Bra hotell. God mat. Eneste som trekker ned er at det i lobbyen spilles så høy musikk at det er vanskelig å prate uten og snakke høyt. Dette gjør at man unngår å være der.

Hotellet er fint og sengene er gode. Veldig godt utvalg til frokost. Det som drar ned den totale opplevelsen er den veldig høye, 'nattklubb' musikken som spilles i hele resepsjonsområdet. Det opplevdes nesten som respektløst og må være en prøvelse for de som jobber der.

Both the desk chair and arm chair had dirty seats. No onsite parking for such a large hotel is not acceptable. Offsite parking was a long trek with luggage. No temporary parking to unload luggage in front of the hotel is poor form. Being told leaving our car out front was at our own risk of being ticketed by the reception person with cold indifference is also porr form!

This is a new hotel with all you need. You get a pretty rich breakfast. There is a children playroom inside with a jumping trampoline. We booked an economy double room and it was too small for a pair, not to mention our baby girl. The room service never came to our room, so we had to throw the garbage ourself - didn't like it. There is no parking nearby, you have to park on P1 Siddis which is about 300 meters away by foot and it's annoying. You pay for the parking separately in the parking garage, there are enough chargers for electric vehicles.

Mye bra, men håpløse parkeringsforhold. Å dekke seg under andres parkeringshus langt unna er ikke godt nok. Velger nok ikke dette hotellet en annen gang av den grunn. Da velger vi et som har dette «på stell».

Property, staff and comnplimentary breakfast served every morning was excellent! Right next to the rink but the walk way between the two buildings was closed making it necessary to walk in the rain to get to the arena doors. Also, there is no complementary customer parking. You must pay to park in a City run underground parkade also a block away.

Großes Zimmer und großes Bad. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und auch sehr gut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Mit dem Bus 10 Min. ins Zentrum. Ticket ist über eine App buchbar. Parkgarage des Hotels ist 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt (15€/Tag).

Helt ok, ingen renhold på rommet i løpet av oppholdet på 4 netter. På tross av at vi la ut «please clean my room» lapp utenfor døren. Søppelspannet på baderommet var full da vi kom og conditioner beholderen i dusjen var tom. Rommet på tvers av vårt hadde åpen dør i over 24 time, med noe som så ut som et halvferdig ryddet hotellrom. Resepsjonistene var hyggelige men hotellrommets tilstand og mangel på rengjøring trakk ned hele opplevelsen for oss dessverre. Ville ikke dratt tilbake.

Greit å bo der, men jeg synes at rengjøringen burde være mer nøye. Potetgull under sengetøy er ikke noe særlig bra. Vi savnet gulvmatte på badet for å tråkke på etter man dusjer. Vaktmesteren må ta turer på rommene for å se om alt fungerer og ikke minst hva som kan trenge å skrues fast ( se dusjoppheng). Ellers Hotellet var bra.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Beim Check in lag noch der Müll von den letzten Gästen im Zimmer. Beim Check in wurde uns sehr unhöflich mitgeteilt, für die letzten 2 Nächte müssen wir das Hotel wechseln oder eben abreisen.

Rent og fint rom men noen mangler. Lampe ved seng virket ikke. Minibar var låst og ikke mulig å åpne. Ansatte forsøkte men denne var ødelagt. Vanskelig å styre lyset. Skrudde en av hovedlys i entre slukkes alle lampene. Meget hard ekstra seng.

My family and I booked a family room for four through Expedia. Upon arrival, we found the room only had space for three. The receptionist said our reservation listed only two guests, but my booking clearly stated the room accommodated four. When I called back, I was put in touch with the manager, whose response was unprofessional. Rather than resolving the issue, she was confrontational and dismissive. I explained that, while we mistakenly didn’t enter four guests, the Expedia price was the same. She refused to listen and instead gave a patronizing explanation of the hotel industry. When I mentioned my extensive travel experience, she cut me off, saying, “You’re not going to get anywhere with this discussion. Keep the room as is or pay for a new one.” Frustrated, we made do with what we had. At checkout, another receptionist said we were being charged for two extra guests. I explained that the price was the same on Expedia whether booking for two adults or for two adults and two children. Unlike her supervisor, she took the time to verify this and confirmed I was right. She was professional, solution-oriented, and apologetic but said her supervisor had insisted on the charge. In the end, I paid for one extra guest to move on, largely because of her professionalism. If not for her, my review would have been worse. She showed true leadership and should be considered for a managerial role. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were wonderful.

Var gjest på hotellet i forbindelse med konsert i nabobygget, DNB Arena. Perfekt beliggenhet i så måte. Til å være et hotell utenfor sentrum har hotellet overraskende dårlige parkeringsmuligheter nær hotellet. Man må ty til offentlig kostbar parkering et stykke unna. Vi besøkte hotellet en helg. Rommet var svært bra både teknisk og utseendemessig. Rent og relativt nytt. Men på grunn av manglende bemanning ble ikke kundeopplevelsen noe god. Lang kø i resepsjonen (en person i skranken). Lang kø i baren (en bartender). Ingen som ryddet bordet for oss når vi skulle spise frokost. Vi så kun en person som ryddet i en fullsatt frokostsal.

Alles Top! Frühstück war hervorragend und man kann sehr bequem über einen Park in die Innenstadt laufen (ca. 45 Minuten). Vorsicht beim parken: Direkt bei Ankunft nachfragen, dann gibt es einen Rabatt. Nachträglich geht das nicht mehr.

Heel fijn modern en comfortabel hotel, superontbijt, maar in de buurt is niets te beleven. Centrum is 10 min rijden. Parkeren kan overdekt maar is ook een stukje lopen over open tertein. Bij slecht weer zal dat balen zijn.

I was in Stavanger to go to The September When concert at the DNB Arena. Added bonus: the hotel is halfway between the airport and the centre of Stavanger. The airport bus (FB40) + regular buses and night buses stop just outside. Alternatively, it is an easy walk (past a lovely lake) or cycle to the city centre. Taxis also seem readily available at the hotel. The hotel is also in the vicinity of other big sports complexes, a conference centre, and Sverd i fjell (swords monument), so it seems to be very popular for multiple different groups of guests and has the capacity to accommodate everyone. I chose one of the smallest rooms at the hotel, but it looked new and the bed was super comfortable. I had the best night's sleep! And a nice, powerful shower! My only negative: I really wanted to get room service after the concert**, but there was no menu or QR code in my room to do so. I ended up walking to the 24-hour petrol station 5 minutes away to get some late night food. **It was after midnight and the hotel's restaurant/bar had closed for the day.

Although the property was not downtown, it was in the suburb and very close to town. It was very walkable to a great walk around the lake and also had a large mall nearby that was walkable. It’s in a great location, but it is not downtown. Hotel staff and facilities were great

Hotel is quite new, we have been given a room without an amazing view (except of the tunnel to the DNB arena tunnel) but we didn’t expect more. Breakfast was really amazing for this kind of hotel (I particularly enjoyed salmon and cook your own pancakes). Only drawbacks: car park is not free (12£~ a night) and it’s next too the oil sponsored stadium 🤮⛽️💀

Fantastisk gode puter og dyner av dun, aldri opplevd så gode på noen hotell før. Frokosten hadde mye godt pålegg men desverre er eggerøre og omelett ikke noe å skrøyte av, det er ikke brukt skikkelige egg. De hardkokte eggene var for mye kokt, litt grønn plomme.

Good hotel , clean and welcoming. Room was abit small and it was ashame the hotel restaurant for their dinner buffet did not cater to vegetarians and we weren’t informed until we literally took our plates so sadly last minute had to make alternative arrangements for dinner. Good location, bus stop to town centre right outside was convienent.

This was a top notch hotel with incredible service, especially the front desk, as well as all the staff. The only issue I had was the dry cleaning service that Clarion contracts with. The dry cleaning service is way overpriced. Don’t use it unless you absolutely have to or can’t find another option. I didn’t ask how much it was or check the itemized prices on the sheets and that’s my mistake. That said, I was charged 2,292 Kroner that’s $234 US dollars for dry cleaning 1 pants, 6 t- shirts, 6 underwear, 14 pairs of socks, and 1 base layer pull over. I stayed at a comparable hotel, very nice, in Athens last summer, they changed a flat fee for a full bag about the same size as Clarion’s for only. 45 euro about $52 US dollars. Don’t use the dry cleaning service there, check other prices in the area for dry cleaning. Unbelievable!!!!!
