fun for kids. This is a great place to stay with kids. Our room wasn’t overly clean but wasn’t dirty. The hotel smells really bad in some areas. But other than that, beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet:)

Rien - cet hotel s'est très fortement détérioré en l'espace d'une année - des poubelles pleines - des moustiques écrasés sur les rideaux sur les oreillers - serviettes sales. Pour le déjeuner des mouches sur la nourriture. Le personnel ne réagit pas quand on lui dit. Très mauvaise expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas !

Das Hotel ist auf der Durchreise durchaus zu empfehlen. Ansprechendes Entrée, zugewandte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die allerdings auch nur die nötigsten Sätze wechseln. Ein freundliches « Bienvenue, avez-vous eu un bon voyage? » wäre da schon mal eine nette Geste. Ähnlich empfand ich es bei den Servicekräften im Restaurant, das übrigens eine wirklich gute Küche hat! Es war wenig los und dennoch hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis z.B. die benutzten Teller abgeräumt wurden. Kein freundliches Wort, kein Scherz, einfach keine Freude bei der Arbeit. Schade, das vermittelt kein gutes Gefühl. Die Standard Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer war es sauber, es fehlte leider eine Steckdose. Das WC an sich müsste dringend gründlicher gereinigt werden. Auch Vorhänge und vor allem der Teppichboden im Zimmer müssten dringend grundgereinigt werden. Dafür sind die Betten sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen bei offenem Fenster zum Garten mit schön angelegtem Pool, war das problemlos möglich. Das eigene Auto kann man im umzäunten Gelände sicher abstellen, unser kleiner Hund war kein Problem und durfte sogar mit ins Restaurant. Das war sehr schön, dass er nach der langen Fahrt nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben musste.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil à la réception, la propreté de la chambre ainsi que son confort. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le souper au Lina Restaurant était très bon également avec un service irréprochable. Merci à tous pour votre dévouement et fait en sorte que mon séjour soit agréable.

Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, der Safe war geschlossen und konnte nicht benutzt werden, das Zimmer war sehr kühl und keine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum angrenzenden Zimmer, die hatte keine Schallisolierung. Man konnte jedes Wort verstehen und jede Bewegung verfolgen, sowie laute Toilettenbenutzung. Bis Mitternacht ging der Krach und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken.
Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, der Safe war geschlossen und konnte nicht benutzt werden, das Zimmer war sehr kühl und keine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum angrenzenden Zimmer, die hatte keine Schallisolierung. Man konnte jedes Wort verstehen und jede Bewegung verfolgen, sowie laute Toilettenbenutzung. Lovely hotel Very comfortable. Nice bar area and restaurant. Restaurant menu for evening meal wasn’t set for children so not very good there. We had a family room and it was to hot as air conditioning has been turned off. We spoke to other people and they all said they didn’t have air conditioning. Very nice hotel but when you don’t get a good sleep because it’s to hot it really let it down, 8 of us traveled and we all felt like we couldn’t sleep just because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Big let down.

Parfaitement conforme à ce qu'on attend d'un Novotel : chambre confortable, salle de bain moderne et propre, service rapide en cas de souci. Petit bémol, l'isolation phonique cers l'extérieur laisse passer le bruit des usines environnantes. Le petit-déjeuner est lui complet et donné dans la salle de restauration, sous forme de buffet. Parfait pour une pause sur une long trajet par exemple.

Schade, das vermittelt kein gutes Gefühl. Die Standard Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer war es sauber, es fehlte leider eine Steckdose. Das WC an sich müsste dringend gründlicher gereinigt werden. Auch Vorhänge und vor allem der Teppichboden im Zimmer müssten dringend grundgereinigt werden. Dafür sind die Betten sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen bei offenem Fenster zum Garten mit schön angelegtem Pool, war das problemlos möglich. Das eigene Auto kann man im umzäunten Gelände sicher abstellen, unser kleiner Hund war kein Problem und durfte sogar mit ins Restaurant. Das war sehr schön, dass er nach der langen Fahrt nicht alleine im Zimmer bleiben musste.

Very pleasant stay. I've stayed for 1 night as a family of 4. We have ordered some food for room service and that tasted amazing! Staff very polite, very informative, speaking good english. Very nice design of the hotel. Breakfast was a little bit disapoiting, very basic choices of food.

Arrived yesterday afternoon for an overnight pit stop before the 2nd stint to the south. Easy to find and just off the motorway. First impressions - looks good. Nice spacious reception with big sofas. Check-in was very quick. The room we had was a typical standard family room with a large double and a 2 single mattress sofa bed - the beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated and looked clean. A lovely shower room with a rain shower as well as a normal shower. Separate toilet room although we were greeted with a yellow, slimy build up of limescale which was gross. This could easily be treated and should be. Tea/coffee facilities - served with paper cups and wooden stirrers. No milk but reception were happy to supply some. Our fridge didn’t work and when we approached reception about it, we were informed that some of the fridges are broken, no attempt was made to rectify the situation. Once settled, we spent the rest of the afternoon at the pool area which was really nice, with big loungers, umbrellas, comfy sun beds. A nice way to relax after a long drive. Just beyond the pool was some sort of play park but didn’t investigate. We booked a table at the restaurant. The food was extremely taster abs well presented. The waiting staff were really lovely. Overall - it’s a nice hotel and we’d use it again although we’d make sure the room we are allocated had a working fridge and a clean toilet.

Rien - cet hotel s'est très fortement détérioré en l'espace d'une année - des poubelles pleines - des moustiques écrasés sur les rideaux sur les oreillers - serviettes sales. Pour le déjeuner des mouches sur la nourriture. Le personnel ne réagit pas quand on lui dit. Très mauvaise expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas !

Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le souper au Lina Restaurant était très bon également avec un service irréprochable. Het bedrijf wordt gevoerd door kinderen en studenten. Het tap-bier was lauw. Het flessenbier was ook lauw. Gin-Tonic zat in een wijn glas. Ontbijttafel te weinig gedekt. Dessert lepel en koffie lepels waren nergens te vinden. Yoghurt eten met een vork? Weinig hartige dingen voor het ontbijt. En mijn boeking-bericht werd door de medewerker op locatie niet gelezen. En zo voorts.

Very pleasant stay. I've stayed for 1 night as a family of 4. We have ordered some food for room service and that tasted amazing! Staff very polite, very informative, speaking good english. Very nice design of the hotel. Breakfast was a little bit disapoiting, very basic choices of food.

Staff was excellent ,spoken good English as we travel from Latvia 🇱🇻 food was excellent, rooms nice and clean and breakfast was perfect, car park is large we easily parked van with trailer ! Highly recommended!
